I only notice because my Tube is running through that other mining software's proxy.
Does the tube not work directly on the pool any more? I thought I sorted that.

How did he get to be first mate?

Anyone mining here is first mate. I have lots of first mates.

Oh you fixed it, but the controller has no backup pool option. So I have to run the proxy for a backup.

Aye!!!

Slowly chipping away at the bugs as they show up, found and fixed another that is worthy of a restart so there'll be yet another short bounce.

Indeed, however we're mostly hovering at 100TH: The average time to generate a block at 100000000.0 Mhps, given difficulty of 41272873894.7, is 2 weeks, 6 days, 12 hours, 24 minutes, and 43 seconds

Captain, is she ok?
She bounces automatically when there's a problem first mate. It appears she bounced yet again.
I only notice because my Tube is running through that other mining software's proxy.
Hi was it an asicminer tube you found the blocks with?

The first block, I am 99% sure it was one of my old Bitfury rigs. The second block was either my Tube or 1 of 2 dragon miners. They all run on the same proxy.

Ok thanks Smiley, reason I asked is that I'm only running 1 tube now solo and didn't know if it was good enough to find a block.

Any miner can find a block. I think somebody found a block with an S1 not too long ago.

Thank you. I've always wondered if all miners have the same ability to find a block. Are some chips better quality than others and better at finding blocks or are all chips basically the same?

odds should be the same but is there more lucky/better chips..
one of my gpus was the lucky one that allways found all the big shares alone.

Makes no difference. Only hashrate matters, the rest is luck.
