Danbi's pool broken again?

Pool is working fine , what kind of problem you are facing.
As I said, block find not updating neither is balance ...

its frontend danbi is aware of it
as soon as time allow will adapt code so it wont happen any more
for now it will fix itself but it need some time

as far as i understand him its a combination of a few aspects
server load have impact too and the automated mechanics
that prefer backend over frontend when it comes to how split server resources

the best support u can give for reduce load is stop if possible all miners who use pushpool port 3345
and optional move some miners to alternative pools

Sorry for the pool glitch. The ... scripts were struck again. Should return to normal ASAP.

No need to stop mining via pushpool - it loads slightly more than stratum, but not the reason for these problems. The primary problem is broken MPOS script relationship logic and few situations of orphan strings. Unfortunately, MPOS is badly suited for coins with short block times like Diamond...

dmd.donkeypool.com:808 is in operation now Smiley
block generation is perfect with 1.0% total fees.
PROP payouts, mnimum payout set at 2.0DMD, payout script runs hourly.

davembg is pool admin, I have no server access, so all problems are to be addressed to him.

I have decided I like the new block explorer, some nice features even if some are experimental ...

No I haven't, but just thinking about it .. getting 100% from a GPU which is enclosed in a confined space will certainly speed up its chip failure. I'm pretty sure the laptop would get very hot. I don't think it's worth it even if you had free electricity.

Just grab some coins and stake or better buy into Diamond Cloud Mining - the latter one would be ultimate hassle free experience.

its maxwell based chip so its power efficent like the 750ti i guess u can expect similar mining performance

all ccminer with dmd-gr algi support should be able mine with it

edit: http://gpuboss.com/gpus/GeForce-GTX-850M-vs-GeForce-GTX-750-Ti
so its a bit worse than a 750 ti

Thx, have already invested in both. Also, used to have 7 rigs with 23 280x GPUs so I know a bit about mining, heat, noise, failures etc.
I guess I let this card live for now. Smiley

I can't connect.  My miners are waiting for a response from the pool.  Maybe he is doing maintenance since he's been having problems lately.

Bump! We need more contributions ! (4 to be exact)

Four more people needed, but I'm not sure if 2,2 with the recent price slump will suffice.

Is there a person good at writing articles? We can start putting it together.

Hi People

BTC price rising again, and we still need four people to contribute to raise sufficient funds ( assuming btc rises to initial level). Please consider contributing if you at all can, as this is an investment for all DMD holders!

Kind Regards
chilo

danbi's pool experienced an outage because a number of backbone optical cables that come to the datacenter where it is located were (criminally, police investigating now) cut. There was no Internet connectivity for several hours. Operation is now restored. One can think about this as a type of DDoS. I don't believe the pool could be the target -- the data center has many more interesting things in it.

I am mining at this pool from 1 month. You have problems every week. No thanks. Miningfield looks stable since start.
