... and 2 more changes for anyone who gets an A7 and mines here Smiley

In /etc/crontabs/root
Change the '5' to '2'
i.e. change it to:
Code:
*/2 * * * * /usr/bin/cgminer-monitor

and change /usr/bin/cgminer-monitor to check the last share, not the last work:
i.e. change line 14 from:
Code:
B=`cgminer-api devs | grep "^   \[Last Valid Work\]"`
to
Code:
B=`cgminer-api devs | grep "^   \[Last Share Time\]"`

Basically what this does is if the last share found is ever more than a minute ago, it will restart cgminer.
As I've mentioned before that's ever so unlikely here on a single miner.
But also I've found during the A7 startup it would often have to restart cgminer - and the 5->2 change speeds that up.

Very Cool!  Keep em coming! Grin

Going to throw additional 620TH pretty soon at this great pool. Unfortunately its not going to be Avalon 7 since they could not get down to the right level price wise. I would love to use Avalon but 131$ a TH is just way too expensive.

My 'Net was down for almost five hours...that happens out here fairly regularly. Not fun.

721 will be here tomorrow. Anxious...and I appreciate the code tweaks, Kano.  Kiss

To infinity and beyond...on two 741s and one of only 3...nope, make that 4...full nodes in Hawaii...on <30A. (I have other gear on the Hoth ice planet)

Ah well, looks like the price jump back up and the payout confirms were around the same time - maybe that helped a bit for anyone who converts Smiley

Yup...it did, actually. Enough to pay for another load of psu pigtails (high-end batch...much better than the previous) to run the A7 and one remaining A6.

Does this pool have an option to notify you when your miner is below a certain hashrate threshhold? If not, I have an S9, any way to set it up so that I get this email notification?

Cheers

No auto by the pool.

However, there's a web site by Zach that does and the Apple app does that too.
See the first post for them.

Yes, I do that now at the end of each month. As soon as I got home from work today I transferred my coins from my Core Wallet, to Coinbase. Then sold them and transferred the $$ back to my bank. Cash should be in the bank by Friday.
It helps with bills. Of course about half of that will go to pay my electric bill.  Tongue

Come on blocks!  I got the dreaded "Clearance Delay" notice on my A721 shipment this morning.  It was scheduled to be delivered today but it is Oakland, California on hold.  Angry

My  2 still seem to be no where. Last info was on Mon and they were in Hong Kong.

With a 2043 usd order I fear big time taxes on this gear.
