I can't believe the price is low, the appreciation of space is too big!
Basically the way I see it this coin wasn't created as a pump and dump scam so the price will rise steadily overtime even with the block rewards remaining as is for awhile. Most of these coins that get added to mintpal with no value outside of trading are 90% traded by the whales who create the coins to try make money off unsuspecting investors. You will always see these coins spike in price and then drop rapidly in value and volume and then get pumped to a lower price in the future and then down again.
99% of the alt coins are intended for that reason, so when legit coins like NLG come along where there is no market manipulation the community automatically thinks nothing is happening with this coin until it's too late.
Exchanges like Mintpal and Cryptsy know these coins are utter scams but will add them because the fake volumes give them extra btc even with insider trades. They don't care and they also need the fees/funds to maintain there exchanges.
