Those overlapping nonces are just wasted space. 256kb times the number of nonces, no other negative aspect.

Just setup 12TB of space dedicated solely to BURST, now, I wonder how long this will take to plot  

this totally depends on the amount of cores you generate with  
my 8 thread quad i7 systems need about 5 minutes for a 2gb block.
12 tb sums up to about 512 hours or almost 22 days.
i run mine on 5 systems but plan to fill up 60tb.

Yea, I know. It was a rhetorical question really. I assumed about a month. I am using only 1-2 cores of a highly overclocked i7. I too am hoping to up my TB to something like 100. Right now I'm closer to 20, but the plotting is taking a while! lol.

pretty neat, showing me overlapping quite a bit, but the reason being is because I stopped the plotting then restarted where it left off with a new plot. So I was aware, and they aren't really overlapping, one just isn't fully finished. lol.

My plots are all cut up because, I would close it and reopen it. This equals to 489 GB. But according to the calc, I have 45 tb of wasted space.
