That's your problem.  By the time you mine a block, it will be stale. You need >5 nodes.

Please don't ask me for a node list. I've copy/pasted a bunch of addnode= list within the last 12 hours. Please read my previous posts to find it.

Most probably because your shares2.txt and shares.txt aren't in the current folder you're starting the Noirsharesd from.

only the wallet is in place, it creates new files but i get windows message that noirsharesqt stopped working every time

it is in the folder i unzip the release.7z to, the whole package is in there

type dumpprivkey "insertyouraddresshere"
Copy the result and
in the NEW NRS wallet
HELP-> DEBUG window -> CONSOLE
type importprivkey "resultofdumpprivkey"

Your balance as of snapshot date should show up in the new wallet.
