But seriously, if you have such an important email with real proof and from such a big partner why wouldn't you post it?  Anybody looking to invest in GAW or XPY would love to see some hard proof so please post it.  A screenshot and not just some copy and paste dialogue which anybody can make up.

Thats for a judge to decide not you and not a "lawyer company" Judges have upheld clauses that prevent customers from partaking in class action law suits in the past and that means it would be dealt with on an individual basis and if you or a lawyer think the TOS is moot that's fine and dandy but that issue would first have to be dealt with in court before any class action would be able to proceed, any lawyer worth his salt would know that.  Disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer I just play one on the Internet.

Nobody can start a class action against GAW. They specifically included an arbitration clause in their TOS to avoid them.

Gotta agree there - class actions are incredibly difficult to do.

Look at Butterfly Labs.  The biggest blatant scammers in the history of crypto.  Hard proof.  Witnesses.  So much evidence of the many laws they broke including mining for months with their customers' rigs and there is no class action suit.  At least not yet.

And it's not too late for GAW/XPY.  They can still make this work if there is a real plan and real partners waiting to be announced.  A $20 floor is still possible - especially if Bitcoin starts going up.  

Garza/GAW/XPY have many outs although right now it's not clear what's going on, it's a risky investment at this point but with a huge potential reward if Garza delivers on even half of his promises.

There is no plan. (unless bullshit your way to success counts)

IF josh delivered on 100% of his promises (debit cards, amazon shopping, bill pay, etc), it would still be another centralized shitcoin with no useful features. It's a joke.

With no real sources of revenue for the past ~3 months, GAW is likely heading fast for bankruptcy. Even if BTC shot up to ~$1000/coin, they still couldn't afford to hold the $20 floor because of all the xpy they've dumped on the market.

There is a bigger reason to relocate at this point for Garza.  The SEC investigation.  It's very expensive and time consuming to deal with the SEC especially with the new regulations after the 2008 crash.  

Look at Voorhees, a totally legit guy, yet he got fined $50,000 for doing simple business in this new industry.  What Garza wants to do is much bigger and more complex and the SEC could hold him up for a long time while also costing him millions in additional regulatory costs.  

Sure it would be nice to know the SEC has approved garza's plan but the SEC doesn't necessarily help much given they're so corrupt and incompetent and I can understand why anyone, wanting to speed things up and save some money would try and bypass the SEC if they could use a legal loophole by simply relocating.
