When playing at the big target, it is natural to be a bit disappointed when losing 5 runs. It is normal to raise questions about the style of play. If he did so, then the equation would have been 10 runs from 3 balls (not impossible, given the fact that David scored 19 runs from the previous over, which was bowled by Naveen-ul-Haq). Your guess is correct. To everyone's surprise, Delhi Capitals batsmen performed brilliantly today. The Delhi team made a huge collection of 213 in 20 overs. Delhi scored 213 runs losing only 2 wickets. Rilee Rossouw scored 82 runs off just 37 balls. And this was Delhi's highest collection of the season.
After being given a target of 214 runs, Delhi's chances of defeat seem slim. However, the bowlers must perform well. The batting line-up of the Punjab team is very strong. And the pitch is also batting-friendly. And so if the Delhi bowlers don't perform well, they won't win.
