I have 2 accounts, 1 on the bankroll and 1 for gambling. I started just a week back. I just put up 0.002BTC on the bankroll. The sites been showing 504 Gateway Time-out since the past week. The only reason i preferred it over other gambling sites is because it gives out 200 Satoshi free every second, if your balance is 0.

Strange thing was happened yesterday with my investment balance. Just after SatoshiDICE became alive, I had circa 8.6 BTC on my investment balance and 0 BTC on main balance. I divested all 8.6 BTC, and successfully withdrew 5.1 BTC to my own address 1LZRWv8He6kwiPQPSoHkFFQxEqPUgm8HWr. Remaining 3.5 BTC I reinvested. I really observed this 3.5 BTC on my investment balance. In an about hour I discovered 0 BTC on my investment balance, and 0.00023808 BTC on main balance. It's seems like a hacker attack on my account, but how can I ensure that, if site haven't withdraw history. So, can SatoshiDICE's support to explain disappearance of my 3.5 BTC , and what BTC address it was withdrawn? My login email: radioboltik@gmail.com Thanks.

Sorry for you man, same happened to me on PD, about 0.5 btc disappeared without any reason... I'd advise you to scan and clean your devices, I don't see what can do that but a hacker OR the site itself... Which is still a possibility (not an accusation here, just stating a fact) But don't expect anything from them, they won't have much information to give you especially as you were going to divest nearly 10BTC from their site :/

Who cares about their license? It's not about scam it's about being legal or not. And it won't be the first illegal but legitimate casino we had... And talking about legal activities in btc is a bit funny for me ^^

Says nothing about scam license, simply that it may be an Illegal gambling site, big deal, cheers to them. The 1668/JAZ license is a scam, because they do not fulfil Curacao laws. They do not supervise or control anything. They just take the monthly fee of US $5,000. Victims can send a complaint to complaints@curacao-egaming.com and will likely not receive a response! But it is the obligation of a licensor to take complaints of customer, isn't it? Gaming sites like satoshidice.com pay for scam licenses like 1668/JAZ to suggest they would be licensed and regulated! Correct, unless its a reputable license then you should just take it with a grain of salt. In general since its gambing and bitcoin related there really aren't that many governing bodies that can license these websites. That's something we just have to live with. Basically a sites reputation is largely built on the feedback from the Bitcointalk forum and its thread. Just do your due diligence before you send your BTC over and you should be fine. This website has been having problems for MONTHS and if you've spent 5 minutes reading this thread, many of your withdraw issues wouldn't of been an issue since you would of moved on to another site which has better service.

Ok ok i get your point. But as good as it can be to spread awarness on possible problems, calling them a scam isn't really the solution. Especially in btc casinos. They're not regulated and you can't complain! At least in my country I'm pretty sure that nothing can be done for crimes commited with btc, it's not legally recognized as a currency! So that they're licensed or not doesn't change a thing.

And talking about legal activities in btc is a bit funny for me ^^ The problem is: a) If a site has no license, then I know that they are illegal and likely hide their identity and customers usually will be very cautious and send only small amounts b) If a site has a license , customers usually feel more safe and will send more money, because they think that the site operator is supervised and regulated Therefore, b) with a scam license is unlike more dangerous for customers like a) Not so sure about what you're saying and especially in btc casino! I NEVER checked any license ever. And I bet I'm not the only one. In fact if people would check license we would have known earlier that this one is not a real one.

All laws are applicable for Bitcoin casinos the same way like they are for fiat money casinos. I NEVER checked any license ever.

If no one ever checks licenses, why do satoshidice.com pay US $5,000 per month for a license? If (according to you) Bitcoin casinos are anyway illegal, why do they pay US $5,000 per month for a license? Nobody checks licenses because its common sense when anything is "Bitcoin " related then no government regulation or authority will do much to help you in the end anyways. Most bitcoin gamblers know this. I think those licenses only exist to keep a few noobs happy that their money is safe but for most of the community its common sense that unless your funds are in COLD STORAGE then they are at risk of getting stolen.

Nobody checks licenses because its common sense when anything is "Bitcoin " related then no government regulation or authority will do much to help you in the end anyways. 1668/JAZ scam license = curacao-egaming.com checks nothing and this totally independent of whether "Bitcoin" related or not. Therefore, I do not get your "Bitcoin" related point? Most bitcoin gamblers know this. I think those licenses only exist to keep a few noobs happy that their money is safe but for most of the community its common sense that unless your funds are in COLD STORAGE then they are at risk of getting stolen. I assume that you can see the contradiction between "Nobody checks licenses..." and "I think those licenses only exist to keep a few noobs happy that their money is safe..."? If nobody checks licenses, how would anyone know that their money is safe based on a license? Ahh, as long as my funds are in a foreign, anonymous COLD STORAGE, no one can steal them?

Because this gambling site isn't a stock broker like ScottTrade etc which is regulated by a government entity. Your BTC is never safe when its on any type of bitcoin site. Cold storage is where you hold the private key and the private key was never on an online computer, yes that's very secure.

Having a license does not speak to the legitimacy (or illegitimacy) of any casino. In fact, I would argue that most licensed casino's are more of a "scam" (rip off, usually not full blown scam) than the unlicensed ones. The house edge of licensed sites is usually multiple times that of unlicensed, and they have T&C up the you know what for bonuses and jackpots.
Not to mention most jurisdictions do not even offer online gaming licenses (nor do most recognize the gaming licenses of foreign countries). Malta/Curacao/etc licenses are essentially state sponsored rip offs, their licenses are worthless (actually worse than worthless: most require you ban players from their jurisdiction) and just a way to rake in cash from business operators.
