Lets say... person A had account number #300 for e.g with a balance of 50btc or woteva and person B had account #6...
would person A be allowed to transfer there coins into Person B account ?

The payout order is important to determine the market value off the defaulted accounts.

The wherewithall is not able to be hidden anymore, so yes we are there already  and there are to

come more hythethical questions, one should get ones sleepless head around.

from what i understand, pirate will be sending the coins to me all at once... in 1 big transaction.

i'm going to be processing payouts one at a time anyway, to make sure no mistakes occur, so this will naturally be in order of USER ID# which basically means account age.

this process will likely take me a while, so even after pirate pays me, please don't expect your coins immediately... i'll get them done as fast as i can.

i still need to make sure account-ownership changes are up-to-date too.

I agree with the coins that had it the account. I don't know how long it takes you to pass it thru, but if someone invested 100 coins an hour before the announcement and you still had them in your account before you knew about the closing, wouldnt it be the most ethical thing to send them right back?

No.  It was made very clear that as soon as your coins are received by payb.tc they are earning interest, whether he actually passed them through or not.  Since they're earning interest, you can't expect to get them back in the event of a default.  payb.tc was reducing his own investment by however much you sent until he transferred your coins to BS&T to make up the difference.

You can't go changing the rules now.

At least the crumps of the remaining assets should be distributed evenly as its already an obvious insider scam or is it not?

All of the customers coins are still with payb.tc he simply transferred the risk to the customers and collected a fee  unless he also deposited his own coins with pirate

that might be true if i were rich enough to own 150,000 btc.

but in reality practically none of the coins are with me... almost all of them got sent to pirate to earn interest.

i have less than 100 btc of these coins in my wallet.
