Isn't coinswap out of Florida? Where does Europe come into that?

Interesting about "jot" PR. I've never heard a North American say it or write in many years of observation. I pretty sure it is not in Homero's limited vocab. so I wonder if it can lead us to who is behind the 'CEO'  title (this week)

There was a posting from Homero where he used the word "jot". Jot down I think it said.

There is no way on earth that is our country bumpkin from Vermont saying that. In fact no one from the US would say that. That is an incredibly specific word from a specific era.

We use it in the UK as slang for writing something on a piece of paper,  "Can you jot this telephone number down"

I've heard it used in the US plenty of times, from east coast to west.  Not sure what you guys are digging at here, but it "ain't" true.

Just keeping track of who is wearing the CEO hat this week. It doesn't seem to occur to either them or their followers that it is so obvious that multiple people are posting under his forum name yet they have never fessed up to that, and the followers do not see that as being as shady itself as the whole operation is.

I wonder if exchanges could be culpable for continuing to list XPY?

I highly doubt it.

Thanks! I don't have a HT account so some links work and some don't (that did!)
Only on HT is Mr Ganza freezing your XPY a positive thing, it's for your own benefit apparently.

"@don-kiddick There is a big announcement coming I'd say.
@Jsep87 I'll bet you 10 btc that the honour program happens - You up for that??"

and this poor guy thinks it just started

"still cant withdraw for the last 2 days from zencloud" lol...it's been well over a week (9 days maybe?)

Just for the record "terrorist" is the modern day bogey man.  And watch lists and no-fly lists are used as much to punish politically inconvenient people as they are to go after real terrorists.  The point is that if Josh did business with someone the government didn't like for any reason, any reason at all even if they have nothing at all to do with actual terrorism, they could cry about KNC and terrorist money laundering and come after everyone.  It doesn't actually excuse Josh or GAW for breaking the law, do the crime do the time as they say.  But throwing around words like terrorist or terrorism in regards to money laundering is easy to do and may not have anything at all to do with any actual terrorism or terrorists.

I completely agree, and I doubt that Josh or GAW was knowingly selling to terrorists. It is more likely that people on the terrorist watch list  were using paycoin without GAW knowing. Regardless, the fact the the DHS is investigating this should have all paycoin investors scared. That is the risk of having most or all your transactions routing through one company though.

I can see the next excuse from Mr.Garza incoming:

"Deer SEC, I can't jot back form my vacation to attention my disposition because no fly list. Sent from my iPhone."

It looks a bit like this

Josh was in Europe to finalize purchase of coinswap ( where it is based) and today the site said officially it has been sold to GAW  They will now need to handle the turnover which is simpler if everyone has to remove their coins by March 22 or they will have an expensive audit/accounting nightmare and then probably set up the relaunch under a new banner.

The new exchange using coinswap tech/code ,which I fhave found very user freindly, will most likely be in Europe where it can open very quickly and cheaply ,compared to USA ,due to the regulatory environment being friendlier and the fact that no legislation has been passed YET  ( par for the course in euroland !)

The exchange was purchased in December. Pretty much everything else in your post is also fiction.

And your point is?

This is a post - 911 world. The government has fully implemented their police state. The Patriot Acts 1 and 2 and the NDAA are their crown jewels. People let it happen. Edward Snowden & that transtesticle Chelsea Manning, Wikileaks & Julian Assange tried to warn us and we all saw what happened to them when they got in Big Brothers cross-hairs?

At the end of the day, from the governments perspective, they don't give a fuck about GAW, Paycoin, nor Josh. What they care about is forwarding their agenda. GAW, Josh, et al are a means to an end. The disservice that this slimy piece of shit has done to the world of crypto will be just as bad as Mt Gox and Silk Road.

We will be seeing a shit storm to clamp down on all cryptos and turn it into a regulatory nightmare. Just fucking wait for it. It is now inevitable.

From the governments perspective, the only cryptos that will be legit will be the ones that they can completely control with their laws. Anything operating outside of that will be labeled whatever they want: terrorists, money laundering, organized crime. They will force all exchanges to use KYC documentation. They will attempt to take all anonymity out of the equation. Those that resist will retreat to the 'dark side' of the web and then will be labeled said bogeyman.

Government is not emotional. Government is methodical, patient, and always power grabbing. That is why the Constitution exists. To protect people from over-reaching government. When the government is allowed to pass laws usurping your rights this is the end result. Looking at how far this Corpo-Facist Financial Dictatorship has advanced since 911, imagine what it will look like in 10 more years.

Right now as I type Australia, Canada, and France are in the process of trying to pass laws to implement their versions of the Patriot Act and NDAA. This after they had there little terror-filled fun days blaring 24-7 on the news.

Ask yourself why ISIS is always popping up in countries that NATO and the USA have destabilized. Who is funding and arming them? CLUE: It is not China nor is it Russia.

So I ask again, what is your point?

Jump you fuckers! | The thing about smart motherfuckers is they sound like crazy motherfuckers to dumb motherfuckers. | My sig space for rent for 0.01 btc per week.

I searched Coin-Swap  trade mark  no US record or business name registered

Cryptocurrency of America, LLC is florida registered but both that and Ian Childress have no TM's on the data base. I suppose it could have been unregistered by I doubt it

Time will tell  If the deal has just been completed leading to todays announcement I would have thought Josh would need to be there and the last we heard he was in Europe

Still stands out to me his use of the word "jot" quick checking out of all the people there and all the time the forum has been around, all of two people have ever used the word. One Californian and one Australian.

Then Homero out of the blue yesterday.

https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&as_q=jot& &as_sitesearch=hashtalk.org

I just find it peculiar at this late stage of the game is all.

I currently live in the US.  The US is the only place that I have heard jot used to describe writing something down.  I have heard it recently too, from different parts of the union.

I dunno, I think its a stretch to hang someones identity on that particular word.

I don't know about "jot", but there have been some other words and expressions used by GAWCEO that just don't feel "right". I can't pinpoint the specifics, it's just a feeling after having reading hundreds if not thousands of his barely literate ramblings on HT and Twitter. I'm sure the Alphabet Agencies have experts for that kind of thing.

Has anyone else noticed that MrCoins from Hashtalk is probably the singlehanded largest private pusher of Paycoin ever witnessed?

https://hashtalk.org/user/mrcoins

Look at this scumbag's Twitter account!!!

https://twitter.com/CryptoDabbler

MONTHS worth of promoting XPY literally all day every day. No wonder he's pouring koolaid by the gallon, he obviously has a serious vested interest in the success of the coin.

I hope the feds take certain interest in people who worked THAT hard to further this scam.

This is just a RANDOM snapshot from his tweets several months ago, but it is a perfect representation of every single day for the last several months. Go look for yourself!

Can anyone figure out who this guy is? I think it's time we show him some overdue attention.
