I've already been developing Satoshi Dice and handled some support issues for quite some time via email. Now I will also handle support in the forum and manage signature campaigns!

I'm joining the "I want my money back!" club.
I sent some BTC to my personal deposit address, but nothing happened. How can I contact support?
Your account was not credited because the transaction was also funding another account and/or was a withdrawal from another account. I've added the correct balance the affected account now! |

This is starting too look pretty bad now i guess..it's obvious u can't run a business without having active support atleast once or twice a week..

you hear a lot of players complain that they had to wait a long time but not something about that they never received help in the end. 2-3 weeks is not uncommon unfortunately.
