Are there any bigger fees than before for cashing out at atm? Would be great to know When you are using Xapo Debit Card you have to pay: 1. Issuance Fee: $20 (one time only) 2. Annual Fee $123. ATM Withdrawal: $2.50 (in card's spending currency) or $3.50 (in other currencies) Additional fees when you want to chance PIN, replace your card etc.

There is a price list on their FAQ, here's the screenshot of it

Yes, the most unfortunate thing about using Xapo as your wallet is their poor help desk (as stated over and over on this thread). I think the best way you can do is both sending an email to their support team and write a post here. Some lucky users got help and their problem resolved.

To enable Google Authenticator or Authy, download and open the application on your device, and tap the "+" to add a new second factor code generator. Click "Enable Google Authenticator" from your security settings, and a QR code that can be scanned by the Google Authenticator or Authy app will generate. Go down the page until you see the option to "require second-factor for login". There will be a box next to this option. Click the box and then click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

I already tried that but I have only my mobile number under the Second Factor Authentication under the security settings and no "+" or anyway to change it. Same thing if I log in via a browser and nothing added automatically in Authy

Thanks but it's not clear to me. I want to fund my Paypal, not buy Bitcoins with it. So if I link the debit card on Paypal, I can add funds (fiat) to my account. I guess it's possible since you can get cash in an ATM with Xapo debit card but for this it's still confusing in my opinion, can anyone confirm this? Yes it is possible: i linked my xapo debit card to my paypal and i use it as my main funding backup. Smooth enough.

I don't understand why people insist on selling Bitcoins for Paypal elsewhere if this is a viable and secure option...

There are a lot of reasons why some people buy using LB and others prefere debit cards. Do your own math about fees tho and beware of that: if you send money tru paypal to a family or friend using your xapo debit card as funding backup, you will have to pay xapo fee+paypal fee. Just do your own considerations pondering all sides: trustwhorty, security, fees etc etc

As you had experience with this, suppose I have 1 BTC in my debit card and want to fund Paypal, at the current price how much ends up in my Paypal wallet?

Well, this is a transaction i did last night 11.34pm UTC: i sent 140USD marked as family/friend. Paypal balance was zero so totally funded with debit card. I got 5.73 USD fee on xapo and 5.76 USD fee on paypal.

Well yes now I see that's a pretty hefty sum but compared to selling those 140 USD in BTC at LB for paypal and then send it I guess it would be much more due to rates and fees that still apply... The real number would be what's the rate Xapo uses to convert BTC to USD...fees by themselves are not that intimidating but if they exchange your BTC to USD with a $380 value then we are in trouble hehe.
