Hi,
In my opinion the exception given for "instant withdraws" to Betcoin is too generous.
I realize the potential fraud that peer to peer poker exposes them to, but it's gotten to the point that they are using it as an excuse to process players withdraws at their leisure.
There's no reason Betcoin can't consider cashouts made by non poker players seperately. It should only take a minute to check and see if a player has played any poker or transfered funds to another player.
Nitrogen also offers poker, although less focused on it, and their withdraws are nearly always truly instant.
Less than a year ago, at Betcoin I was comfortable requesting an expedited withdraw by live chat and could expect the withdraw to be complete in 30-60 minutes. That was great. Now I always hesitate to even ask, as I worry the next time I may consider the withdraw even more urgent but because I have annoyed them already so recently, they may toss me lower in the pile. I would say I average just under 2 withdraws a week since I prefer to keep my balance as low as possible.
There is a 6-10 hour window every day during which only a skeleton staff is working, around 1 or 2 am untill 9 or 10 am. Any cashout requested during this time are left untill managers return. The same is true for almost any sunday. Thet simply dont have anyone processing withdraws, you have to wait until someone comes into work monday morning (which is never a set time)
Also, their bet grading has slipped over the last 6 months or so. It was at it's worst during the first half of the NFL. Many times my bets fomr the 1pm game were graded as late as the second half of the 4pm game. One could never hope to use winnings from a 1pm game to bet a 4pm game.
Theyve improved a bit, but still far too often a bet will remain ungraded for hours and support is no help.
I wish I'd found this thread sooner, as I've always just used Betcoin and Nitrogen.(no issues with nitrogen)
I've never really been a fan of Jetwin, but it's just personal preference I think on how it's laid out.
I've never even heard of BetBTC and overlooked BitcoinRush but will definitely be checking these out soon as well as others and report back if any issues. (March is my christmas with NCAA and all)
With the way Betcoin has been behaving on the poker related side, and things in general on all fronts getting worse not better, Its time to say good bye for good to Betcoin I think. I should of done it sooner, but you know how it is when you get used to a certain casino.
This is solid work though all around, thank you Peeps, from a gambler
Thanks cryptosmoker. I'll contact Betcoin to see what they say. They will say very nice things about themself I am sure These books have been very good in giving responses from questions that I've asked. You would be surprised at how honest and the amount of information that they have disclosed. This is especially true for the books at the top. They aren't getting to the top without it.

Well I started a thread in early January of issues they ignore, and it keeps getting longer. (They banned me in Nov/December because I wouldn't stop asking) Most of them are poker related involving them stealing literally 100+ bitcoin, but here are some which involve them as a whole: (gogo has probably asked them 20-30 times by now) - Claiming their "parent company" overlaps with BetCris and Winning Poker Network to gain trust from the community. However have since refused all requests for them to clarify. WPN has comfirmed that they "only provide tournaments, that's it"
- Betcoin player emails and login details were used in multiple phishing attacks beginning Jan 2015M
ost or all Betcoin users received identical phishing attempt emails which included exact login name (seperate from screen name) which looked like it was from Betcoin support. Betcoin refuses to accept responsibility for allowing player account information to get into the hands of criminals. Since then multiple scam attempts have been attempted on email addresses which were used only to register Betcoin accounts. Examples of 2 of these emails can be seen HERE[/color]
- Betcoin was caught paying for good reviews in their own thread on BTCTalk. Complete transcript/Screen Shot of Support offering a player a reward in exchange for saying why he liked Betcoin, and posting it exactly where he was told, after Managment approved the post can be found HERE
Betcoin staff later claimed they "thought it was common sense" for them to pay players for good reviews and held a promotion the next day offering 10 players who wrote 3 sentences about why they liked Betcoin a free tournament entry.
I have more evidence than I know what to do with, let me know if you need anything specific.
Here's the thread in scam accusations:

Has anyone taken recent withdrawals from Anonibet? I'm still looking in to confirming the quote below. Anonibet advertises 1-2 hours for payouts.
Since opening my account, I have requested 5 payouts. The fastest one took about 48 hours, most over 72. I am currently waiting 80 hours + on my current payout.
Is this everyone else's experience as well?

Anonibet lowered for "C+" to "C-". Some mid 4 figure payouts are taking 2 days or more. Everyone has been paid but there have been delays.

Isn't it time for Directbet to be a "B"? _______________________________________
I agree with you that no one is complaining about the Betcoin sportsbook. I think that's because they have almost no customers.
But the scammers running it have shown their colors on their poker site. They behave like gypsies (Romany) or Irish Travellers or something similar - as if they are from a culture that knows no way except scamming. And/or a group of people with negative business savvy and an inability to be honest found each other.
Instead of solving problems, time after time they lie. When twitchyseal points out the issues, they jerk him around for months, telling him he's welcome back while intentionally keeping his account disabled.
They seem to have some sort of lifetime commitment to dishonesty and grifting.
As is pointed out in the Dan Druff website thread, their poker room is not showing a profit - there is almost no traffic.
So how much hope is there for depositors in their sportsbook (I'd guess a few dozen) when they give up and close up shop?
