No that isn't required. You just send the coins to the address and the nlgcup.com servers pick it up. If you can see the transaction id in your wallet, you can enter it at nlgcup.com/#/results to verify the prediction was successfully received (only works after a few minutes, when the tx is in a block, etc.) |

Again compliments for this matchbetting system. Good setup and a lot of matches to payout. Thanks for the effort and time in this.
Maybe it can be used for other events as well.
I played for a draw and a win for Brasil, so in total I lost some. Hoped for a draw then I would have a nice win. Next game for me is Netherlands-Spain in this. Congrats to the first winners.

What's the status of mintpal voting now, is there any point since other coins are just using bots to vote with? Maybe we should try for Cryptsy instead?

The way I see it NLG will need to get onto Mintpal by being awesome and gaining popularity... and it won't be good to cheat to get onto minptal, everyone with half a brain knows the coins listed over the last 3 - 4 weeks have all been really bad coins offering nothing and tiny communities, however mintpal can't tell if they are botting because they use 100s of traded accounts and change IPs for votes. The Android Guldencoin wallet is a beauty, compliments for that.
However, it does take a very long time (20 hours +) to sync when you start using it the first time.
It would be better to mention this in the main screen. Novice users not aware of blockchains etc. might back away from the wallet if they are not properly informed the wallet needs to sync for a long time when first used.

So instead of trying to get listed on Mintpal, it is of much more importance at this moment to get people "on board". Look at the posters on this ANN, how many different people do you count? Look at the hashrate, how many miners do really mine this coin? How many pools are really mining this coin? The miners are the foundation of a POW coin so as long as there is no stable foundation, forget the exchanges stuff. Pools, Attention, Miners and if there is a stable base you can start to think about other exchanges. |

We are aware of that issue and are working on a solution. It will take a while tho. |

F1k, that would be great. I am inviting friends to download the Guldencoin wallet to their mobile or tablet, so I can send them NLG and they can join in the nlgcup.com betting.
The mobile wallet and nlgcup.com make a great combination for inviting new users to Guldencoin!
Is there only Android or also iphone version available?
