1021  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Funds withdrawn from Stake without 2FA. on: December 22, 2023, 05:33:13 PM
@holydarkness
I have sent a PM to the team but no reply yet.

[...]

Maybe they're trying to get to the bottom of this situation before reaching out to you with a concrete answer. I'd suggest we wait a little while.

@Sunderland
Which Police/Authority you are talking about..? Is there any "Bounty hunter" to search and hack the hacker which did this to me..?
[...]

I am not sure about fixedfloat, but binance allows account freezing if you can give them an official investigation letter from your local police and you can connect the dots [they provide a table for this] that prove the address used by the scammer is one of theirs. Maybe he's referring to this authority, your local police.
1022  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM - walletsupportdesk.weebly.com - fake service asking user's seed phrase on: December 22, 2023, 08:12:26 AM
[...] I reported thread to the moderator and hope it will be deleted soon

Not only the mod deleted the thread, the account also got banned, nice work.

Strangely, seclog did not shows any change in password and/or email, so I don't think it's a hacked account, but their past post history shows some interest in the topic, I can't fathom why they change course and decided to try their luck in scamming people.
1023  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How I got scammed by chips.gg with insane proof from their employee on: December 21, 2023, 07:05:35 PM
Interesting, it will be great if there is a screenshot about that manager told their employee to lock the withdrawal because of mookis won big and hope mookis will play and lose it all.

Without it, we might hear another lame excuse to justify their acts, the casino disables the withdrawal due to the investigation of that bet.
However, it doesnt make sense either if they use that reason, Crazy Time is a live game and if there is a malfunction/error with that round = The game will be put on hold (after that round) and all of the bets from all CT users on that round will be void by Evolution.
All of CT geeks/regular players will confirm I what wrote above.

Oh? The instruction was visible on the original screenshot of their internal chat where he asked for an account to be locked out of withdrawal and intiate a review,

Though it is not clear whether he's talking about demoanique7 or mookis, and can be argued that it's demonanique's that's being instructed to be locked, mookis faced the same situation, for the reason that's later became obvious as their representative explained to CG [available on the screenshot above this post].

One might argue that the representative probably just wanted to create a bad image for chips.gg, but it'll only be logical if they deliberately made it public instead of asking it to be private. And one might further argue that it's probably a reverse psychology, that the representative deliberately ask for it to be private so we think he's not with ill-intention, that he's a whistleblower. Yet, ultimately, Mookis's situation points to a conclusion that everything the representative said is valid. She got her withdrawal locked for no reason other than she win big on CT.

Further, chips.gg can always give their rebuttal by going back online to the forum with their account, as we can be quite sure they're aware of the situation here [and if the representative was indeed fired, it's an even greater sure thing that they know the existence of this situation] from the time the situation raised, yet they're still being absent from giving their side.
1024  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Exodus+n.exchange on: December 21, 2023, 04:13:45 PM
Hi, can you please add supporting evidence for this case? The screenshot of that result will be nice, and screenshots of email with their support won't hurt [please cover all sensitive information]. N.exchange's account was online roughly one and a half month ago, though I don't think they'll address this issue.
1025  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How I got scammed by chips.gg with insane proof from their employee on: December 21, 2023, 03:52:09 PM
I can share now. Unfortunately they fired the employee
[...]

Where is this information available? I can't find any part mentioning this unfortunate situation to the staff on CG. Also, have you hear back from the guy with 147k on their platform?
1026  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Funds withdrawn from Stake without 2FA. on: December 20, 2023, 05:02:04 PM
Case seems pretty puzzling to me as to how the hacker got access to your account. But we can only do so much as speculate and rule out the common causes. In depth investigation can be done from the Stake's owners side and thus I would advice the OP to PM Stunna and wait for them to respond to the thread.

Hoping Stunna/Mladen/Eddie to respond soon and the case to get resolved. Once again, sorry for the loss.

Side note - maybe dont use casino websites as wallets in future?

Stunna hasn't been online for a while, more than five months, I don't think sending them a PM will be beneficial and solve this case, given a very high probability the PM will not even be noticed.
1027  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Funds withdrawn from Stake without 2FA. on: December 20, 2023, 04:20:10 PM

Is it possible that they bypassed the 2FA through this method? Is there a log on your email account that shows it's accessed from different location than yours? IF we amuse your assumption for a while that someone has access to your email, perhaps the details asked by their security team are readily available in your inbox?

[...]
I use Google Authenticator, I have known only this one from the beginning and been using it since.

In an age where any device can be hacked from a distance why reputed, large scale websites are not doing anything regarding this.
In my case, Norway is like 24 hours away on an airplane.

There has to be some logical authentication method when a user logs in from a far away country within some hours.

Reading your reply to multiple questions, my initial thought when learning that you use GA as your 2FA and your email was not compromised was that maybe that hacker was someone close to you and bypassing your account by the security key that you probably wrote somewhere and store it in your home. But given the IP is from Norway... I think that's quite unlikely.

If there is anyone from Stake here, Do tell me whether the scammer has withdrawn with 2FA or if there is any other way.
Because this cant be an answer your user is expecting..

My Question: How can a withdraw gets accepted without 2fa?
Reply: There are numerous ways that we are not familiar with.

Stake has a representative that forward every case against them on this board to their team to be addressed, you probably want to try to PM him to get to the bottom of this issue, Symphonized, though he probably is already aware of this situation.

I usually gladly invite representatives of casinos to address an issue or to simply inform them about an open accusation against their platform, but on our previous exchange of PM, he informed me that he's well aware of every case against Stake and asked me to stop sending him PM for such matter. Thus I am not doing it in concern that my PM will be considered as unsolicited.
1028  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 BC.GAME - CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK | $1,000 GIVEAWAY LIVE! 🔥🔥🔥 on: December 20, 2023, 02:50:48 PM
Do you have to KYC on BC.game now? I saw lots of stuff a few months ago and reluctant to sign up if i have to jump through hoops to get any money out

I came to suggest what piebeyb suggested, that although their support team are very attentive on solving cases lately, if you don't mind doing KYC and don't want to experience any [unforeseeable] trouble in the future, do it. It'll save you from a lot of unnecessary future headache.

Hey BC.Game management. Could you please add up some clickable link to agreement to terms of service right before someone signs up? Right now, it's just "I agree to the & confirm I am at least 18 years old"

From a legal angle, someone could argue out that they never agreed to BC.games' Tos upon signing up.

Lemme try to get their support representative to address this in case he missed it.
1029  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit fishy daily bonuses? on: December 20, 2023, 10:54:38 AM
[...]

But they do deliver, don't they? They gave you a daily bonus, with a percentage of the house edge in the number between zero to fifty? Thus, "up to"? It'll be a different case if they said "daily bonus from 50%" or "daily bonus at least 50%", of which they'll have to give 50% as the lowest.

Its just straight up disgusting, if you go : up to 50% and pay out 4%, thats absolutely disgustingly misleading.
[...]

But that number is not locked, you're not getting 4% the entire time you're playing. The number is constantly changing depending on so many factors during your play, there are possible scenarios where you'll get more than 4%
1030  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit Stealing $22k and Banning my Account on: December 20, 2023, 10:34:31 AM
144 days later, no update. I just opened a chat request on their live support and I got the same answer I received almost 5 months ago.

This is ridiculous.

I have to agree, going AWOL in the middle of your case is not... nice. I have to re-read your thread to give me a refresher course and get reacquainted with your situation.

Let's try this again, on your previous and latest reply you said you have no problem uploading images, try to do that so other can understand your situation in more detail. Conversation with their live support and screenshot of your balance [if available, though I can understand if you don't have it, given they locked you out of your account] will be nice. Upload them to talkimg, I or someone else will quote your post for visibility.

Or, if you prefer to chase another path to solve this matter, have you tried to do what Razer suggested? That you address further concern to their legal team [legal@rollbit.com]. I have an impression that Rollbit [as in the casino, not the username] has bestowed this matter to their legal division and their live support can not peek into the progress due to the sensitive information being involved, thus you get the same reply as what you got months ago.
1031  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Funds withdrawn from Stake without 2FA. on: December 19, 2023, 05:21:32 PM

The only dilemma I am having right now is even if someone have cracked my email and password and logged in, Still Stake asks for 2FA while withdrawing.
How did they passed that..?
Official reply from my VIP Host: "Nothing more than you could see in your transactions."

Does anyone have any answer to this.? A site like Stake or Binance or any exchange for that matter, why no one is doing this..?
Why there is not authenticity check when the user logs in from a different country in a day's time or even whenever he logs in from a different country rather than his home country.?

Is it possible that they bypassed the 2FA through this method? Is there a log on your email account that shows it's accessed from different location than yours? IF we amuse your assumption for a while that someone has access to your email, perhaps the details asked by their security team are readily available in your inbox?

What is this behavior Pooja? framky1 and digaran?

So, these unsung heroes have found a way to sneak out of the AntiHero nominations. Instead of embracing the nomination, they've outsmarted us by throwing some merits on the posts, hoping to disqualify themselves.

Easiest solution is for the one-vote deduction to not apply to the AntiHero nomination.

It's already in place, those merit-cancelling rule doesn't work for AntiHero, just like last year. The votes for them are still in place in spite of the merit they gave. I think both of them did not read Gazeta's announcement about this matter,

franky1 did the same thing at the previous event:

However, in his case I overruled the existing rule, as this user tried to abuse the contest in plain sight. Same will happen now.[...]
1033  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FortuneJack Provably fair games are NOT FAIR on: December 18, 2023, 05:14:00 PM
I understand that one of your issue is with their mines? I might be wrong, but there was a case with Stake [not with FJ] where the complainant [the complaint was not valid, though] argued that their mines are rigged, upon being tested by multiple people through their provable platform, it actually gave fair results. It might be a simple misunderstanding, I'll hail FJ's representative to give their insight on this issue, please be patient for a moment and give them time to notice my PM
1034  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FortuneJack Provably fair games are NOT FAIR on: December 18, 2023, 04:57:12 PM
Hi BitcoinTalk Community,

I was exploring one of the oldest crypto casino websites FortuneJack and normally I play games like Dice/Mines and some others so i went and started to check them out on the site and what i discovered that 99% of them are NOT provably fair. They give you Client/Server seed but there is no way to calculate the result of your game. So i tried using third party ones like stake and some other ones and none of them gave me the same result. I went ahead and contacted support and they confirmed that for now they dont have a script to calculate the actual result of the game. Which means that all of their games that are advertised "Provably fair" are actually not fair at all and as much as we know they could be manipulating the outcomes.

I am attaching the screenshots of the conversation with support proving my point.

I think you missed the part where they confirmed that they don't have a script to calculate the hash? Perhaps on the first screenshot? Given your first and third are the same one [the chronology hinted that the order of the screenshot is as what I posted below and what's missing should be the first one. Can you please reupload that part of the conversation?

Edit: adding the first image
1035  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [INFO} Be aware of https://privnote.co/ on: December 18, 2023, 10:34:19 AM
You've got to know privnote.co is a site which's copied to look like privnote.com. It's trying deceive ppl to send private info which's going to be intercepted by scammers who'll steal your info. If you're sending private keys or passwords they'll hack them. It's important to say privnote.com provides a service it's a legit business.

Yes, they know, that's basically what's being discussed here, that the site copied the original one. And no, it didn't work that way, sending private keys or password. They change the address you wrote on the message with their own, thus the fund sent by the recipient of the message will actually arrived at the scammer's wallet instead of the original message owner.
1036  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: JustBit.io scamming again so much for No KYC for Crypto on: December 18, 2023, 10:26:49 AM

So the rules changed half-way. If the casino is the one that changed the rules, it should allow users who registered before such rule was made to clear their accounts and stop gambling, or undergo KYC.

I bet that many of these people who just want to play a game or two, aren't aware that their money will be confiscated by the casino on the slightest infraction.
[...]

By this logic, OP's situation actually didn't favor him, because the rule has been established for around two years, and I think OP made his account only recently, thus signed up when the rules has been changed.

I noticed OP was not returned online both on this forum or on CG to address the development of the situation. I wonder if he finally did the KYC and got his account reinstated.
1037  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: OWL.GAMES CASINO - SCAM!!! on: December 17, 2023, 11:22:47 AM
As other said, please upload the screenshots as evidence, it'll help to build a basis of your case. Meanwhile, this part caught my attention,

[...] All the documents I uploaded are real!!! The only time I blinked was when I uploaded the wrong picture. THAT'S IT.  [...]

what exactly do you mean by uploaded a wrong picture for KYC? Like you mistakenly upload your friend's photo instead of yours? How?

SO be very very careful out there! Also on another note....I tried the google search the same way I did on my phone and that top results was actually the real site...not sure why the fake one comes on my cell though

The fake one is an ad, they paid some amount to google so their site can be shown on the top most result. Since google did not filter out scammers, it's a very common practice used by crypto scammers and phishing site to rob their victim. This is why crypto users, especially mixer users, are... ehm, I mean are-but-soon-will-be-were always encouraged to consult to the forum before they deal with a site they found on google search result, since scammers use this trick very often.
1039  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betnomi | Project status & Refund Plan! on: December 17, 2023, 10:51:13 AM
So we have come close to the end of this saga. They received a significant number of applications for refunds, and now all that is left is to inform us about the fulfilled obligations.
Is there anyone who received a refund from Betnomi, of course, they are a member of the forum from before and not a newly registered account?
[...]

May I suggest we also ask for GekkeBelg's input? He's quite... vocal on the gambling section, and I think his first hand experience on this refund plan can be trusted, given he had submitted his request around a month ago.

Gekke, did you get anything yet?
1040  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC.Game SCAM: cancelled bonuses and revoked $150k+ USD balance on my account on: December 16, 2023, 09:04:21 PM
I received a PM to check a new case too.
BitcoinGirl.Club mentioned a new case, but I haven't looked into it.

Updating you both with the aforementioned case of Vainica, in case you both did not follow the thread and thus missed the follow-up I just made. The case was closed [verdict: rejected] by the request of the OP. With this, I think there's currently no more active case against BC.

OP, sorry to have a quite OOT post.
