if you compare it to the Champions League, is it better?

Financially, it is better compared to the Champions League, but everything else is below the belt. This is the first edition in the new format, and it isn't as bad as we anticipated. I'm enjoying it.

I enjoy it as well and we can't compare it with the CL, even if the money is much more for the participants. But it has to be like this since it's the Club World Cup and not an EU tournament.

Flamengo were not bad either, I would say they made it easy for Bayern, it could have been a different game if they had not let in two cheap goals ( own goal and the 3rd goal) in the first half. Bayern will face the real test against PSG in the next phase.

And that will be the game that will give the 1st team of the final. Bayern is strong, there is no question about it, but I will support PSG all the way.

The game on his one was a very nery nice one and Flamengo had a lot chances to change the game and score some goals.
But Bayern Munich was able to hold on the lead they got and and was in the end the better team.
Both teams was playing very well and from my opinion Bayern Munich was already the best Team.
The desevered to be in the next round agianst PSG.

Inter - Fluminense...

Honestly it isn't a big game for Inter. But on paper of course. Because we have witnessed strong European teams getting weird results against much smaller teams. 

However we have left the group stage behind. This is why I expect them to take it more serious. I don't expect any extra time. 1.77 for Inter to win seems really good. Higher than I expected but a good opportunity though.

And for the Man City and Al Hilal match, I think the SPL club cannot be underestimated, remember when Al Hilal held Real Madrid to a draw in the group stage, so Man City should not underestimate Al Hilal's strength because usually clubs like this will provide surprises.

We all witnessed what Al Hilal did to Real Madrid, an unforgettable experience to remember in this year Club World Cup. Al Hilal is a threat to every club they meet. When they played against Madrid, it wasn't on Madrid good form but they were incredible and shouldn't be undermined. Pep knows how to manage the club, slowly i see Mancity returning to form, Al Hilal won't be underrated when they compete and i expect Mancity to become the favorites after doing upgrades in their squad.

You have to changed your view to the european club as all of them will kick all south america clubs out of the competition.
We have Bayern who beats Flamengo, and Inter will be the next european team to send Fluminense out of CWC. .

I have full faith Inter to win with massive score. I don't wanna compare both of them because the result is obvious Inter is the winner.  
We have pretty good odds for Inter. let's betting on it. It's gonna be ez money served for us.

The money is much more for the participants? I'm lost here.. I haven't really gone through to know who gets it. is the team not supposed to have it, then pay the players individually?

So Bayern will get eliminated in the quarter finals after brutally scoring 10 goals for a start? That doesn't show any sign of unreadiness IMO. Don't get me wrong, PSG is a formidable team, but I'm not expecting them to win everything this year. I feel like this will be a tough game regardless, but maybe (again I'm doubting you for the second time this month  ) Bayern can win in the penalties?  Look, this is not going to be an easy game at all.

I am pretty sure Inter Milan will face Manchester City in the quarter finals. Fluminense and Al Hilal need a miracle to beat the two European giants, their chances are quite low. Likewise with the other two matches, there is no doubt about the chances of Real Madrid and Dortmund advancing to the quarter finals.
If that scenario really happens, then we will see the quarter finals will be dominated by European teams, only Palmires is the only team from the Americas that is still surviving.

Palmeiras who has qualified for the quarter-finals can also go home straight away if they cannot beat Chelsea because the Chelsea team is also in very good condition after sending Benfica home in the last 16. As for Inter Milan, I think the team will qualify more easily because their opponents are not very comparable, but for Manchester City it seems like their match will be a little more fierce because the Al Hilal team is a fairly strong team in the Saudi Arabian League even though in terms of caste it is very different from the English League teams like Manchester City.

Flamengo tried though, i didn't expect that they'll scored 2 goals in that match, if you observed how Bayern Munich started the match, it was with a very high tempo, they scored two early goals as if they were ready to end the game before it even started, that's enough to weaken Flamengo and cause them to concede more goals, but they still managed to hold possession and had about 12 shots, a figure bigger than that of Bayern Munich's it means they had their chances, more chances but couldn't make good use of it. Anyways Bayern Munich would face a tougher challenge in a week time, they should get ready, I just can't wait to see how PSG would perform in that game.

I so much love the spirit all the Brazil club side brought to this competition and I also fear to see them all being eliminated from the tournament, is so sad that some of the European clubs that we have seen play with better results do come here to mess up in terms of performance and if care is not taken Inter will be eliminated tonight because they haven't improved since their engagement in the just concluded season and in the group stage they struggled which has become a normal thing for them after all what are they fighting for? Well, having some of the best players on their side, talking about Inter, we might see same performance even if they are seen as the favorite I don't think they are on the field of play...I expect this game to either end in a draw or Fluminense get a win.

Did you bet on Inter winning? Did you also bet on the number of goals?

I think Inter will qualify, but we can't underestimate Fluminense too easily and I don't think the match will have that many goals either
The Fluminense team has already seen how Flamengo lost and will at least be more attentive and connected in the game

Obviously there's a big difference in the technical level of the two teams, but we can't underestimate Fluminense too much, after all they've earned their place in the competition, they have good, experienced players who have played in Europe. They're a team that knows how to play

Bayern Munich scored two goals in opening two minutes and it's difficult for opponent to make a com back after that. Flamengo scored first goal in 33rd minute but just before the half time Leon Goretzka scored third goal for Bayern. Though Flamengo lost the game but they tried there best by scoring two goals. Both teams have almost same ball possession and that's why Bayern Munich have to work hard to get the victory. Now Bayern will face BSG in quarter finals and that will be most interesting game of the tournament so far.

I wouldn't say that Flamengo's players played badly. The team performed quite well. However  flamengo's defense was weak. If the team's defenders could have performed a little better, the match would have been more  competitive.

Flamengo conceded two goals in just 9 minutes of the match . Even then , the players were confident.  And continued to try to score goals. If Flamengo had not conceded goals so quickly, then maybe we would have  had the opportunity to enjoy an exciting match.

However  Inter Milan will face Fluminense in a while . We did not see a very good performance from the team in the first round. So Inter Milan is the favorite in this match

The club world is now almost looking like European champions least as all the other teams are now being knocked out of the competition and now left for the Europe teams to battle it out to see who gets the crown, PSG is a strong contender for the title but I think Bayern with this kind of form is also not looking bad to challenge them for it.

But there is a fundamental difference why Madrid could be held to a draw by Al Hilal. In my opinion, the change of coach factor made Madrid still not solid in the match. While Cityalready with Guardiola for a long time, with that reason, i think this match, City can win the match even with a final score of 1 - 0.

I don't believe Real Madrid draw against Al Hilal was due to the new manager, although Al Hilal tried their best to hold Real Madrid draw throughout the game. It was Xabi Alonso first game, so we may accept the fact that the players are not used to his style of play. Al Hilal had their mind on the game against Real Madrid, which is why they put on their best efforts, they hoped to make history by winning against Real Madrid, but they only managed to draw.

Manchester City, on the other hand, I think they can beat Al Hilal with more than one goal, unlike Real Madrid who struggled to draw. These clubs only improve their games against Real Madrid since the team is well known, but I don't believe they can withstand the pressure from Manchester City. However, Guardiola also has a new players who have yet to adjust to the club, but I'm confident they can beat Al Hilal by more than one goal.

The first 2 quarter finals draws are already decided and I expect the last ones to be like:

• Inter vs Manchester City
• Real Madrid vs Dortmund

Honestly I believe neither Fluminense nor Al-Hilal can stop these European clubs. Yeah, there were unexpected examples in the group stage but we aren't there anymore. 

Juventus looked terrible against Manchester City. I don't think they can hold off Real Madrid also. Mbappe is also back in the lineup as of this game. Lastly Dortmund should also be able to finish it against Monterrey in regular time.

Flamengo's efforts to be able to hope for a lot against Bayern Munich, especially when they were 2 goals behind in 10 minutes of the match.

I even predict that the match between Man City vs Al Hilal will be one-sided. I myself favor Man City in this match because so far only the Man City squad has performed impressively in the Club World Cup, they have not even been defeated so far in 3 matches.

Regarding Al Hilal who held Real Madrid to a draw in the first match is not a reference because Real Madrid against Al Hilal was Xabi Alanso's first match and he was still testing the right formation for the team and it was proven after that Real Madrid's performance improved. While Man City is too strong under Pep Guardiola, so I predict this match will end with Man City's victory with a score of more than 3 goals.

Harry Kane opened the scoreline and closed it. He is indeed a goal machine and hasn't stop scoring goals in very important matches. I was hoping that Flamengo will equalize the third goal before Harry Kane scored that beautiful goal in order to demoralize Flamengo from getting an equalizer. I will love to watch Bayern performance in the quarter finals. Flamengo tried their best, but it wasn't good enough to stop Bayern from advancing to the next round.

I still have my doubts about Inter Milan beating Fluminense and that doubt lies with CB Acerbi. Acerbi in the provisional line up, his name appears as a starter.
As for Al Hilal, I will agree that Manchester City will be a bad match for Inzaghi who is now the coach of Al Hilal. There are players in Al Hilal's squad who have played in Europe, but facing Manchester City is not the same as facing Al Nassr.

What makes you doubt Inter Milan? In fact, in my opinion, Inter Milan is a strong team in Serie A and is certainly more favored in this match, in my opinion Inter Milan will win with a few goals, I predict 1:0 for Inter's victory.

Fluminense has actually shown great strength which has led them to the knockout stages but if you look at the European teams in this knockout stages you will see that they are all at alert and don't want to drop out in this stage so I can't really see any magic from Fluminense. Inter Milan will defeat them flawlessly despite that Inter Milan disappointed in some of their past matches when we believed they could win.

Al Hilal is a very strong team from the Saudi League but can we actually see similar thing that happened between them and Real Madrid to also happen against Manchester City? I don't think so because Manchester City is also working hard to correct their flaws of last season games which means that they are looking forward to winning Al Hilal and advance to the next stages. Besides the draw Real Madrid played against Al Hilal was basically because it was their first game after the league games ended so they hadn't really gotten their fitness but after subsequent games they were able to make good improvements and Manchester City have already been performing awesomely in the Club world Cup games, Al Hilal cannot outsmart Manchester City.
