1:300 meaning 1 OptiToken for every 300 BAY the top 500 addresses hold in their BAY cold wallet  at time of snapshot at roughly 3pm UTC on May 1st, 2018.

The amount is set to be roughly 3.9 million OptiToken which is in ICO value nearly €500,000 value at current ICO rate of €0.12 per OptiToken. The value can grow as well as we are extending a way for others to participate. OptiToken is a strong believer in BAY and looks forward to its growth as it nears its pegging to the USD.

What if my BAY are stuck on UpBit? Please speak with Seungjin in the Korean BitBay TG group as he’s coordinating the solution and we will most certainly include those individuals.

You just have to send by email your Slack or Telegram name and a ERC20 address to receive your 30 OPTi. You don´t have to do anything else.

Now this explains recent rise in price. For now you need to have at least 200k Bay in your wallet to be in top 500 rich list. Not that difficult, considering current price...

nxt, they released something totally new as ardor and people called it nxt 2.0. So it's like they're moving most of their work to the new platform but still there are some benefits of using nxt. I don't think this airdrop will have same effect as nxt, bitbay still is bitbay, still strong foundations and keep hitting roadmap time to time

Hey I'm here, had some guests in from out of town and was occupied past couple days. I will review Seans request for Opti and post detailed redeeming instructions for you guys as Sean did ask me to assist in verifying top 500.

The requirements are to verify you hold that address. So users should sign from their wallet. In the case of QT sometimes it breaks the main address into more than one account... so a user might want to check their main address on chainz to confirm they are eligable.

If they hold more than 200k coins in their staking account but it's split up over multiple addresses and that prevents them from qualifying in the top 500 because they come a little bit shy of that, they should try to combine the coins into one account to increase the probability of being eligible. Of course do that carefully and make sure to always back up their wallet.

Okay so this post is going to be a bit casual but I will forward it to Sean so they can make a nice tutorial with some screenshots.

Doing this now will have no effect because the SNAPSHOT of the top 500 has not been taken yet. When it is, everyone who qualifies will be set in stone.

If you are in the top 500, you will know by looking at:

You can scroll to the bottom and ask for top 100/500

Ok now there are a few scenarios. The first is if your coins are on an exchange. This is obviously not ideal because it makes it much harder to confirm
you are the owner of said coins. I don't advise on this and Sean has given his own protocol for that mostly relating to Upbit.

So I'm going to cover both the QT and the Markets Wallet redemption process.

First you will need an ETH address for receiving ETH tokens and will want to have your wallet watch for the custom token.

Okay so your ETH address will be what you send to Opti so they know where to send your tokens.

If using QT wallet:
Go to File->Sign Message
Select your BitBay address that qualified for the payment
Where it asks for your message, simply enter your ETH address without any spaces or extra stuff. (Because Sean will need to verify your EXACT message)
Then click sign
Send an email message to Optitoken email
The contents of the email should contain the ETH address (your message), your signature, and your BitBay address

If using Markets wallet:
Your account that qualifies should be the one you have open
Go to File->Sign/Verify
In the area to enter your message, paste your ETH address without any spaces or extra stuff
Then click sign
Choose one of your keys from the account you have open that qualifies
Then copy the signature and save it somewhere
Click sign again
Choose the second key from the account you have open that qualifies
Then copy the second signature and save it somewhere
Then close that window and go to the send tab
Click on advanced sending
Click on "Copy redeem script"
Then send an email to Optitoken
The contents should be your redeem script, your ETH address and BOTH of your signatures

That should give Opti exactly what they need to prove your identity

I am assuming that Opti might want to make a more detailed tutorial involving screenshots of what I've laid out here and we can test with a custom message so
they understand the process.

Only the TOP 500 Bitbay holders will get the airdrop? So, in other words you must have a minimum of 200k Bitbay to get into the TOP 500. 200k Bitbay is equal to arround $12k..

The airdrop should have been expanded to atleast top 1000-2500..but well if they want it so, let it be.
