From the Coinfire report
While the DHS reports are extremely detailed and further detail alleged fraud and alleged money-laundering for terrorist organizations and supporters, Coin Fire is opting not to publish these documents until a later date as to not jeopardize the current on-going investigation and to as protect our sources.
WOW!

Also as I mentioned on hashtalk, I offered to consult on the new XYPteam and their new ventures on fixing the code. I have been put in contact with them via a third party but I have not responded yet, mainly because I am trying to figure out if they are a separate group from GAW. If so, I am more than happy to tell them what needs to be fixed. Their community has taken a beating, mainly from the company that has control of the code base, which is unacceptable to me.
I can hardly believe I am reading this! Litecoin is hardly on fire right now (To make the understatement of the century) and one of the most senior members of the Litecoin association is in talks to save fucking Paycoin. This comes less than 1 year after Coblee spent over 20 hours on the dogecoin subreddit trying to save their poorly conceived, dying coin by proposing merged mining. They only implemented it after ridiculing Coblee for 4 months and even then they called it AUXPOW, to try to distance it from Coblee's idea. I am all for giving a helping hand, but litecoin isn't fucking bitcoin you know, you can hear the tumbleweeds in litecointalk and the litecoin subreddit sometimes. So why don't you stop having 2 hour long fucking chats with bitjane or other pricks from hashtalk and tell the litecoin community when the new litecoin.com website is going to be finished, or what other developments are in the pipeline. Jesus fucking Christ. As a litecoin holder I cannot believe your actions. They are totally unprofessional. And you better declare this bullshit over on the Litecoin subreddit and litecointalk.

Yeah, but you dont necessarily get to keep it. Google clawback laws, then reread the SEC subpoena.

Why is it that the remaining GAW supporters all seem to have some sort of reading comprehension issue or are not reading at all? Rhetorical question probably.

Because they think they will get more from Homero, stupidly so. Anyone with half a brain knows why zen and paybase are done. Homero is still chanting next week, next week, and they believe him. True dumbasses left at this point.

Transaction fees go to the pools and the pools decide to pay them to the miners. Anything else, including off-chain solutions are stealing and not the way Bitcoin was intended to function. Make the block size set by the pool. Pool = miners and they get the choice.

Why is it that the remaining GAW supporters all seem to have some sort of reading comprehension issue or are not reading at all? Rhetorical question probably. On one side you have facts and logic and the long arm of the law tightening its grip on the PayCoin con. On the other you have lies and fairy tales and Homero the XPY Savior. The horde is all in. It is sort of like Stockholm Syndrome but they really are holding themselves captive to a dream of financial prosperity. But at all cost? Well now that DHS is involved, if the hangers on do not cease then they could become culpable.

They try to pump the coin prize , and the negative territory (who ever this is maybe the negative territory is GAW themselfs LOL ) is selling.

I wonder if exchanges could be culpable for continuing to list XPY?

Probably not considering they list many other scam coins....that would be a lot of "what if" on their shoulders. It's like saying you hold the NYSE responsible for your Netscape shares loss.... lol You can guarantee that I will never use any exchange that chooses to profit from these toxic assets: 1 Cryptsy XPY/BTC $ 23,737 $ 0.662527 82.74 % Recently 2 Bittrex XPY/BTC $ 3,965 $ 0.662685 13.82 % Recently 3 Coin-Swap XPY/BTC $ 354 $ 0.572954 1.23 % Recently 4 Bitcoin Indonesia XPY/BTC $ 223 $ 0.651698 0.78 % Recently 5 YoBit XPY/BTC $ 214 $ 0.060011 0.75 % Recently 6 Cryptsy XPY/USD $ 187 $ 0.648240 0.65 % Recently 7 C-CEX XPY/BTC $ 3 $ 0.448043 0.01 % Recently 8 Bleutrade XPY/BTC $ 2 $ 0.543142 0.01 % Recently 9 SwissCEX XPY/BTC $ 1 $ 3.26 0.00 % Recently 10 Bleutrade XPY/HTML5 $ 0 $ 0.213996 0.00 % Recently 11 Bleutrade XPY/LTC $ 0 $ 0.491060 0.00 % Recently 12 Bleutrade XPY/DOGE $ 0 $ 0.568586 0.00 % Recently 13 AllCoin XPY/BTC $ 0 $ 0.868928 0.00 % Recently 14 BX Thailand XPY/BTC $ 0 $ 0.843135 0.00 % Recently The free market allows people to freely trade in these scamcoins but also allows us to avoid these exchanges because any exchange that deals with this crap is also far more likely to be "hacked" or run off with their clients assets.

It's like saying you hold the NYSE responsible for your Netscape shares loss.... lol I am referring to now, after the Coinfire article, with DHS saying they are looking into XPY as a means to fund terrorists. Look at it this way. Suppose ISIS launched ISIS coin to further their cause. Would not the exchange, the investors, and the creators all be responsible?

GAWsome! Man, I just read the whole CF article, and then fired up BTC wisdom to check XPY price and it's up? WTF? The titanic analogy is spot on perfect, you win the entire internet for today, my good man!

I think that the best way to stop the price downward trend would be that every xpy holder would publicly praise and thank Mr. Ganza on all kind of internet forums and twitters, for holding off from dumping all his premined coins one day more
I think Mr. Ganza would approve, you are free to use this idea on HT Mr. Ganza

Probably not considering they list many other scam coins.... This case could be different. No coin and company i am aware of that much investigated. from the latest coin fire article: "DHS documents detail an alleged money-laundering operation with Mr. Garza at the center accepting funds “off the books” for XPY from individuals on current banking watch-lists related to anti-terrorism banking issues. DHS also has prepared several draft subpoenas to potentially be issued to those affiliated with the banking relationships of Mr. Garza, including a subpoena for emails from a TD Bank manager named Brian Bedore."

A thought.
Now that the authorities are? on the case, they may have requested all exchanges and financial/coin services operated by GAW to freeze.
This could be to prevent any further funding of .... ?
Based on the Coinfire article, anything at this point is possible! Should it prove to be entirely true, and odds are good it is, then this horror story has much yet to deliver. However, the money also may evaporate overnight as systems get shut down by Govt order.
Speculation for sure! But knowing the voracious attitude of the US authorities I wouldn't put much past them to act now the ball is rolling!
