That was likely a lucky mistake. He must have had entered "2" in the 'win chance' box instead of 'payout'. Looking at his previous bets and his immediate reaction, I don't believe he did that intentionally. Note that the house edge was almost at 8% for that bet.

Propably somone break into my account. Someone withdrawl my 0.07290000 btc, and play for 0.00006152 BTC once. i'm very astonished, because I had a good password.

I do not know whether my PC is compromised. I am using linux and it is low chance but I was playing on my windows 7 virtual machine via Seuntjies dicebot. Dicebot do not work under linux even via wine because I can't instal net framework under wine. It is also low chance to compromised my virtual machine because I only installed net framework 4.5 and dicebot. I do not even know software to scan/protect my windows 7 VM because I use windows rarely. I will look for good antivirus later and scan it. Can you write me some good free antivirus/scanner??

I also changed my password and enabled Two-Factor Authentication, but is it good protection?? Is it vety hard to break into my account when 2fa is enabled fo example when someone stole my password??

Android is very bad, too many exploits with the OS. Also there are many exploits with the different browsers especially if you are using an older version.

Use an iPad or iPhone instead, their security is usually better or just don't gamble with mobile and use a computer

XMR has been on SD for just as long as BTC, so when looking at volume, you really are comparing apples to apples. Thus, XMR is basically just play money on SD, no one really takes it seriously. The bankroll hasn't changed much in forever, SD barely supports it etc.... It's a novelty really.
