It was one of the "professional " traders on Polo that kicked off the rumour. Vermin.
XBC now faces the possibility of having bag holder manipulation like never before.
It could have been really good but the "clever" ones couldn't resist the greed.
So much for the Polo community. Short sighted imbeciles.

Yes Aragoon, I apologize if you haven't felt the teams presence on this thread, I do try to post here at least once a day. If you check my history you can see that:)
I actually did mean to tell you, thank you, for all your support on this thread. You like everyone is a part of XBC and this coin would be nothing without all it's supporters.

I will want to know what your team thinks about the ####### who started the rumour. Do you agree with those who say it's all part of the game? feed off the noobs etc. Is that your ethical base? i'm sure it isn't but you need to state it.
I would also really appreciate knowing what stage we are at with web page and wallet.
For those who may feel I have butthurt of some sort, just know I have already come out with profit and still hold XBC in some quantity. I haven't lost a cent nor will I.

love the support XBC currently has. Ive taken a small position in XBC and will be looking to grow it. Cant wait to see what happens when we are listed on some larger exchanges

Concerning both the team and committee that came together to make this coin what it is today,... please bare in mind we had no involvement at all until buying into the IPO itself.
If you take the knowledge that normally coins have months to prepare all their frills before launch the XBC dev team have all just met eachother, we are working day and night and literally post launch to give XBC what it deserves. So under normal conditions we have been working for the past 7 days completely in the open and under public scrutiny. This isn't even something most coins ever have to deal with, but we loved XBC and we are here to stay.
I have texted seriouscoins about this Situation at hand, he is probably going to be making a new thread and most likely under his own bitcointalk name. Stay tuned, or jump in irc #xbc for questions, comments, suggestions.

XBC took a hell of a hit because of that rumour but it's a coin with solid written through it. it's holding and ready to go up again.
I can hardly believe it but some of those cretin on Poloniex are actually trying to promote XLT!!! Must be cool to be absolutely bereft of morals or loyalty.
It still seems to me the XBC team have nothing to do with XLT so I'm holding.
I hope Busoni at poloniex will deal with the trading practices on his exchange and have nothing to do with XLC

Maybe polo can host another IPO on XLC? Seriously, if XBCplus comes up this fast with something to jump on the XBC bandwagon that he abandoned and let other people develop into what it is becoming now... I have no words for the ballsy scamminess. Busoni, the admin on Poloniex who has been proven to be very trustworthy clearly made a judgement error hosting a 50BTC IPO. I am sure that XBCplus has been cashing his whatever large chunk of XBC he bought from himself at on average around 15x IPO value. He made anything between 100-400 BTC by now is my estimate. We, the crypto community sponsored him, anybody buying into XLC is propagating this corruption.

It has been the dev team that has kept me interested in this coin and committed to holding. XBC dev team is more involved than any other coin I have ever come across. Keep up the great work. |

I just sent an email to Busoni asking him not to add XLC. We all worked hard for XBC when the DEV abandoned the coin so I will certainly not be supporting the new coin. Please also do not play into the hands of those manipulating the coin to bring the price down..hold your coins because they are using this news to drive the price down. Also keep voting on mintpal so we have at least another decent exchange to play because on POLONIEX there is some retarded trading going on. I am also not affiliated with XLC and do not condone what the original DEV has done but am sticking with XBC COMMUNITY and Coin.  |

It was sent to a destruction address with no private key, currently the coin has the ability to still stake up to 100k. We are talking years for that and only if everyone never moved coins...I don't see it happening. |

I agree 100% Being open about everything of importance is absolutely necessary. I have been suggesting that somebody write `The story of XBC` for a while now. It would be very good to attract new investors if the short and intense life of this coin would be easily accessible to everybody. Having assumed that XBCplus was still working on this coin and that Seriouscoins was partnered with him, I feel that I was left in the dark by not being made fully aware of this development. It is an important one to me as an investor. It is no small detail that this project is down 52 BTC that it presumably should have had towards development. I guess Busoni could confirm how much he withdrew from Poloniex and that would at least dissuade my concern that he could still be holding a large portion of the existing XBC on Poloniex. The last thing he deserves is to get richer off your efforts.
