The FATF guidance does not even prevent privacy coins from being listed on an exchange, as long as the exchange enforces KYC/AML for the users. I ascribe the recent events to an overzealous and erroneous interpretation of the guidance by the compliance department of the exchange in question. It further should be noted that, for instance, Binance and Kraken still cater to Korean users. Additionally, see a relevant comment of mine below:
Thank you for pointing me to this informations. If we sum all of these above in one sentence it would be this one quoted by me above and to make it even more simple it is enough that exchange has KYC/ALM requirement and that should be enough for Monero to be not delisted if this exchange is licensed or try to comply with FATF rules. As for now, Monero was not delisted from any exchange if I understand correctly? You're welcome. it is enough that exchange has KYC/ALM requirement and that should be enough for Monero to be not delisted if this exchange is licensed or try to comply with FATF rules.
Correct, see also: https://twitter.com/fluffypony/status/1172832896727638017As for now, Monero was not delisted from any exchange if I understand correctly?
Not sure what you are trying to ask, can you elaborate or rephrase?

Thank you, done. Would you guys do us a favor. Everytime i update my server, i have to follow the link https://downloads.getmonero.org/cli/linux64 and then rename the file through wget -cO. Would you be so kind to save the file or the symlink with the actual name/version of the file, that would be great, thanks

Yes, then i get a 404 error on the server, unfortunately.... I get a error for a payment Error: Unerwarteter Fehler:boost::too_many_args: format-string referred to fewer arguments than were passed to XMR.to. I enter the transfer argument via c&p, then the wallet password, and then i get this error. You know that one? EDIT: Just skipped to 14.1.0, no problems at all. I am running the monerod with the --prune-blockchain argument

I am running the monerod with the --prune-blockchain argument Which specific command are you using to transfer funds? Simply the transfer one? And are you passing additional arguments? P.S. If you think it is an actual bug, could you please open a new issue on the Monero Github repository? That will ensure the bug will get fixed swiftly.

I am using transfer <address> <ammount> as proposed by XMR.to without any additional arguments, System running on 64bit 16.04 Ubuntu, monerod running in --prune-blockchain argument on monerod 15.0.0. Same on binaries 14.1.0 without any issues. Before i file a bugreport i just want to check if i made a mistake or if i am missing anything?

If you run LANG=C no porblem at all, if i run my local setting, then i get the error. Something small, but i think that will be corrected in the next release or you build the files by your own

@ https://web.getmonero.org/downloads/ for some reason GUI release confusingly enough labeled as "Current Version: 0.14.1.0 Carbon Chamaeleon" - which I presume is a mistake

I'd rather not have my online gambling tracked by TPTB and thrown in my face one day. Save seeds for poxyclypse days.

I don't really see any. Looks like an opportunity for some enterprising chap. Couldn't you send your XMR to xmr.to, then then have xmr.to send the BTC to your choice of site? For your earnings from the site (hopefully), send the BTC to a new Electrum wallet, then bisq for trading BTC to XMR (the electrum wallet is an optional step).

Betcoin allows direct monero deposits I'm pretty sure.
