I'm also having BCH deposit issues. 9 confirmations now but my coins aren't showing on the SafeDice balance. Any idea when this will be resolved? I've emailed support already but didn't get a response.

Perhaps BCH requires more confirmations? Since it's more prone to attacks because it's not used as widely as BTC.

The SafeDice site says it will credit account after 1 confirmation. But nothing , no help from support.

You guys need to be patient. This happens from time to time.

Obviously their bitcoin cash wallet daemon crashed and the site cannot see any new deposits.

They need to reboot their daemon and then the deposits should appear.

Some folks have been waiting 5-6 days without response, acknowledgement or solution from Support/Admins of the site. Goes beyond having patience imo

I think the issue might be with some of the BCH nodes. Basically when exchanges started using BCH they had to launch a few nodes of their own due to the small number of nodes compared to BTC.

Maybe the nodes they launched crashed and they haven't rebooted them.

Very unprofessional to go this long without an answer.

Whatever the reason for the delay but admin or support team should explain the issue to players and give the timeline for them to solve the issue then everyone can wait. But if you ask them to wait without any answer then players will be frustrated.

Since 14th Nov no update from the site support team.

I decided to come back with another run on SafeDice Smiley It has been getting more and more popular everyday. I was able to get my profit up to 2+ BTC here once. Currently having a bad luck streak.

I have only one question: SafeDice seemed to imply that only invested money will be snapshotted for the airdrop.
Is it like this or it is enough to have BTC balance on SD? Please clarify, thanks!

Not only invested money, money stayed on balance has been snapshotted as well, this is exactly what we did with BCT in the past. I'm currently working on BitcoinGold, please apologize the delay.

Now, I have re-update the node and fixed the issue. Every BCH deposits should have been processed by now. Just in case anyone still have any BCH problem, please email me on support@safedice.com / safedice@protonmail.com.

In addition, as an apology for the long waiting, I have added 0.01 BCH deposit bonus to every account that deposited 0.01 BCH or more during our downtime period.

Good customer service goes a very long way to ensure loyalty and future business.

My issue was not related to BCH, it was trouble logging into my account. The emails were sent to Support@ about a week ago, so I'll continue to be patient since you've been dealing with other issues.
