Joined! Thanks..... this will be my first Fantasy League ever. 

Lets see how my picks will perform.
I don't even know why I've never played before. Makes following matchdays even more interesting...
I'm curious how time-consuming the whole thing will be - of course with the aim of being first.

Is it possible to see the squads of other teams? Or is it specially hidden so as not to gain any advantages and copy it?

This will be quite time consuming compared to other pools on the forum. To do well you will probably loose at least half an hour per week.

You can see squads of other teams after first game starts. Once when we are in the game you can always see old squads at any time but without any changes that are made that week. Works quite well.

I'm usually the last one in Fantasy because I'm lazy to switch so I end up with the same team I picked in Round 1 but this season I somehow feel like playing.

TBH, I had my doubts, don't have much time and this is probably most time consuming from all pools, but in the end prioritized this over Bundes liga, which I will probably miss next year (stil undecided)

looking forward to more players and staying in till the end, this one is easiest to slip few rounds and give up entirely

Has to be at least 23 confirmed (icopress said 22 people paid and then seek3r paid too). We can definitely hit the 30 members mark.

I have done a lot of research for my fantasy squad this season. My squad is ready as of now. However due to Guardiola's rotating the squad excessively I must admit that I'm still hesitating about Manchester City players. I would have never thought that we would be 30 people this year thinking of last season. Many thanks again to @icopress and @Trofo.

There is 35 of us that said they will play without you. But only half of that have already paid. So I am counting that some will drop off but we should still hit our target of 30 without any problems. Icopress probably can give even better estimation since he was the one getting those PMs.

Not paying now does not prevent you from winning the weekly prize as long as you pay at some point in the future, but in your situation it's difficult because this is your first time, new account with no reputation, and I'm not sure you qualify for such privilege. You must pay before playing for the first time you join.

Believe me it's going to be fun,  pay up.

Nice to see you joining, well i think we are so much on that boat, im like you i made the team and after sometime i forget to make the changes and follow tips etc, so the ship ended up sinking.

And i think we are a few in that condition.

Don't forget to select the lineup and let's move forward. Perhaps this season, I'll be on the list of leaders if luck is on my side with the chosen lineup. What do you think? Will Haaland regress from his previous form this season? I had a hard time choosing a proper striker and captain for my lineup. Maybe Harry Kane will surprise everyone this season if he remains with Tottenham's lineup. I believe he will score a lot of goals.

Yeah for that im here and also i like to take out the pressure from me, so when nobody is seeing me i appear in the top positions.

Today i think im gonna make my team, yesterday i started but it bring me so many doubts and also you start to seek some gem.

I have my team set up in a very "professional way", taking care to cover all the price points, fixtures, future transfers, form, xG, xA, xM.... And now I will probably break it all apart to include Kane or Salah in it

For those new around here don't get spooked by the stuff in first sentence, you will know the lingo inside first few weeks.

Yeah, you get to feel like Johan Cruyff for the few first game through to third one, but then after, the free transfers limitation and trying to change from a type of formation have you feeling like Frank Lampard coaching Chelsea or David Moyes at Manchester United.


I'm still quite far from reaching a conclusive idea about how I want to set up my team, just a question for everyone am I the only one who feels like my team almost extremely perfect as I would have wanted but there always this either 0.5m or 1m budget restriction that gets me to almost overhaul a whole of lot things from my draft, or make an extra sacrifice to get a low budget and literally unneeded player even for the bench, so I can fit in just an alternative player in the end?

I've been doing this for 5 hours straight. I've changed like 30 players already, always trying to squeeze that last 0,5 mil from the team.
Then I look at it and realize that my 9mil player ain't that good and that I can improve multiple positions if I replace him, I do it and then reassemble all over again.

I'm already regretting that I joined this pool

Anyone dare to publish their choices (preferably with justification)?  Yes, I want to brazenly take advantage of someone else's analytics 
I have not started shopping yet, I do not understand the doubts about Haaland - in any case, he will give a good average result. Kane is the main snag - mentally he is already out of Tottenham, but will it be formalized (I think so).
