monerodice is a dice site that accepts monero. I don't know what else there is to explain. Here's a podcast about it: https://getmonero.org/2015/09/14/monero-missive-for-the-week-of-2015-09-14.htmlMonero is pure open source software and development, hence, all development can be seen on the development hub https://github.com/monero-project/bitmonero/commits/masterfluffypony is the current core maintainer, as he executes all of the pull requests into the main repository that the software is compiled from, similar to bitcoins laanwj, as seen here: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/commits/masterThe developers can be seen by looking for things that aren't the executing of a pull request - so on that monero github page linked above, you can see a request by moneromooo, a PR by warptangent, a request by luigiii, a request by hyc, etc. As you click farther and farther into history, you see more developers. Who are they? I dunno. they are people that like to develop good software.

If bitcoin continues its bullrun and reaches $1000, and Monero continues its flat trend around $0.50:
$0.50 / $1000 = 0.0005
That would be the absolute bottom.
My upward target is somewhere above .005. Possibly way above.
In other words, I'm seeing at least a 10x return in terms of BTC while BTC itself goes up 5x-10x.
No guts. No glory.

No, as far as I know there was no special new what could case the pump. I guess it is because of the general economic uncertainty before the FED decision in increasing or not increasting the interest rate. Many alts are going up at the moment. Hello, I have seen a good XMR pump on coinmarketcap is there any new development happening here? Don't post much here sorry

i withdrew part of my xmr from polo during the last days and look, bada bum bada bim! maybe polo runs on fractional reserve themselfs ? hope the spike can be sustained, maybe we correct down to retest again, but i doubt we will see good liquidity at prices below 110k again for some time. sure, with btc going wild, everything is still possible. but emission is down A LOT to like ~7.5 xmr per block, thats like 13 btc a day with yesterdays prices. today it looks different, but sill a very manageable number if you ask me, despite high btc prices (many of us loaded up when btc was cheap, didnt we?)

the patience will eventually pay off and the price start to decline.
Thanks for being so explicit about your current position, that puts things you say into context for all those who don't know you. Actually the wind is turning now and looks like it is time to hoard rather than sell. Personally I have bought a meager amount as well (not much, about 1300 coins a couple days ago). I guess there is some kind of paradime shift taking place making "ever bearish" Monero a golden coin once again.

Monero always was a golden coin and I am indeed guessing it will be a true golden coin in the future.

However I doubt many long term readers of this thread will give your comments much credit (either positive or negative) since you has a long history of changing views in attempt to increase or depress xmr prices. Your time might be better spent doing someone other than yelling BUY BUY BUY or SELL SELL SELL depending on the direction you hope to help move prices at the time.

I think a lot of people here think that way about cryptonaire. He is just like every other FUD troll that comes on here trying to manipulate markets to make a quick Satoshi, but is more annoying than most other trolls on this thread; mainly because he tends to be very arrogant about how much he owns and makes him seemself seem to be this virtuoso of a trader. To me, It's pretty easy to detect those who are genuine about XMR with those who like to use FOMO tactics to make them self a small profit and move on to the next pump somewhere else.

Some good news. Look at that nice uptick in volume and price! Bitcoin will always have the highest volume. Litecoin has been second (worldwide) for a long time. Monero and Ethereum both have a good chance to challenge Litecoin for both wordwide trading volume and valuation within the next few years.

Perhaps one day the newly independent Colonies may act as a "little brother" supporting nation for the British Empire (or whatever European country is dominant at that time). European currency has been the dominant capital of the world for centuries and it's silly to think that will change any time soon.

The FED is fucked either way. Raise the interest rate? Then you create stock market panic, which will have an unpredictable effect on crypto: will people see it as more than silly-experimental-nerd-money when shit hits the fan? Or don't raise interest rates and print more free money via QE and cryptocurrency becomes one of the few 'hard' assets out there. Either way government backed currencies lose and crypto wins. If they wanted to preserve fiat in the long term they *must* raise interest rates and let the chaos rain down from the sky for the next few years. Let the banks fail, and let shit go bonkers for five years - we'll emerge from the disaster stronger and fiscally sounder than before, though the current oligarchy will be ousted. But this won't happen - instead they will come to a last minute decision that 'now is not the time' to raise interest rates and instead we need more QE. This maintains the illusion of fiscal responsibility while still keeping the "free money forever" printing press factory running.
