Thanks for the post. The delay in replying to email in a reasonable period has been something that has been ongoing for an unacceptable period. We are going to make a reduction at this time from "B-" to "C+".

Nitrogen upgraded from "A" to "A+". The deposits and withdrawals at Nitrogen are almost instant. Nitrogen offers reduced juice. The only thing holding back Nitrogen was live betting and that has been added.

DirectBet upgraded from "C" to "C+". My personal opinion would be to keep the grade the same but there is enough poster support to warrant an upgrade. Upgrades always go one step at a time.

Cloudbet downgraded from "B-" to "C+". The main reason for the downgrade is delayed response to email/PM. There's no reason to take longer than 24 hours.

Your rate for directbet is quite OK, and C+ is decent for them, although they have lowest odds in the industry, they still can be rated higher because of their good customer support and instant withdrawals, and no account feature is worth for C+.

I hope Cloudbet will improve their customer service so CB will be A+ very easily.

I did take a look into the blackjack concerns even though casino play is not included in ratings. Nitrogen has insured me that the blackjack is provably fair. There is a verify tab next to your blackjack play. I'm definitely not an expert in casino play so jump in if you have an informed opinion of provably fair.

Cloudbet accepts 0 confirmation deposit, I usually need to wait less 10 seconds and I can see it on my balance, they said they suffered bitcoin double-spend attack some days ago but instant deposit worked again. Attack again? I am not sure.

that sounds so bad. did it happen to you one time or a few times already?? i would have give up on the site if it gives me problem and refused to accept my winnings but take my losing. i yet to bet on directbet but was going to try it out.
