Then lets force him finally to change the criminal FIFO pay -out order to earn a legal claim on remaining coins,
i hope you're not talking about me... the 'fifo' pay out order is not going to apply to bitcoinmax unless BS&T pays out 100% of the coins owed... you can decide for yourself how likely that is. For reaffirming your stalling tactics, its not even needed to enter the stage -- open up shop again please -- and define yourself and bitcoinmax as the honest entity in which we all invested ! What BCST does or doesn´t, can´t be an excuse for you to nullify our claims to it. BCST pays out ( or stalls or doesn´t ( thats completly irrelevant), whoever is not considered to be a criminal chain - letter himself and FIFO defines exactly that !!! You better do now, what you are told , as it ´ll get worse by the day and not just for you, but for every party involved.....just some other PPT account holders are jumping in queue and in the air. Try to think as a honest person, that you are, before you choose to believe not needing to know what pirate is doing and yet not to be responsible for collecting the remaining principal. As it stands there is still principal in your hands, which wasn´t lost by pirate! Think it through and move! Cheers Zyk

Hi guys,
I have to admit that I'm slightly irritated about all this information transfer situation. I don't appreciate the fact that my account information was not transferred to pirate. I was willing to give him the infos.
I'm still interested in sending my account informations, and would like to know if there's a way to solve this problem. I understand the position of those who want to keep the info confidential, and I'm not interested in arguing about that. I would just like to have an option to opt in or out of this situation. This is still my money, and I'm going to accept the complete responsibilities of my actions. But having somebody else deciding for me prevent me from assuming my responsibilities. I don't want this to be on the shoulders of payb.tc, because if he makes the wrong move, all the blame is going to shift to him and we're probably going to dig deeper the mess everybody is already in.
If I lose my money, I want this to be by my own fault, not by somebody else actions.
Also, if I may suggest a solution for this. In Bitcoinmax, an option could be added in Account Settings about if the user is accepting to disclose the infos to pirate. Give a deadline (like 3 days) for people to make their choice (you can put "No" as default, I don't care). After the deadline, send the infos of those who agreed to pirate. No public fight and everybody can assume their own responsibilities of all that.
Thanks!
I agree. I would still like the opportunity to opt-in to having my information sent to Pirate, even though it's past Pirate's initial deadline.

I hear that zyk has been hired for BTC10 by some unidentified person to spam the pirate-related threads from Germany. Whether that is true or not, the effect is the same. Do set him on Ignore.

There's no need to answer him. I think pretty much everyone is ignoring him and he appears intent on deliberately sabotaging threads. He is the very first user I have ever ignored on this forum, or any forum as far as I can recall.

Care to come up with an argument that attests or refutes the Wallstreet Journals article? Do you even know what you are ignoring ? Do you want Zyk (who anyway is just a sock - puppet ---Maria´s?) to treat your academic orgasms more politely?...ask everybody ..you can´t really wish for, that he argues in a profounder style Would love to hear some well thought out academic treaty, why my view of the wherewithall is totally flawed and should be ignored ! i may better my english a lot, as i can´t ignore anything which goes on in our awesome and to be loved bitcoinworld Cheers Zyk
