clarification because requested: "premine" used in a sence that its mining before the real successtory of the coin starts

How did you get 60 to 70 days?  Looking at the last 10,000 blocks I came up with about 140 days assuming the time to find each block remains constant.  (This is actually not the case.  The time to find 1000 blocks over the last 10,000 has actually been increasing a bit, presumably because the average difficulty is increasing.)  In any case I have estimated we will reach block 1,000,000 in about 4.3 months.  It is block 1,000,000 when the change occurs, right?

For each 1000 of the last 10,000 blocks the average time it took was 15 hours and 50 minutes withe the shortest time being 15:18 and the longest being 16:09.  My analysis began with block 787577 and went back to 778577.

Not if you include POS. POW generates 1 coin per block but POS is dependent on the wallet size (amount) and age (weight).

Not if you include POS. POW generates 1 coin per block but POS is dependent on the wallet size (amount) and age (weight).

the reason why we did go with total coin trigger and not block trigger
is to make sure the pow pos reward changes happens at the right moment in coin rollout
its impossible to find out exactly how much coins will exist at block 1000000

but at total coins 1000000 we know exaclty how much it is just not exactly when.....

but in average i see network produce around 2000 dmd (pow+pos) a day so we can estimate 60-70 days until the trigger is reached
