In most Asian countries, one will be better off hosting it privately. However, electricity rates in SG is expensive, while S9 sure do helps in the ROI, its too long to recover as long as power rates remain high. I am exploring somewhere in Asia where power is cheap, internet connectivity is good and "Security" is decent. But I am tempted to think out of the box and consider outside of Asia.... PM me if you have a decent proposal....

Pleased indeed...and two of my three S7s cleared Canada customs, so I may be back to full production in a few days. madam... you are hosting your S7s in Canada? I am looking for a home for my BTC rigs too... Danke! I sent them off to CryptoBoreas (hence the dogsled metaphors). It didn't take long for them to get from here to Montreal, but it's taking 4-5 days to clear Canada customs from there. No worries. I chose them because of the significantly lower power cost...presently figures out to about USD$50/mo for an S7 (their prices are quoted in CAD). They don't provide remote access for small miners like myself, but I'm not concerned about that, as the only reason I would check their Luci's here is if I thought there might be a heat issue, etc. That's a prime reason for using a datacenter, and I can see how hashing is going via ckpool and Zach's monitor. They're responsive via e-mail. My comms with them so far have been solid and productive. I'll have something else to say probably after the boxes are online. We still have transactions to do. FWIW...my original S2 was named Doc (no amps to run him here). The S3s are Dopey, Happy, Grumpy, Sleepy, Sneezy, and Bashful. The S7s are Doc Jr., Sleepy Jr., and Bashful Jr. Couldn't think of a better way to index my little diamond miners. Mine on, bunkies...

Thanks for the information on CryptoBoreas - will check them out. LOL.... those naming convention for your S7s are great compared to mine, which is plain boring S7-1, S7-2..... however, my rentals, LuckyJuvia (US), PrincessJuvia (US) and QueenJuvia (FR) have been very lucky. My other rigs doing ETH are Brutus, Olive, Popeye, Wimpy and Seahag!!!
