i afraid that i am not the first person shooting this question:
is there BTG (bitcoin gold) support at near future?

But nothing , no help from support. You guys need to be patient. This happens from time to time. Obviously their bitcoin cash wallet daemon crashed and the site cannot see any new deposits. They need to reboot their daemon and then the deposits should appear. |

I think the issue might be with some of the BCH nodes. Basically when exchanges started using BCH they had to launch a few nodes of their own due to the small number of nodes compared to BTC. Maybe the nodes they launched crashed and they haven't rebooted them. Very unprofessional to go this long without an answer. |

Whatever the reason for the delay but admin or support team should explain the issue to players and give the timeline for them to solve the issue then everyone can wait. Is the bcash issue fixed yet? I (temporarily) removed SafeDice from my site. I still have my own investments on here and not too worried. But admin should really improve support on such issues  I understand delay with limited hot wallets or in this case a hard-fork that needs an updated node, but this is really taking too long. I hope it's solved soon. |
