1081  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terrence Crawford vs Errol Spence - July 29 on: July 28, 2023, 01:00:27 PM
So from my earlier prediction of around 500k PPV buys, I believe that it should get a minimum of 800k now but hopefully, it will reach more than 1.2 million buys. Tickets are all sold out so an expected 20k fight fans will be watching.

I'm with you here mate, yeah it seems that the hype has reaches it's peak as well and the timing is perfect for this guys to get the needed boost as everyone is talking about this mega fight in social media. So perhaps conservative estimates could run around 500k-800k PPV and then the highest could be around 1 million and higher and could even topple the record of Tank - Ryan Garcia fight in terms of revenues. And with that, both can make a tune of like $30M-$50M easy? What you think?

I also did not see any movement as far as the odds goes. Still Crawford is considered by the bookmakers as the favorite and then Spence, this is his first time to be the underdog after a long time.
1082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High gas fee for sending token is still a problem on: July 27, 2023, 09:29:22 PM
Current my transaction few days later when claiming coins with ERC20 network, spent almost $20 with $8 fees for claiming and left $2 for sending coins, in my wallet still left 10$ and I filled huge amount for protecting with gas transaction up and down drastically. ERC20 network have higher gas fees for transaction, we need spent more than fees to anticipation if transaction failed and we still have enough fund for sending coins.

Today have many option for lower fees transaction because all network have tried with lower fees from Solana, Matic, and BSC, but many coins dominance by using ERC20 network and we need have much fees for sending than other network needed under $1 will be success sent coin or claiming coins from pre sale.

Fees are insanely-high. An ordinary person won't be able to interact with the ETH blockchain on a daily basis. Only whales and the wealthy will. Luckily, not all hope is lost since developers are planning to introduce a series of network upgrades aimed to improve scalability. The first step towards the reduction of on-chain gas fees would be to implement Sharding. With upgrades such as Proto-Danksharding and Danksharding, ETH will become bigger and better than ever.

Yes, I still remember back then when ETH was one of the cheapest and fastest coin as compare to BTC. But there has been a lot of changes and still up to this day, they haven't resolved the huge gas fees that their holders are experiencing or complaining although they have move their fundamentals.

In the meantime, we have no other choice than wait until gas fees decline, use an off-chain scaling solution such as Arbitrum or Optimism (L2), or simply move to an alternative Blockchain network. Who knows what ETH's future will look like? Just my thoughts Grin

There are a lot of alternatives already, maybe some of us are using it, not not yet moving to off-chain scaling. It doesn't mean though that Ethereum will be affected, as we can see still the second coin as per market cap. But at least for us, we have a options now that we can used and there could be competition again in the future as new projects will come up with cheaper gas transaction alternatives.
1083  Economy / Speculation / Re: Indonesia National Exchange Open in the end of July 2023, Is bullish Start? on: July 27, 2023, 09:07:23 PM
Maybe Indonesia will become a starter country that supports cryptocurrencies including bitcoin, so that other developing countries start to adopt bitcoin too. There will be many hurdles for sure, but the Indonesian government's decision to launch their own local exchange is a bold and willing one to accept crypto as a valuable digital asset. Even though it is centralized and requires KYC, it is everyone's choice. There are facilities provided by the government to trade legally so that it does not violate the rules that have been set.
I do agree with you maybe it can pave the way for other countries that crypto is not that bad and in the other hand you know that Government like Tax so much hehehhe if this exchange open there will be another income for government.

Im still likes gov like this rather than banning anything related to crypto.
I do agree that tax could be one of the biggest reasons for this. After all if you have a national exchange, you can literally cut the tax right out of the account in the exchange without needing any extra paperwork. That would mean that anyone who uses this, is forced to pay taxes by just simply using it. That's why it looks like it would make sense, for the government of course not for the traders.

Probably, and it's just like government that allows casino to run into their country. It's heavily tax but gamblers are not playing and giving and paying to taxes to the government. But in this case, if you have a account to the local back exchanges, they can track you down and you have to pay them taxes. There is no such escape as like other crypto exchanges if there is one in Indonesia or at least they are allowed by the government to operate.

In the end, I am guessing that it is going to be a bit of a different situation, like such as people trying to find other alternative ways to get bitcoin, because when government does stuff like this, there are majority who uses it, but there is a minority that wants to find another way without getting caught and pay that taxes and give information.

Yeah, we all know that there is other ways to get bitcoin, just like when Chinese government drove all of the exchanges in their country like Binance in 2018. For sure many Chinese are still into Bitcoin and most likely trading in their country or outside thru P2P or other methods. But there is a caveat, you have to take that risk because if you are caught then definitely you have to pay the government taxes.
1084  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Anthony Joshua vs Dillian Whyte II on: July 27, 2023, 03:55:46 AM
That's always been the case for Joshua after his first loss to Ruiz and Usyk. In the second Usyk fight, he had a breakdown after the fight.

So this is very important for him, Although he did get a new trainer, but still as the first round starts, it will be just him and Dillian Whyte. And it will be more mental for Joshua here than physical. He might be in the best shape of his life, but if his minds has started to doubt that he can win, then it won't help him here, IMHO.
The breakdown is so hard to see for Joshua's fans and camps but it is what it was it's a hard climb for Joshua but he is very prone to a breakdown he easily gives out when faced with a good adversary we first saw this in the Ruiz Jr fight he spits his mouthpiece and failed to answer when asked if he wants to continue after getting a knockdown, and on Usyk fight he became passive when Usyk was attacking him, I'm sure we will see a little bit of that trace when Whyte shows no respect to him in their coming match.

It's all in the mind now for AJ if he see flashes of the Ruiz fight in his mind in this fight. And we will see how Derrick James can motivate him in this fight. As @inthelongrun, he is training with a lot of great boxers as well. So hopefully, he will be extra motivated to train very hard in the same gym, sweating it out with the likes of Ryan Garcia and Errol Spence Jr.

So it's a mental game going forward for AJ, he should go back to his old style. And not be hesitant and let his hands go if needed. Because after the his first lost to Ruiz Jr., for sure majority of us has notice that AJ doesn't want to pull the trigger, and unsure without to punch 1-2 or just go chase the opponent in the ring without throwing any power punch.
1085  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 27, 2023, 03:41:01 AM

After that loss Stephen Fulton's ego was so much high that he is not really doesn't accept that he lost the fight or pretty much he is just upset with the result he surely added that the punches of Naoya Inoue were not the ones that KO'ed him but his poor performance inside the ring, but surely after the fight, this is what Fulton's 1st interview, there is not much but surely enjoy it,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1QNnBIwpAks

It is funny how Fulton reacted.  He said he has an off night and it is his own poor performance that get him KO'ed but it is very clear that he was outclassed by Inoue.  Fulton should give the credit when it is due.  Inoue just stops him from being him and there is nothing more to it but sadly Fulton due to his ego doesn't admit that.  We might probably be seeing a rematch between Fulton and Inoue after this possible fight for the undisputed title of the super bantamweight division.
After watching the whole replay there is really nothing he could do after he was knocked down. His knees became wobbly and Inoue smell the blood leaking.  Cheesy
That's not an off night for him, it was just a shitty reason and all ego. Surely you are right Fulton was outclassed by Inoue there. I doubt he will get a rematch too, because once Inoue wins against Tapales, he will not stay on the weight class and might take the next step upward.
It is a shameful loss but that's boxing, that just means there is still room for improvement for Fulton or there's something lacking on his training formula.

And you can see that Inoue even didn't blink and put a follow up shot without looking, it's just his instinct as you have said, as he smells that he will take out Fulton in that round. Although as reported that Fulton has a great chin as he was able to withstand the volume punching of Figueroa, but against Inoue, it's different. It's no volume but pure power in every punch that Inoue releases. We can even hear his power once it touches Fulton. And even if Fulton is technically sound, Inoue's relentlessness is so overpowering that it's hard to defend against that kind of fighter. The sad thing though is that after his lost, he can't still accept that he was beaten by the better man that night and that he has nothing to offer even in his best version.
1086  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Tapales for Unified Super Bantamweight Title on: July 27, 2023, 03:24:08 AM
@bisdak40. The fight is speculated to occur on November. The venue might also be in Japan. However, Inoue's promoters should begin organizing his fights in Las Vegas if they want him to become a big name like Pacman.

Thanks for this information mate, have already updated the OP and also the title, reflecting November as the tentative date of the fight.

I also wonder why have they not bring Inoue to the Sin City where he can be more popular if he frequents there. Anyway, it is up to Top Rank what is good or not good for their cash cow.

Well, Tapales has the chance, but I doubt he will be able to dethrone Inoue. Regardless, however, this is the fight of his life. This is already a huge achievement for him. To be given the chance to face Naoya and, more importantly, to become the unified champion, is a big opportunity he couldn't afford to miss. He should be giving his all not just during the fight but even during the training. Defeating Naoya and unifying the belts mean a lot.

Agree, this is a tough one for our compatriot but the fight itself is already a win for Tapales as seldom a Filipino boxer will be on this kind of stage, biggest fight of his life and for sure the biggest payday as of date. The good thing about Filipino boxers when up against the world and nobody expected him to win, it will give them the motivation and often they rise to the occasion and shock the whole world when the final bell rung.

Inoue has fought in the US, but I do agree, Bob Arum knows the blue print of bringing Inoue to the US and have his name etch just like Pacquiao. But I guess Arum's counterpart in Japan doesn't want to take the risk of having Inoue fighting in the US for now. They prepare in the comfort of their own home court. But for us, the real test for Inoue is really in the US because of the huge boxing fans there. Maybe if he goes up again in weight and challenges for the belt at 126 lbs, it should be in the US by that time. As for this fight, Tapales is a huge under dog here, no doubt and because of that performance by Inoue, almost everyone is going to expect a knockout here.
1087  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: July 26, 2023, 04:29:54 PM

Arum already might set this up next year as if I'm not mistaken Ramirez is with Top Rank. He will be the next Manny or at least get to 5-6 belt weight class. 130 lbs might be too much for him though, as the like of let's say Oscar Valdez and Navarette might be too big for Inoue. But let's see, he is in his prime so he might think that he is really invincible and climb that ladder very quick like Pacquiao.

I believe there will be more belts that Inoue will accumulate, but it should be a gradual process until he reaches his peak. As a champion like Inoue, he loves to push his limits, so we can expect that there will be more fights coming for him. With what he is showing, I believe there's a possibility that Inoue could break what Pacman has achieved – becoming an 8th division world champion.

I agree with you; there's no boxer yet who has given Inoue a problem. Even Fulton, the defending champion that night, wasn't able to give Inoue a scare. Well, what can you say? He isn't a power puncher, so he relies on his speed. Unfortunately for him, Inoue is way quicker and faster, so he can't really win.

Well, what can I say? After throwing a lot of nonsense accusations, Fulton might've seen his fate already and that his defeat against Naoya Inoue was something that is inevitable. At least he tried his best in defending his belts and managed to throw a good punches on the process but unfortunately, 8 rounds seems too long for him as that's what it takes for Inoue to finish the whole fight.

It's most likely that Fulton and his camp wanted to start a psychological war with Inoue. But it's obvious that it didn't work as Naoya was really focused on the fight and you can see how sharp he really was as he didn't give any advantage to Fulton.

Although Fulton looks to be the bigger guy, but Inoue is the more aggressive and his punch has some power behind it. Fulton tasted it early and so he tries to defend himself. And technically he was very good until he was caught. And with that power of Inoue, I doubt that anyone at 118-122 lbs can take it.
1088  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Deposit limits on: July 24, 2023, 12:50:38 PM
Whether there are deposit limits or none, at the end of the day it's still the call of the gambler. He can entirely lose that limit within the day and have it refreshed if the feature allows it after 24 hours has passed. I think the best limit is what is set in our minds and the control that we have for our gambling activities. You always remember what everyone is saying about the amount we can afford to lose. So, if you're the one to control the limits, you'll surely even increase it based on the mood that you have within the day.

But still though, they could find a way to go around this and still can play? I know someone, I will say that his local wallet has a limit (fiat wallet), for deposit and withdrawal. So if he reach that limit he can't used his wallet anymore and will have to wait for the 1st day of the month to reset everything. However, if he wanted to gamble and play, he will simply borrow someone's wallet and continue to play. My point is that still boils down to self control, whether we take advantage of deposit limit or not, still up to us. Because if we wanted to, we might think of ways to still continue to play per day even if we have reach our limits.
1089  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 24, 2023, 10:41:13 AM
^^ Right, Perhaps it was just bad stylistic matchup for Teo Lopez that time. As he can't adjust to the style of Kambosos as he was being beaten to the punch. Although he try to rally late in the rounds in that fight, was not enough for him to overcome the big lead early by Kambosos.

But here, he was exposed by Maxi and again, the decision could have go either way but he was gifted by the judges.

And most likely George will be back in Australia to enjoy and maybe happy that he was able to get this huge victory as he needed it to stay in boxing. And Bob Arum too, because Kambosos just sign a new contract with Top Rank.
1090  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: July 24, 2023, 10:26:19 AM
The weigh-in just happened, we had a fight

Stephen Fulton 121.9 lbs
Naoya Inoue 121. 7 lbs

The face-off is so intense Fulton does not even blink in their face-off and Inoue is in his fighting form
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Er736hc7O7Y

I hope Fulton is different from all Inoue met in the ring, will he be the guy to stop Inoue's train, let's see tomorrow.

Yeah, saw it too, both are serious specially Inoue, and it seems that it didn't have any effects on him weighing 122 lbs. But for Fulton, he might be weight drain but for sure after the weigh-in he can go back and rehydrate back to maybe 126 or higher.

Lots of fans are interested to see the fight, so regardless of time zone differences, for sure there will be some of us here who are going to get up early just to see this fight live.

Fulton though still a huge underdog.
1091  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Abuse ... on: July 24, 2023, 10:13:09 AM
I do agree that perhaps for others it's pure entertainment, specially if the they can afford the money that they will lose in the game. However, gambling itself is already bad in the beginning, as you can go and become an addict.

And admit it or not, some gamblers, really wanted to win big and that's why they are willing to take that risk when the money in their hand. Specially those who are really in need of money, most of them are going to casino to hit that one big jackpot that will chance their lives.
1092  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto experienced bloodshed on: July 23, 2023, 09:01:00 PM
What causes this market decline?

If we look at market conditions, especially this week Bitcoin prices are weakening plus the US Dollar Index (DXY), which continues to soar to peaks. yes. this was fueled by the prospect of US interest rates remaining higher and no respite. However, my view may be used as an accumulation stage for some investors and financial institutions, of course.

Maybe, we have seen the stock market going green, but bitcoin market somewhat on the decline. But if you look at the last 24 hours, we have some small gains, the price is now above $30,000 which is a good sign that the bulls are back and defending that price again.

So maybe if we will hear another good news coming from the US, specially a positive interest rate, we might be looking at $31,000 at the end of the month. I do believed that we can still jump or at least close this month around $32,000.
1093  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Michael Saylor a modern apostle like Peter and Paul? on: July 23, 2023, 08:50:10 PM
If Bitcoin were to replace the current global financial system and achieve widespread adoption as a decentralized and reliable store of value, some enthusiasts might see Michael Saylor as a visionary or a pivotal figure. Similar to how Peter and Paul played crucial roles in spreading the teachings of Christianity, Saylor's active promotion and strategic investment in Bitcoin could be viewed as instrumental in driving its adoption.

The analogy suggests that just as the apostles were significant in the establishment and spread of Christianity, Saylor's dedication to advocating for Bitcoin and integrating it into his business strategies could be perceived as foundational for a potential future financial paradigm.

discuss

Nah, I would stir away from the religion analogy. It's totally different and we shouldn't compare it to like Christianity wherein Satoshi could be the symbol like Jesus and then he as his apostles like what you are portraying here as Michael Saylor = Peter or Paul.

It's just the Saylor being a investor and see the potential on BTC, "religiously" invested on it because as humans, he knows that he can make a lot of money and so he will be rich. Of course he has been preaching Bitcoin since he join the bandwagon, but it doesn't mean he doesn't have any investment outside of Bitcoin. We just don't know, maybe he has property investments or like stocks and others.
1094  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino on a cruise ship? on: July 23, 2023, 08:38:37 PM
Taking a ride in a cruise is very expensive to be honest. Only the rich people can afford it. Atleast this happens in my country. Moreover many people have fear in travelling through the ships, hence they avoid transportation through this also. As far as I have read from various resources, there is no much difference between a land based casino and casino present in a cruise. Moreover as these people gamble for recreational purpose only, hence for them the payouts and rate doesn’t matter. Regarding the operational hours, then it varies from cruise to cruise. Some operates for 24/7 also.

I can assume that since the rich make up the bulk of the passengers, the casino on the ship is one of the main sources of income for cruise organizers. And this is not only because the passengers turn out to be inveterate players, but also because, as I heard, the main problem of cruising is boredom - the impressions of the ship pass in a couple of days and then everything is very boring. Accordingly, people are looking for more interesting entertainment.

Good point, I do agree that having casino on-board is one attraction by the cruise ships because they know that their rich patrons are going to look at it and then play with their money and we all know that casinos has the house edge.

And usually if we ride on cruise ships, its like weeks that you are in the middle of the ocean and so nothing to do but to entertain yourself and one way is thru playing casinos and burning money.
1095  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight (july15,2023 on: July 23, 2023, 08:28:11 PM
LOL, how this turn out to be Inoue vs Fulton thread? Stay on the topic guys, this thread is about Donaire vs Santiago fight.

And with that, this fight is just a few more days, so let's start betting if you haven't done so. I have Donaire here to win by knockout. Odds are very good at 2.95 so my money goes with that.

I'm thinking that Donaire can still pull the trigger and doesn't want this fight to go over to 12 rounds as he might get tired. So it's better for him to start hard like his previous fight and aim for a KO/TKO.
1096  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 23, 2023, 01:54:09 PM
George Kambosos will be back in action,

https://www.boxingscene.com/photos-george-kambosos-maxi-hughes-set-showdown-shawnee--176323

So after losing all his belts to Haney, Kambosos is back against Maxi Hughes tonight. This is going to be a comeback fight for him so let's see if Maxi will be a good tune up fight or George doesn't have it anymore.

But I expect George to win in the later rounds by stoppage. Maxi is 3:1 underdog.

Kambosos won the fight, but I was personally unimpressed on how he fight and it seems he was gifted with this win. Even after Kambosos won, and in his interview i the ring, you can hear the boos in the background.

But he justify that there are close rounds and he could have been favored by the judges. However, as we say, a win is a win, so Kambosos got lucky and so his career continues again with Top Rank.

It's funny though that the commentator has said that Joseph Mason should be in the Christmas list for George Kambosos for that 117-111 score hehe. I expect that this would be tough for Kambosos because like Maxi, he has not fought any big name expect for Teo Lopez. Even before the fight, Kambosos has been calling out Davis which i think a disastrous move because Davis not like Teo but i think a wise move money-wise as this might be a retirement fight for him.

Congrats to those who bet for George but that was not a juicy odds, if my memory serves me right, it was 1.61 for George to win by Decision.

He needs more fight though, as far as Ferocious Kambosos is. I think he still has that stigma from the Haney lost that he hasn't shake it. I didn't bet on this fight although I would have gone for Kambosos to win by knockout.

So I would have lost my bet though, perhaps our money might be in the Inoue vs Fulton, Donaire vs Santiago and Crawford vs Spence.

In any case, I'm not that impressed with Kambosos and it will be a disaster if he calls for a Davis clash.
1097  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terrence Crawford vs Errol Spence - July 29 on: July 22, 2023, 09:41:49 PM
There are still no significant changes in the betting odds.

Spence 2.20
Crawford 1.60

Crawford by KO or TKO 3.35
Spence by KO or TKO 7.00

All the attraction points to Spence if you like a big win. Also, you have to believe that Spence will win so you'll not regret your decision. Spence by KO could happen, actually, since Spence has heavy punches and his KO rate is high. Maybe the quickness belongs to Crawford, but who knows.

Their KO difference is not that far and so I think they are somehow equal in that regard.
But when it comes to speed and reach advantage, that will be hard to debate because it is clear that Crawford does have those qualities, still, we cannot discount Errol Spence in this fight because he too can give an explosive and unexpected outcome. It will be a tight fight for sure and I'm sure that I'm not the only one that is still thinking which side to bet.

If we base on Thier standings and career records then we can say that they are not too far Thier statistics are almost the same but for me Spence has the momentum and have a good percentage of winning. Also this fight is one of the greatest awaited fight in boxing history because both fighters are strong and popular so without a doubt this will be the star of the year and gamblers must know for this to choose Thier favorite fighters and bet with them.

Everyone have their own sides to take, whatever we say here, it will not change a single thing if they already locked it in their mind whether if it's Crawford or Spence. Same with how would the fight go, people will always have a say regardless of the result. Some will say that it's because of inactivity and some will say that this fight should've made years ago when they are both younger compared today where the other one is already approaching his retirement phase.

And it just shows how great this fight really is, everyone has it's own opinion and it seems that we are all in disagreement/agreement as who will win this fight. Crawford or Spence, the real winner here is the fight fans.

For sure though, those backers of either boxer are going to be happy to see their boy winning the fight and the arguments will still continue after the fight itself. Just like so many great fights in the past, the debate will continue. So I have my own take on here, and so everyone does, but it doesn't mean that we can't appreciate the talent of the opposite side.
1098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This time for meme coin? on: July 22, 2023, 09:00:06 PM
You probably know that almost all new meme projects are coming out now. Do you think it is really risky?

It's just about time that they are coming out because we are about to hit a bull run. Risky? of course they are, how can a coin jump from 0 to hundreds in just matter of hours and then go back down? So if you don't know how it works then you might get caught up and be trap inside and can't get out.

what effect do you think this could have for the bull market!

It's 50/50, others might just play around and pour their money, specially those who have experience already. But for those, yeah, same invest their hard earn money, but if they don't know when to get out, then they will lose here. So it's beneficial for the market int the bull run as it will push the market, but there could be consequences for those who are inexperienced.

Numbers are out of the Garcia vs Davis fight, and it was reported that it made $100 million.

https://twitter.com/RyanGarcia/status/1681758159889891328

And then Ryan Garcia made $30 Million ++, Obviously Gervonta Davis made more $40 million ++. So the next superfight is Spence-Crawford, and so we will see how big the money will be for them and maybe it's hard to topple the numbers that Garcia-Davis did here.

We should hope that those numbers would encourage other good fighters of boxing to negotiate deals and fight each other hehe. Another fight that I wish should collect a good amount of money is the superfight between Inoue and Fulton. But it appears not much people are very excited about this except for boxing fans.

Also, the fight will not be on a weekend which is strange. Why did they not make Inoue vs. Fulton in Las Vegas? It would certainly collect more money there than in Japan.

That would be too much too ask mainly in this era where politics are more important compared to the figures that they could get if they give the people a fight that they wanted. It would be an entertaining fight for sure if that will happen but again, it's just too much to ask.

For the Fulton vs Inoue fight, I'm sure that Bob Arum already considered having it in Las Vegas but considering that they chose to make it in Japan, that just means that they are generating more revenues compared if it will happen inside the US.

Agreed, not just for Inoue, but I think Fulton has been offered good money here to travel to Japan and put his belt on the line. And he understands that Inoue is still the A-side although eh didn't have any belt.

Fulton and this team likes the opportunity to beat Inoue in his own backyard, but it's very hard to do that. But as the saying goes, they have a plan until they got punch in the face so we will see how Fulton will react, whether he will fold because of the power of Inoue. Or will rise above the challenge and proved why he is a champion in the super bantamweight.
1100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: July 22, 2023, 08:31:04 PM
^^ If I'm not mistaken, it should be in their contract to have blood testing under the WADA so ensure that both are clean. And for obvious reason, it will be random, and so they shouldn't complain about the one that is going to take their blood sample at any time, regardless if they are sleeping then they have to wake up. So there should be no issue. But I guess boxers doesn't want to have their blood taken, not sure what is the reason for that. Maybe it break their momentum or it's more psychological for them. And if you are clean then why you wouldn't be afraid of it? Doesn't make sense at all.

Agreed. These are all rumors to keep the fans' attention. Similar to mainstream news, these sportsnews media outlets also sometimes do not have anything to write anymore, so they begin creating rumors.

In any case, the thread should have a poll. There might only be 3 voters for Fulton including me hehehe. It is head scratching why the champion's odds is 3.70 because it will be Inoue's first time to fight in super bantamweight, Fulton is also bigger, more athletic and has an intelligent jab which could be a problem for the Japanese fighter.

My present prediciton. This might be a split decision win for Stephen Fulton.

Yeah, and it will follow this two on their social media, fans are the one building this fan, perhaps there are promoters who have their own "army" to go to social media to hype this one.

And it's really going to be very close indeed as we need to look at how Inoue will do at 122 lbs as he is going up in weight in an attempt to become a champion again. Fulton is the champion and very intelligent, so hopefully it will be a war inside the ring and Fulton will walk the talk here and not just another boxer who will fold because of the pressure coming from Inoue.
