This is dice game and all winning is just depends on your luck. There is not solid strategy that will lead you into good profit although you have big balance. The usual startegy that people use is still martingale and others is modified from basic martingale so I can say this is just some pure luck

Indeed I've been lucky several times, but also lost. Just play for fun and not for profits is the key I guess. I made it that day to 25 btc and busted right after (well I withdrew 2 btc profit but after that 25 it felt like busting). Win some and lose some.

I deposited 0.8 BTC and wait already whole day!!! And nobody answer by email...

They're not particularly fast in replying but they always fix issues eventually. Just give it bit more time, owner is not full-time engaged in operating the site, he's probably busy with other things.

There was reply from official person of this site, they had some problem with their bitcoin server connection and that was the caused of this delay, maybe it will take little more time to arrive into your account and will be added there manually at any time.
