Is the bcash issue fixed yet? I (temporarily) removed SafeDice from my site. I still have my own investments on here and not too worried. But admin should really improve support on such issues I understand delay with limited hot wallets or in this case a hard-fork that needs an updated node, but this is really taking too long. I hope it's solved soon. Edit: There were BCH issues but these problems have been solved.

Good to hear SafeDice is going to credit BitcoinGold as it was done for Bitcoin Cash. I have only one question: SafeDice seemed to imply that only invested money will be snapshotted for the airdrop. Is it like this or it is enough to have BTC balance on SD? Please clarify, thanks!
Not only invested money, money stayed on balance has been snapshotted as well, this is exactly what we did with BCT in the past. I'm currently working on BitcoinGold, please apologize the delay. But admin should really improve support on such issues I understand delay with limited hot wallets or in this case a hard-fork that needs an updated node, but this is really taking too long. I hope it's solved soon. Folks still haven't received their BCH money or an admin response in over 2 weeks. I'd just recommend people avoid sending money there for now. I haven't seen anyone complaining about withdrawing however. BCH deposit went down recently due to new breaking BCH version that is incompatible with our node. There wasn't any error message from the node so I thought it was a false alarm or temporary network issue. I noticed it can't receive new block update but it was a bit late. I quickly have the node updated, but some old deposits were skipped because the downtime was too long. I admit I made a big mistake. Now, I have re-update the node and fixed the issue. Every BCH deposits should have been processed by now. Just in case anyone still have any BCH problem, please email me on support@safedice.com / safedice@protonmail.com. In addition, as an apology for the long waiting, I have added 0.01 BCH deposit bonus to every account that deposited 0.01 BCH or more during our downtime period.

Great news!
Good customer service goes a very long way to ensure loyalty and future business.
My issue was not related to BCH, it was trouble logging into my account. The emails were sent to Support@ about a week ago, so I'll continue to be patient since you've been dealing with other issues.
Thanks.

Hi SD, thanks for the clarification. I sent you an email: have a look at it please.
I'm not sure which one is your email since you didn't provide username. I have just solved all mails related to forgot password / login related issue, including yours. In case you still have any problem, please resend them to me.

I think what most exchanges and services like casinos need to do is program some type of cronjob with their wallet daemons so that when the wallet fails to sync or crashes it automatically reboots the daemon wallet.
I get the same issues with my AWS nodes. They sometimes run fine for 2 months straight and other times they crash every couple of days. Only way to handle this situation is to make them automatically reboot when they detect a dead sync.

I'm back in my account now, thanks admin. Maybe have an auto-responder for when there's a delay in support to put our minds at ease.

However, these types of downtimes happened already and they have been fixed accordingly. Sure thing is they need to be more communicative with us.

This site goes down every now and then, then comes back up. It sucks that there is almost no communication from owners / moderators. However, to ease the worries of those who have funds on the site, I'd just check their main cold storage wallet, which is: 1SD1ciWyeDNf26YoAUjSsifQZK1ShFJ2s If you see funds on there, everything is good. If it's drained it's game over . It's currently got the expected amount, so all is good . Mods, PLEASE announce somewhere (whether it be twitter, bitcointalk, whatever), when your site is down. This is $%^$ MANDATORY. We have funds on your site, communication is key. Please understand. Thank you.

I’m hoping it’s just due to the BTG or something. How long does it usually go down for?

It's never usually down for more than a day. I think the longest was most of one day, then it came back online, with no announcement or comment from the owners. lol. Worth noting this is a pretty old site though, been around since 2014. One would think that if they were gonna run with the loot, they would have done it a long time ago . Should be up soon I imagine.

Well this is pretty much to be expected these days.
Its not only these bitcoin casinos, its pretty much any exchange or bitcoin related service.
They got a huge inrush of customers, and not enough support staff. On top of that they got server which can only withstand maybe 25% of the current loads and everything is sitting at a standstill.
