Real Madrid is a very strong team. Every player in their team is performing very well. But I don't see any chance for them in the Champions League. In some matches, they are ensuring defeat due to their own mistakes.

That means they are not strong enough yet
This season's Champions League has very tight competition, several teams such as Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City and Napoli have improved their performance this season, this competitive situation will make it difficult for Real Madrid to survive in the Champions League with what they currently have.

And Chelsea winning the Champions League will be one of my biggest shock in football history, if I was told Chelsea would be Champions of Europe I'd never come to full agreement with anyone.
Manchester City who splashed the cash has lost when they came so close to winning the Champions League twice which has made Pep Guardiola frustrated. Lossing to Chelsea during the finals and also to Real Madrid after leading comfortably, they slacked and let Real Madrid take the win.

Real Madrid are very poor in the link up from midfied to defense, if they don't improve they're going no where near the Champions League Finals. Major tips would fall on Paris Saint Germans and Manchester City to win the Champions League.

Realistically every result is possible, and every team can win from here because now we have just top 16 teams and these all are coming out after having tough matches which give them good strength and experience as well which will help them for having positive results in these knock out matches so if Chelsea will win this will be surely shocking but still possible because they have good quality players, and they are capable of giving their best in any condition because they are involved in soccer for the years.

Now every one is talking about his favourite team as they are heading for the next rounds and usual teams are also involved with their quality but not good chance to win because it's not all about money it's also about skills and technique and luck as well right now we have all teams in chance for this year's crown but PSG, Manchester City are in the best shape for breaking barriers of their unlucky loses in the past.

PSG attack is very strong Messi-Neymar, Mbappe they are in great form. But one of the best performances of the team is not being noticed will be the defense line. PSG's defense will need to do some great work to stop the opposition's attacks.

Saying Madrid is not in the favorites I agree but when saying Madrid is weak I don't really agree with that.
As for the actual Favorites in recent seasons it has remained the same and Manchester City has obviously always been at the forefront but the problem is as you said not all predictions are right especially for the Champions League. It's not impossible that this season there will be some surprises even though for those who are in the final it's clear that only the top teams will be there.

I don't know why people keep saying real madrid was not even strong. This is also happening since last year but yeah real Madrid was always winning UCL so many times what makes them called that the real madrid club a weak club. that's a very weird statement for me to see that. It seems like those people didn't know how good real Madrid is. Bookies were also underestimating real Madrid at this moment by giving bad odds for Madrid. I don't know why bookies were preferring Liverpool in the upcoming match rather than real madrid. Madrid has a bad odd during the first leg of last 16 against Liverpool.

They always underestimate Madrid, even though they see that some of their previous favorite teams, such as Liverpool or PSG, currently don't look too good in the Champions League compared to Madrid.
But indeed, as long as you think that Madrid is weak, this is actually a very good opportunity, considering that last season was also like this and the results were very good for Madrid.

Dortmund is not doing well in the Bundesliga, Chelsea are playing unsuccessful matches in the Premier league.  I'm quite curious about the pairing between the two.  If there is one thing I know, it is that I am eagerly waiting for this match to be played.  Chelsea's players are better and they're a few qualities better than Dortmund.  Dortmund will try hard and they definitely have a chance.  Still, as I said, I see Chelsea as the team that is close to passing the round.

If the judgement case is only performance in domestic league then Chelsea is also not doing good and having 10th spot after 20 rounds and their activeness in transfer market is also not the guaranteed to have better results in coming days but still having any prediction about this match is not easy because tomorrow we will have first match after long break for Borussia Dortmund in Bundesliga which will give how things will be for them in coming days but still both teams needs to work on their performance as now we have few days left in this big game.

Even most chances Chelsea could be better team, but they need to work on their attack which is not giving them positive results, and they are consistently failed to have required results now in coming days with these new signings Chelsea able to perform better than surely we can expect better results otherwise things are balanced, and any team can win in this game.

City last year, even in games with crisis Atlético experienced problems. They could lose even before they meet Real (if Real go far at all). City have a great squad and probably in a round-robin tournament they would be clear favorites, but in knockout games, how the bookmakers evaluate them is simply ridiculous - the odds for City to win the Champions League are 2.45. In second place is Bayern with a chance of 6.45. Absolute nonsense. City is not so stronger than all the others.

There are so many clubs that are better than. city. You can't even be called that one of the most successful team in UCL caused by it doesn't have even a single trophy of UCL. City was an overrated team, unlike real madrid still remains king of UCL. Real madrid was the most successful team in UCL. It has been proven by real madrid that won 14 times of UCL, unlike city that doesn't have a single trophy in its trophy cabinet. Im not seeing any great achievement by city other than EPL. Chelsea has a better history compared with city.

Sincerely, Chelsea winning the champions league is very unlikely to happen because of their poor form, maybe they can try in the next season but for this season I doubt it will happen. The team is unstable and needs some more time to get organised especially with the new signings. Real Madrid, PSG and Manchester city are far ahead of Chelsea, the blues will need a miracle to win the champions league this season.
