Following this project for a year now. Still delivering and has some innovations others only talk about. Long term one of the good bets for sure. Looking forward to the release upcoming days. And for sure the rolling (flexible) peg this year.

Do you really follow them for a year? And what progress do they have? Do they have any agreemets with big investors? Where their platform is used?

Have been following them just recently and from what I've see anlready the progress is HUGE
Their team expanded like crazy, lots of things came out and they evolved from amateur project to pro.

They have very big investors holding, don't know of any agreement though.

It's not very User Friendly for now, but the techwise it's great and very complete (as opposed to Safex and other cryptos which are miles away in that regard)

The new client was never promised at a specific date. The blockexplorer was promised October 1st though. And it was delivered too. Keep an eye on next community update for release date of new client.

Speculation    I could not find any direct cause when I had a check so putting it down to a gentle breeze in the upward motion.

No a youtuber made an in depth video about it.  My guess is that his followers bought in, and now we have a few extra eyes on bitbay.  This isn't the big breakout, but that could be due before the end of this year.

Volatility is HUGE on this coin. Which is sort of a paradox because one goal of BAY is to limit volatility.

Let's hope we see it again in the 800 zone. It deserves to be there. It's a $100MM coin, not a $25MM one.

I am sure once the peg is announced to be implemented in the near future, prise will rise significantly. Also I hope that I am right that someone is accumulating a huge amount of bays. Maybe it is not very good in terms of distribution, but it is a good sign for the prise: he knows that it will rise and he take away part of bays from circulation.

Yeah there is a good amount of volatility but making it easy to move the price down or up. But for a person trading they wouldn't mind that. It is funny because we are going to stop that and this is why BitBay would be a good example or test case(with the rolling peg). Since this would set the example for the crypto industry that indeed it can be done.

But volatility made me greedy...(SHAME SHAME SHAME!!)
--> I had reinforced in a "dip" (which dropper further after) and did sold a bit in a "pump" (which pumped further after...)

I am always missing the min and max with this one: it systematically drops or raises harder than the TA says...
Hence, I have sort of a love and hate relationship with #BAY ;-)

Yes it's POS. More specifically POS3.
The total stake for the whole network is 1% pr year. Since many are not staking, those that stake can expect a lot more than 1%. We guestimate that those that stake 24/7 will end up with 3-6%
