There are a couple of decent buy orders on poloniex over 0.006 BTC at the moment: I don't really understand, given how many CLAMs the big digger still has to unload.

I had an idea about tx fees. I would to see the clam client allow people who stake their clams have some control over the transaction fees they will accept. Also the ability client to publish their fee requirements into the block chain. This way poeple making transactions could dynamically see what the required tx fee will be needed to get their transactions approved. If the client scans last X number of blocks for example, it could calculate the probability or time it would take to get the transaction approved.
This would provide a self adjusting fee system. The way bitcoin seem to work to me, is the client sw is manually tweaked with new tx fees structure depending on the price of the currency relative to USD and potential threat of spam. So I thinking this would be better way to handle this.

There has been recent conversation concerning changes which might institute a dynamic fee market environment. Bitcoin does not, beyond conceptual game theory situations, currently work that way. At least, the core implementation doesn't.

I have a few question, if someone is willing to answer them:
-Looking back at the price graph from poloniex, i see that CLAM price was increased upto ~0,015 btc/clam ; was there any particular reasoning for this ? -If i am to stack my ~200 clams, how much would i earn and in what timeframe?
(I rarely dealt with pos coins so excuse my lack of understanding)
cheers

Might be the digger trying to pump up the price to have more to dump into.

Investors must think the buyers will be there for all of it. In all likelihood they are likely planning to stake them and ride out the wave That or they presumed the whale is just accumulating for now.

What's the chance of getting a reward while staking? For example, if I have 180 CLAMS....
Edited: Got this answered on Poloniex Trollbox. Approximately 1 reward per day per 500 CLAMS.

1) No one knows 2) He already did once. Took down the price from well above .01 to below .005

The big digger seems pretty sympathetic to Clamcoin dumping.
Which is strange...
(not buying the "poloniex limit BS" someone who owns 3% of the Bitcoin networks addresses can "figure it out")

They might try to prevent another price crash and think selling slowly gives more profit... or the "own" part might be put in question. If it is an exchange, and someone just had access to private keys without the real owners knowing about clam?

That seems like a reasonable assumption. Dumping all the coins at once is going to get you a lot less BTC than dumping them slowly. or the "own" part might be put in question. If it is an exchange, and someone just had access to private keys without the real owners knowing about clam?
I would have thought that in that case they would want to move the CLAMs to an address they alone control as soon as possible, so the rightful owner doesn't claim them.

anything to do with CLAM should be in this thread. and this thread should ALWAYS be on page one
you want new investors to see CLAM is an active coin. i saw this thread on page 3.
that is not good in my book

I disagree. There's no point having the thread be on the first page if the latest posts are nothing but silly trolling. Better to keep it lower activity, but higher quality. Otherwise potential future CLAM users would take one look and leave.
