Regarding the second league - are we creating new teams or joining with current ones?

I still have an outside chance of getting top 5 in the main one, but it's 1mBTC so I don't really care if I lose it - will be more interesting to have another league, although my concentration will be on the main one.

Just let me know the rules - starting with new teams might actually be more fair.

Both old and New teams are accepted - players are expensive and starting with a new team might not get you what you currently have except for the chips. You can create a new team, get your £100m and all chips.

You have a good team unlike some of us. ....

Bear in mind guys, multiaccounts are not alowed on FPL and if they drop you out from the game you are out from our main league as well.

That being said I know a couple of people with several accounts and I don't think they ever had a problem so they probably aren't actually checking unless you win one of their awards.

I was feeling every form of hopelessness for not biting on the Solanke's Apple, because it meant I needed to get rid of Haaland or Watkins which I'd rather not do for someone that was doubt for the game to begin with, and Morris being my 3rd striker it wouldn't make any sense to get rid of him for Solanke since they both have double game week and Morris also doesn't blank for the next game week.

How about Solanke get subbed out now and also miss the midweek game  I would be dodging a significant bullet by that.

I kept my Triple Captain boost for Solanke but he was a completely disappointment for me tonight. He missed a penalty first and later he scored a goal which was disallowed by VAR referee in the second half. I assume that this second chance league will be quite good for me.

The only thing made me smile today was Garnacho's performance. It is quite nice to win 9 points from Garnacho.

I had Sensei before the game week but got injured in the last match so I needed to make the change, I settled for a Luton defender, because Bournemouth are going blank Gw 29, and Luton gets to play against Nottingham Forest, which seem like a reasonable fixture to me to have me some Luton players.

Yeah I was watching all those content makers talking about 5/6 DGW players and thinking, hell they are not Liverpool or City to triple up on them. Bournemouth has the best possible DGW so I took one of their defenders plus I had Solanke from before. I expected this to be very though GW for me, but seems like it will be though for all of us.

Missed penalty for Solanke and goal overruled. Could have been a whole lot different game today.

I noted that with Icopress as well, Solanke TC and here he is coming out with zero points in his first game for the GW. I almost gave him the TC on my team but am glad I didn’t. He just might be able to come up with an impressive result when they play Luton by Wednesday but, this was a blow no doubt, the Solanke miss on what should have been an easy convert.
Well, from how it’s going and could go forward, I see possibilities for Icopress as well. Either way, you ain’t still going to be far from my claws Icopress. I wouldn’t be far behind.

Saka couldn’t come up with anything spectacular yet again. It would be a week of low points after all but, on a broad scale, it wouldn’t matter so much.

Has anyone in the league this season hit the jackpot with a TC chip? I doubt it because all I've read here are disappointment stories. Solanke( captain )had everyone rooting for him, only to drop a 0 point. Lol.

I captained Solanke too so I'm really hoping that he would deliver in the second game. My points so far are too low compared to recent weeks. No cleansheets from my defenders and no points from my captain. Man Utd, the only team with a cleansheet today, What a Gameweek.

It wouldn't matter only if everyone else is having a bad GW too otherwise, someone with high points this GW might go up a number of places.

Honestly you ain't making the Top 5, you're 95 points behind with few GWs left. Your best chance of winning anything this season is joining the Igebotz second chance league to win a singup fees for next season and something for beer.

This would probably be one of the worst bets I've ever taken. And I've taken some really, REALLY bad ones.
I know I'm not making Top 5 here, but I've got another league I'm playing - and that one is for food and merch. I'm 2nd there, which means I'm losing that one too if I join the second chance one with -32 points.

I will probably join, but with my current team and without half of the chips (considering that the next one is the one where Free hit needs to be used).
On one hand, I don't really care about 1mBTC, on the other one I like winning and I know I'll probably be shit in that league. It's filled with bad players though - that's the attraction for me

Blank week too for Haaland who had fewer touches in the game than Mo Salah who came in the second half and had more effect. It was a really end to end game, many chances wasted by Liverpool, particularly Luis Diaz.

I am happy with the outcome of the game, It hugely favors Arsenal whose next opponent is Manchester City. If we can keep KDB and Foden quiet, we the Arsenal can gun them down.

Pep will be hoping that the injury to Ederson is not very serious.

This was very strange GW, nobody is happy but all of us did bad so nothing really lost. Except for those who were without Son. Still some fixtures left though and a lot could change.
