In truth, Payb.tc is the only "account" of BCS&T, and therefore is owed the entire amount. I'm not sure how I feel about pirate getting your entire customer list, with bitcoin addresses and email addresses.

Where do people get the idea that their email address will be required ?

Quote from pirate:

At his time, all Pirate Pass-Thru operators are required to submit a list of their sub-accounts including; balance, forum / IRC name (or any other way of linking and confirming the account) and Bitcoin withdraw address.

Seeing as all users of BitcoinMax had to have a forum-account there's no need to provide anything but forum-name for whatever identification is 'needed'

In order to participate in BTCST I had to use the service of BitcoinMax since there was no way to do it directly with pirate. In my view that makes BitcoinMax (payb.tc) the only contact I need ever have with BTCST. Since pirateat40 is being such a douchebag as far as the smallest iota of detail or clarity on the matter, I am hopeful I  will never have to deal with him directly.

payb.tc you know pirateat40 and any other players in this fiasco much better than I and just as I trusted you with my investment, I again trust you to decide what's the best course from here.

If you believe releasing my forum name, bitcoin address, balance, etc. are in the best interest of resolving this, by all means do so; if not, fine too. It's in your hands and up to your judgement.

Are all these explicit consent statements to pass on info required?

If so, you have my consent.

So if payb.tc is not here and Pirate sets his Friday deadline knowing that, is it strictly a move to chop a 1/5 to 1/4 off his debt load?

payb.tc you know pirateat40 and any other players in this fiasco much better than I

unfortunately this is largely a misconception. i don't have any extra 'insider' information that isn't all over the forum.

by the way, it is very unlikely that i will be sending pirate the details of bitcoinmax accounts. i think this information is totally irrelevant to *my* account at BST.

also, there's a limit to how much more time i can spend on this without getting paid... i also have to focus on where my next paycheque is going to come from.
