This DAC will never be anything if the accounting will remain amateuristic. Barwizi really needs to account for the expenses, every single microbtc of it. It will be the only way that he can save this.
Second, he needs to do what he promises. He cannot promise Voting and Lotto and then out of the blue decide to start another initiative again. I have seen his commitment to Project X the last 24 hours, and that will divert his attention from NRS 2.0 again, like he has proven to start something else without finishing the project he is working on, time and time again.

I'd lose my support base if i did that, so it's not happening, even now i have been addressing some issue in the code, wait 30 minutes if you can, you'll see some of the mods i have made.

I am only one dev so some things take longer. And besides NRS is part of XUC and XUC is part of project now, which mean i have to do them in order.

We do that. and me is first matter !! Whoever has! Because I have the numbers not in detail, and personally prepared, I can not reconstruct it either way right! Not pretty but I can not change it!

Suggestion to all:

If you donate your money to a GF, or to participate in mining operations, I highly recommend you investigate what type of reporting and transparency will take place before doing so..  (very few of you did that as I remember).

I remember seeing all the posts that send "Here's another 0.25 btc 1dasdjkdfajdsakldasfljdskl"

I shook my head at how easily people donated their money this way, just blindly throwing it into a pot on some google spreadsheet and some written up documents.

My feelings toward Barwizi is that he's a decent developer software wise, but not quite as good at running companies.  I think any mishaps are attributed more to lack of communication and understanding by everyone involved.

I hope if we can get through this, and get NRS 2.0 at exchanges, and a decent client, we can all learn from this and proceed on a better premise.  GF holders may feel that beating this issue into a public spectacle for personal satisfaction is a good idea. However, what they are also doing, is creating the potential for snapshot NRS holders to lose out as well.   Let's not sink the entire ship here.  What we need is a win-win situation.

There is a way to amicably get this resolved.

Oh, and please let's not re-quote pages and pages of screens in each post. The scroll wheel on my mouse is near broken.

Also, it is long understood that investing in mining rigs of any sort usually results in a loss over time.  It may have worked in the early days of Bitcoin, but not any longer.   At best, you can break even on your investment.  Mining is more of a hobby, or a game of chance. That's it.  A very bad investment for long term gain.

With that being said, continue to quibble over your 3-10 BTC while we drag NRS and Barwizi through the mud. All I see here is more future carnage happening with our snapshot shares, and I don't like it.

Since GF investors are seemingly paving the way for my snapshot NRS to go down with them, I feel I have a right to state my concerns about it.

I've encrypted my wallet, and when I type:

it should unlock it for minting only. I used it in old wallet and it was fine. Now I can only unlock completely the wallet (without the "true" option)

Yes, it is a bug confirmed by other person.  This alpha code needs to have that fixed.

This is already going on for 3 months, so it was hard to miss. I am truly sorry if anyone looses money over NRS, but people have been warned for several times since July.
I think everyone should make up his own mind, but there are big warning signs if all the people that have been working for NoirGroup: CFO, CMO, COO are quitting and most of them are having negative stories or they are not available. It adds up.

i don't understand why you bother mining at curecoin or any other , you should of thrown all your power at nicehash, ghash.io  got the bitcoin and paid the member every 3 month or what ever the agreement was

seam like every one is just over complicating thing

all i care about is making NRS 2.0 bigger and better so we ( and myself ) can profit from it.
I made a little bit mining and selling my old NRS ( but losing alot of value when the price keep droping) , i am hoping 2.0 will be just as profitable

So since the BTC is not enough, we add the NRB

Took me some time to read the accounting through, but one thing I can say: The accounting of 28.95 BTC totally invested is wrong. I have been looking at the Excelsheet, and see this sum: =SUM(H4:H42). In colum H only 0.15 BTC is stated for my account. But in column L you see I gave another 0.11 BTC on April 11th. That one was not counted in the total in colum H and you are referring to cell H47 for the total, but that is not the total total of BTC that has been given. My guess is that cell I47 to O47 also must be counted. Likewise I guess for PTS, NRS and NRB.
So there was more than you say there was.

You are right, it gives us a total of 29.05000255 BTC , sorry the NRB and NRS remain unchanged. And i forgot about the PTS.

So that means i need to add an additional 0.2 BTC and 3.67 BTC (for the PTS ) to what i have to account for.

Which at market price then was 29 BTC + 1.8 BTC + ~ 8 BTC and 4 BTC.

The SHARES are 50 but the VALUE is much less that your proposed 49 BTC
