im buying everything i can i heard it will be worth EURO or more! IS THAT TRUE ? I would say give it a year or 2 and anything is possible, I mean these merchants that are being added aren't these online mickey mouse merchants other coins have. This is serious, hopefully more to come. Those merchants will keep accepting the coins only if people are willing to spend nlg. So if we all start hoarding them and waiting for 1 euro or 10 euro per coin , we could wait in vain all our life. This summer I'll be traveling in the western Europe and I'll make sure i'll do some shopping even if it's a damn sandwich , just to help cryptos. +1 , i agree Value is a very hard metric to discuss but NLG has been setup to be stable and have price growth over time, but yes the currency has been setup to spend. The biggest advantage is not having credit card fees when using NLG for purchasing, your NLG under your control and no terms being dictated to you. It's true freedom, but we need to keep pushing on with merchant adoption so it becomes a norm to use NLG.

Yeah, great news guys! Besides sandwiches we can also buy fries now with our GuldenCoins . In my opinion, now it's time to move to either the east or the south of the Netherlands with the retailers ^^. Arnhem - Nijmegen - Den Bosch - Breda - Tilburg - Eindhoven - Utrecht, how about that?

I feel confident and proud to be a small part of this coin. Merchants accepting this coin will add brandawareness and therefor a steady growth in price over time. I forsee a great future for Guldencoin! Cookie.

Does anyone on here remember the last figure for Mintpal voting? I've just voted again (last time a couple of hours ago) and noticed we've dropped down to 102, from what I believe was 94/95 position. I know for certain we were a hell of a lot of votes ahead of that abomonation of a coin Aphroditecoin, and yet now, we're only 1 position up on it! Short of every other coin between 94 and 102 voting like mad within the last 90 minutes or so, something's very fishy here! https://www.mintpal.com/voting#NLG

Hi guys,
I have been voting on Swisscex but I can't vote on Mintpal as things stand as I don't trade there.
Very impressed with the work you guys are putting in

Spread the hashes! We would like to ask all miners to make sure the hash rate is evenly spread between pools. I can imagine you are comfortable at the pool you are mining, but please understand the necessity of an evenly spread network. We will actively support and advise in this, but please note that everybody is responsible for their own hashes.
Thanks! I only have 850kh/s but I will change pool when I get home

Thanks! Very true, but also review the poollist. Hashfever is down for weeks now and speedminer is about to shut down. The number of pools is minimal for securring the network because two or three is risky stuff.

Mintpal is a really good exchange and the fact NLG is basically top 100 is really good considering it wasn't around when there was cheap votes and not much btc votes have come in. It's a lot harder for new coins to climb the ladder without massive amounts of btc being thrown at it. So fact it's top 25% in less then a month is really really good.

Do they really remove votes, or does the position of NLG just drops because the other coins get more votes? We need someone with deep pockets.. that can buy us on top of that exchange .

Not sure how it works, but NLG climbed up a lot these last few days even with the setback. Just keep voting on Mintpal, I am sure if the devs keep adding merchants we will just get added onto Mintpal without being number 1 but I am sure they won't add a coin that is not in the top 50.
