PromoPlugs and the CrownCoin team have decided to resend bounties to all those that used a Yobit address in the Twitter Campaign. I apologize for the delay in making this decision, Yobit kept stating they would fix the wallet, but obviously they have not. If you haven't sent me a new address yet, please PM me your Twitter UserName and new Coin address to receive your bounty funds!

Could every body please hassle yobit to update the crw wallet? This is becoming totally unacceptable now.
i was send support ticket from 5 days ago and it was 10 ticket haha. they say need to update the wallet, but i dunno they really do it or not Haha, thanks for the help, yobit have little interest in updating their wallet. I think we should remove them until they become compliant, why does everyone think? if U remove from yobit I just lost my money Defunctec meant remove from the OP. Get rid of them. We can't afford to direct people to an exchange that doesn't look after its customers. Due to lack of volume we have officially decided to 'de-list' yobit

It is out of our control. You need to be asking Yobit this question.

Yobit are willfully not updating the wallet, they know customers funds are not accessible, but still nothing. Please write a complaint to yobit about the situation

Other big pools are more likely to add us as well. Make sure to put your votes toward the proposal. every vote counts toward 1% of your hashrate.

Our australian member of the team is now rewieving the wording. If there are some items which bites your eyes - send me a PM for the proposed text changes. Current branding will remain for now, but we are ready to listen to serious proposals backed by real arguments. Thanks for your support. We are pushing to get added to slushpool If you can help us out, please create an account, create a worker and provide that worker here, we can then use the worker to distribute votes. https://slushpool.com/proposal/detail/597/Slush pool already are interested in Crowncoin we just need that little push! Other big pools are more likely to add us as well. Make sure to put your votes toward the proposal. every vote counts toward 1% of your hashrate. Very exciting stuff will be headed over to slushpool to check it out. Additionally, just one more update regarding the straw poll I made regarding the branding of Crowncoin. 40% for "I dislike the current feudalistic themes, but like the Crowncoin name, logo, etc." 27% for "I think it could use some changes" 20% for "I fear roving unconquerable castles might attack, we need Crowncoin" 13% for "I love it! Don't change anything!" Total votes~ 15 While I know there are more members of the crown community who did not vote, I think this does serve to illustrate the need for the branding choices to be addressed at some point in the future. Moreover, on the current website there are some incongruities in the usage of English words. I would be happy to (without changing the branding, content or meaning) assist in editing the website to make it sound more professional for other English speakers.

If Slush or any other large pool do adopt CRW, it won't be worth mining for the home/small miner as the diff will sky rocket. Nobody mined Huntercoin for the same reason, but when FUPool stopped merge mining HUC it instantly became minable again, the decentralisation returned, hash rate recovered & the price is still increasing. Nobody mines NMC or SYS for the same reason. Having a large pool merge mine a coin does more harm to a coin than good, & relying on a single pool for your hash rate is pure centralisation. Miners have already lost 40% of their CRW reward, a large pool will simply take what's left.

While that's true from a community perspective (I'm involved in Huntercoin and have seen the effect there), there's also a flip side: While mining might be decentralised, that does not really mean security (and security against any single attacker / point of failure is the whole point of decentralisation in cryptos). When no big mining pools are involved and you have decentralised, small miners, that also means that any of the big pools could 51% attack the coin at any moment they like - having a pool dominate the hash rate for real just makes this explicit (but the risk also exists otherwise). So ideally you would want multiple big pools if you care about security.

Slushpool merge mining proposal making progress... just passed up the Argentum proposal in total hash rate voting for it. Total Hash Rate ▲13.18 Th/s Total Votes ▲5 Total Points ▲500 Crowncoin Merge Mining (#597) We would like to invite you to merge mine Crowncoin. Domob who made Namecoin added merge mining to Crowncoin back in 2015. The network has slowly grown and as I type the hashrate is 1.2PH, the average is between 1PH - 2.5PH (Website) http://crowncoin.org/(BitcoinTalk) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=815487.0(Block Explorer) https://chainz.cryptoid.info/crw/Thanks for you'r consideration — defunctec, 07 October 2016, 02:10
