Chelsea will host Fulham in the next match, will they be able to get through this week with a win and continue their previous 2 wins? or will they get another disappointing result by being defeated by Fulham?

If you talk about Chelsea is really hard to say if they'd win or not and same goes to Fulham but the main focus should be on Chelsea because they're the bigger boys but these days is like they should be classified as smaller team base on performance.
This season is very hard for the Blues to even get a draw talkless of a win, I'd say Fulham are going to do anything possible to get a win that's if Pochettino decide to do some wrong selection.
Chelsea's inconsistency this season has made it very difficult to now predict their games but I believe they have the mental strength and needed quality of players to not just beat Fulham when they meet in the English Premier League next weekend but to also beat any side in the league when they're playing in their full strength. Fulham this season have been impressive to an extent but playing against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge will without doubt be a difficult match for them but because of their surprising results this season, there's every possiblity of getting a result in that game.

Mauricio Pochentino knows he was signed to restore Chelsea back to winning ways again and must do that as soon as possible if he wants to remain as the club's manager till at least till the expiration of his current contract with the club. He's not actually lived up to expectations of the club fans but he's somehow improved the team from what we saw from them last season. Hopefully, his team wins that fixture against Fulham to further increase their chances of having a better campaign in the league than they did last season

Yeah, the only problem if liverpool must be playing without salah. This is a big lose since the match against arsenal would be a very important match. I have seen that how salah was carrying the club many times.
That's pretty much the same situation like when de bruyne left from manchester city squad due to the injury. Im seeing liverpool is going to struggle against liverpool soon. Arsenal is still declining a lot compared to the previous season.
I can't really sure to say it as an opportunity owner by liverpool coz salah is the only key owned by liverpool to win the game. He was a hero for liverpool. Based on my prediction, it seems likely that the gameplay will be quite attractive since arsenal will be playing with a fully offensive strategy against their opponent.
Salah is one of the players who is agile and has skills in scoring goals and if Liverpool loses Salah against Arsenal Liverpool's condition will definitely be very bad because after all Salah has made a huge contribution to Liverpool to this day being able to get a temporary position in first place in the table. Even though the points are only temporary, this is all thanks to the help of Salah who always tries to score so that his club can win.
If during Liverpool's match against Arsenal, Salah could appear with his club on the field, I'm sure Liverpool's chances of winning are very big compared to Arsenal, but I'm not saying that Arsenal is bad, it's just that the current conditions are superior to Liverpool and I really hope that Liverpool can beat Arsenal so that they can continue competing to maintain first position with Manchester City.
Mohammed Salah is undoubtedly Liverpool's most important player and his performance and contributions to the club this season can not be overemphasized. As the club's top scorer this season, there's no doubt that Mohammed Salah will be greatly missed during the one month period that he'll be representing his country Egypt in the African Cup Of Nations but there's nothing the club can do about his temporary departure since he's going to play in a very important tournament.

That being said, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is one of the most experienced managers in world football and I believe he'll know what to do with the team now that Salah wouldn't be available four at least a minimum of three weeks. The club is currently at the top of the league table and I don't expect them to drop from the top during the time that the Egyptian will be away
1463  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 06, 2024, 11:51:48 AM
Now I think Xavi should focus on the Copa del Rey as well in addition to the La Liga and Champions League. Because it looks like they have more chance in the Copa del Rey to become the champions. They couldn't become the champions here for 2 years as well though but if they work hard they can do it.
Last season, Barcelona did perform exceptionally well and ended the season with Spanish La Liga title but since the start of the season, they've not been as active as they were last season and that has made a lot of people to think and suggest that Barcelona aren't gonna have a good campaign this season.
The club had some financial issues that stopped them from signing world class players last summer and that has really affected the performance of the club this season coupled with the fact that majority of the club's first team players also got injured this season. So if there's any trophy that they stand a good chance of winning this season, I think it has to be the Spanish Copa Dey Rey.

Ten Hag had enough time and he has not being able to be productive with that time. Do you think he will be given more time that is beyond this season without replacing him? He is a great coach and that was why Manchester United brought him in as a manager. I don’t know his problem and why this inconsistency has been their for too long, I hope there’s a change soon because if there is no any, Manchester United will not finish the game in a good position with others. There is still room for improvement now that the second round of the season is just beginning.

If I'm asked, I think Manchester United's management is the most patient club management in the world and I've got some reasons to back my claim. Manchester United management have invested hugely into the club by signing world class players on several occasions since Erik ten Hag took over the managerial position at the club but the Dutch manager is yet to deliver any major with the very quality players  at his disposal. I know we only can make suggestions but can't change the mind of the management in regards to how they control the affairs of the Old Trafford club but I think the earlier the club's management sacks Erik ten Hag and replace him with better manager, the better for the club's success this season and beyond.
1465  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How often do you win? on: January 06, 2024, 11:35:24 AM
In as mucho as gambling is a game of luck and many people does win big in it, I'm one of the very few persons that are not lucky when it comes to gambling and that's my gambling activities are very limited. It was as a result of my inability to win and my determination to make sure I win big in gambling that led to my addiction sometimes ago and since I recovered from my addiction, I've decided to limit my gambling engagements to the barest minimum and most times I totally shun any form of gambling in other to resist the urge to gamble beyond my plan. Just like me, I believe there are other gamblers out there who are not lucky in winning in gambling constantly.
1466  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think gamblers do retired betting gambles on: January 06, 2024, 10:08:05 AM
Human nature in general is not easily satisfied with what he has achieved, he will continue to search until he feels satisfied. And that's what gamblers usually feel, usually they will continue playing until they have enough. But each person's "enough" is different, some people feel enough to gamble when they are 40, 50, 60 years old or more, when they have responsibilities that must be fulfilled or they feel bored with their gambling, or for other reasons. So when you ask when is the right time for gamblers to retire, perhaps the answer for each gambler is different, depending on their condition.
Personally, I don't think there's an age frame for a gambler to reach before he can quit gambling. To some people they become too aged and weak to engage in certain things like gambling and other vices as early as in their late 50s while to some, they their body and mind are still very active even in their late 70s and that's I think that people's time of quitting engagements like gambling shouldn't be generalized.

So in essence, what I'm trying to say is that when an individual starts noticing the signs that comes with old age like weakling of the bones, anxiety of the mind and uncertain unrest of the soul it should be the best time to quit gambling in other not to allow the consequences of gambling to affect his old age and health.

Recently we saw some news about Real Madrid having another competitor for hiring Mbappe from PSG.
According to some news, we heard Liverpool is also interested in hiring Mbappe and this could make the situation even harder for Real Madrid since they need to hire this player.
But if we take a look at the financial balance in Liverpool we can understand there is a -260 million euros balance there. However, in Chelsea, they have a -788 balance but still hiring a player like Mabbpe doesn't make any sense in Liverpool.

Rumors that Liverpool will recruit Mbappe have been circulating since few days ago and indeed Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp want Mbappe to help them win the Premier League title.
Jurgen Klopp himself has been interested in Mbappe for long time, namely when Mbappe was still playing with AS Monaco, but due to several obstacles and Mbappe himself being interested in PSG, he prioritized having an agreement with PSG.

But when talking about finances, Liverpool does not have the resources to be able to recruit Mbappe and this is one of the obstacles which, if forced, could affect Liverpool finances in the future.
Real Madrid remains the team that Mbappe is worthy of prioritizing and several parties have also stated that Mbappe prioritizes Real Madrid over Liverpool.

In fact, there are only two teams that can afford to pay Mbappe and can provide the he wants, these two team are Real Madrid and Manchester City.
These two team have very large finances and they will be able to spend large amounts of money to be able to have Mbappe for several seasons.
As we all know, one of the main reasons why Kylian Mbappe is trying to leave Paris Saint Germaine is because of his quest to win the UEFA champions league trophy and as a club with the most successful record in the competitive, I think Real Madrid has a better advantage in securing the signature of the France international more than any other club. Liverpool without doubt is a big European that's won the UEFA champions league on Five different editions but currently I think Real Madrid has a better chance of winning than Liverpool does.

That being said, I am very optimistic that Mbappe will chose Real Madrid ahead of any other European team if he should finally leave Parc des Princes this summer.
1468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 06, 2024, 09:52:10 AM
The leader Inter will host Hellas Verona at home.We can expect an easy game for Inter because their opponent is out of form and Inter can't afford to lose points at home.Hellas Verona also have problems scoring goals, especially away from home.I don't think they will have a chance to score against a team in form like Inter. We can expect Inter to win this game by 2 points.
Frosinone will host Monza at home.Considering that both teams are in the middle of the league and their aim is to continue in the league at least for this year, we can see this match as a classic draw.Although Frosinone is one step ahead as the hosts, there may not be a winner from this match. If we look at the matches these teams have played between them, there have been goal-scoring matches. The matches have always managed to score goals against each other and usually ended with 3 or more goals.
Inter Milan had a very good campaign last season and were even able to reach the final of the UEFA champions league competition as well as finishing in the top four of the Italian Serie A but this season the club has taken their impressive form to another level and are seriously in contention to win the the Italian Serie A title. They're currently at the top of the league standings and closely followed by Juventus. They know how detrimental it'll be to their title chase is they drop any point against Hellas Verona later on today. So I don't expect Inter to underestimate the strength of their league opponents today.

Their manager Simone Inzaghi is a very experienced manager who would definitely want to implore his best tactical approach to that game in other to make sure they grab all three points from the game and extend their lead at the top of the table.
1469  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: January 06, 2024, 09:45:26 AM
Brazil and their performance are surely currently top talk of the soccer community with mostly peoples love to them at the top, but sadly they are having quality, but lack of leadership is bringing them down and Neymar Jr is also having too many injuries which are hurting him and his team hopefully things will be clear in coming days, and they will be able to fight back in near future with the tag of world's best.
I even think that currently Brazil's quality has really decreased compared to the previous few years. Maybe the leadership factor could also be the cause but if you say that they still have quality I think that's not quite right. If they have the quality they should not be the talk of the football community around the world. I have even heard many people say that Brazil today is not the Brazil they once remembered.

Brazil is definitely changing and they should accept this, some players in this country are seeking for chance to show better performance from themselves. On the other hand, they should accept to work with non-Brazilan coaches, maybe if the president of Brazil hadn't talked about Ancelotti in the past months he would not have extended his contract with Real Madrid and they could have this coach but it seems they should try another coach and this is very risky for them because if thy new coach fails the team, they can't have good performance in the important tournament like the 2026 World cup and that's not good for the reputation of this country.
When it comes football talent, I don't think there's any country that has more than the Brazilian national team does but in recent months, they've not been impressive in their performances and that has given a lot of football lovers some serious concerns about the future of the Brazilian national team. It was reported in the media months that Carlo Ancelotti will take over the coaching job of the Brazilian national team but last month, the Real Madrid boss extended his contract at his current club till the summer of 2026 which now means that his proposed move to become the Brazilian national team coach next summer isn't gonna work.

The country's football management must act as fast as possible to to hire another coach that's very experienced enough to bring back the Samba Boys back to winning ways.

Which recovery phase?, If you see a team that is playing for performance improvement you would know, Manchester United is very far away from playing to recover. Last season's performance that gave them the opportunity to qualify for the Champions League competition is even much better than their performance this very season. With Erik ten Hag as still the Man Utd's head coach, nothing would change even now or in the future.

This is a very bold statement which I don’t agree with. From your statement that last season’s performance weren’t bad so that means Ten Hag and his team has a thing in their sleeves. If we analyze it properly all Manchester United appointed mangers have actually have a very poor second season at the club after a very good first one. This means that the problem isn’t entirely base on the manager alone but also the club hierarchy too. They have failed to support each manager with the signings that they require and this can actually affect the manager plans.

With the injuries surrounding this team currently I will trust Ten Hag till at least the end of the season. If he can actually get them a trophy in his first season and qualify them to the champions league them I will say he can actually make them bounce back again
Let's be Frank, Ten Hag is just too overhyped aside Jose Mourinho and Van Gaal I can't remember any top tier coach United has signed since Fergusen left, just overhyped coach who fails to meet team expectations though Mourinho was better than the other.
Which player did Ten Hag requested for that He didn't get or try to get for him?
Who requested for Onana, Mount, Rasmund and others.

Last season He had issues with Ronaldo, this season Sancho next season we don't know
Aside from injury crisis in which they also struggle to win even when they are fit Ten Hag has no excuse.

The fact is Ten Hag should know his place and let go of some pride so that he will be respected by team while the players needs to have their trophy winning mentality which they have lost for over a decade now, I don't really think Ten Hag can help in this area but Man United can give a shot and see how the perform next season.
I don't think there's anyone that still believes that there's a possibility of Manchester United going back to winnings ways again under their current manager Erik ten Hag. The Dutchman like I've said in several times in this thread doesn't act like manager who still got some clue on what next to do and improve the performance of the team. The wins that's been managed by the club this season are all lucky wins and sometimes as a result of individuals brilliance of the club players. Manchester United are yet to play as a team this season and they must sack the current manager and hire a better one who's capable of doing everything that's expected of a top football manager for a positive change at the club this season
1471  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: January 05, 2024, 09:54:06 PM

Xabi has caught the attention of many with his impressive performances at the helm of Leverkusen, he can showcase the strategies that can bring his club to the fore at the moment. In the Bundesliga they have been impressive, and in the Europa League, they have been the same, in fact, they are probably the only unbeaten club in two different competitions, the Bundesliga and the Europa League.
I am sure he will be a coach that big clubs will fight for, even recently he was rumored to be close to Real Madrid before Ancelotti was confirmed to have made a new contract with Real Madrid.
If he can bring Leverkusen to win the Bundesliga or the Europa League, his name will be even more fragrant and he will get a lot of praise from many people. Yes, I think he deserves it as an appreciation for what he has shown.
Xabi deserves all the applauds he’s getting now and will get more of he succeeds in clinching either the Bundesliga or the UEL. He’s transformed this mediocre Leverkusen team to a big night mare for most big gun clubs. This Leverkusen team has remained unbeaten in all competitions this season and are pretty comfortable in both competitions and this is the quality of a good coach.

A sound and disciplined team who’s winning. I think Xabi is already getting on the radar of jobs for top clubs and soon he’ll be a big name and will be a hall of fame coach if he continues this way. Kudos Xabi,  he's shown the world that he's a talented coach and his recent success in the Bundesliga is enough prove that he's ready to step up to a bigger club where he'll be backed up with enough funds that would make him easily major silver wares.
Considering how significantly improved Bayer Leverkusen are currently, I don't think there's any kind of applaud that Xabi Alonso is getting now that he doesn't deserve. Before he became the manager of Bayer Leverkusen, they were not considered as a major threat in the German Bundesliga talk more of in any European competition in the last decade but since the Spaniard took over the managerial position at the club, they've grown to become the most consistent team in the Italian league this season as well as the best Italian team in this season's UEFA Europa League competition.

I don't think there's anyone who's still in doubt over the capability of the Bayer Leverkusen team and I won't be surprised if the go on to win the Europa League trophy
1472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: January 05, 2024, 09:46:05 PM
The squad needs star players. However, it is not always possible to perform well if there are star players in the squad. In this year's Premier League, we can see Chelsea and Manchester United teams as examples. A lot of talented and star players are in the squads of these two teams. However, their performance is quite poor. Qualification for the Champions League is unlikely to be achieved by these two teams. On the other hand, Aston Villa and Newcastle teams are performing better than Chelsea and United without any star players.

PSG definitely need a score machine like Mbappe to keep their performance stable. Mbappe has the ability to score a lot of goals. But if match strategy and chemistry between players is not good, it is not possible to survive in a competitive platform like Champions League.
Surviving in Ligue One is simple, there are limited challenges for Les Parisiens and that put then in a better position to win matches and titles because they're top club. If PSG could sit in the position to duplicate Kylian Mbappe, they will without hesitation, winning will become constant. Paris Saint Germain have risen from the top lead, they have started to settle for lesser outcome which weigh below their standards. PSG once upon a time had brilliant top names in the club but they couldn't hold tight of the club, resulting tem to become vulnerable to their opponents and they easily lost matches.
As a player who's scored numerous goals for his club, Kylian Mbappe will surely be greatly missed if he happens to leave Paris Saint Germaine this summer and considering his contributions to the club, it'll be difficult for them to still deliver good performances that'll be as good as the ones they were having when he's still at the club.
Paris Saint Germaine this season have improved to become the most consistent team in the French league and looks like the team that are surely gonna win the Italian league. Hopefully, they'll get a good replacement for Mbappe when he finally leaves the club
1473  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 05, 2024, 08:19:19 PM
Real Madrid has initiated communication with Sevilla regarding defender Juanlu Sanchez. El Real is prepared to pay £25.9 million for Sanchez.
According to Fichajes, quoted from Sportsmole, Real Madrid holds great admiration for the Spanish player and has identified him as a long-term replacement for Dani Carvajal.
Previously, Madrid was also interested in Chelsea captain R James, but now Los Balncos seems to have changed their interest because James is very prone to injury. Juanlu Sanchez is a potential player to be used as a long term option, he is very suitable as a cover for Carvajal in the right back position, and in the future could become Carvajal successor.

Regarding the price of Juanlu Sanchez, I think it is relatively cheap for Madrid, considering that he is still very young. If Madrid recruits Juanlu Sanchez, Los Blancos will automatically release Lucas Vazquez on a free transfer at the end of June, meaning Vazquez will not get a new contract extension.

It seems that Sevilla will not mind releasing this player, because we know they are experiencing a financial crisis. Ancelotti actually needs a center back at the moment, after Alaba and Militao long injuries, but Ancelotti experiment was successful by placing Tchouameni as a good rotation option.
Just like you rightly said, Real Madrid according to reports where initially trying to get the services of Chelsea captain Reece James on permanent basis but his recent record of injuries, they've sold switched their attention to Seville right back Juanlu Sanchez. Since the start of the season, Real Madrid defenders have suffered various types of injuries that's kept them sidelined for long and if not for the experience of the club's manager Carlo Ancelotti who has been rotating the squad, they would've conceded many more goals than they have already let in this season.

Seville have been poor in their performances this season but that doesn't change the fact that Juanlu Sanchez is an incredible right back defender. Hopefully, Real Madrid will end up signing him
1474  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 05, 2024, 08:09:51 PM
Manchester is a team that are in big problems, they have been in big problems for a very long time now and I am now thinking it's more than coaching problem. Manchester United may also have some internal problems from the owners and this can cause a drop in form as we have seen .
I think a lot of improvement needs to be made and it starts now. Manchester United can't continue going to every season with this problem, they have lost the pedigree of a big team and this has affected their mentality.
I'm not trying to doubt you than there are no internal crises at Manchester United which have resulted to the club's poor performance since the start of the season but I must categorically say that Manchester United's current poor form is majorly caused by the managerial inabilities of Erik ten Hag. He is currently clueless on what to do to restore the club back to where they belong and if the club's management do not sack and replace him anytime soon, I wouldn't be surprised to see them finish at the bottom half of the English Premier League table.
1475  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: January 05, 2024, 07:39:07 PM
and this could happen to PSG because I don't doubt PSG's finances which might be able to make an offer to Haaland worth 100 million dollars will definitely make the player think deeper and possibly accept the offer from PSG.
Regarding Mbappe's departure, I am ready to see him go because he has provided many good achievements for PSG and it is time for Mbappe to look for another challenge with a bigger club to get the title he wants.

But if it was PSG I think Haaland would think about signing with them. You have mentioned yourself that Mbappe chose to leave PSG because he wanted to look for another challenge. Actually I don't think there is a difficult challenge at PSG for players like Mbappe or Haaland. If Haaland plays for PSG then he will do what Mbappe did where Haaland will win several Ligue 1 trophies and it will be difficult to compete in the Champions League.
The fact that Kylian Mbappe wants to leave Paris Saint Germaine doesn't mean that Manchester City's most priced asset Erling Haaland would also want to leave the English, European and world champions to go and join Paris Saint Germaine. Haaland is in a club where he's getting everything a top footballer would want to get ajd if he's ro leave Manchester City anytime soon, I don't think his preferred destination will be Paris Saint Germaine. How can a player leave a club as big as Manchester City for a club who is yet to win the UEFA champions league competition trophy in their history.

Sometimes in football, financial package of transfer offers doesn't determine a player's decision so if Paris Saint Germaine tables financial package that's too mouthwatering for Erling Haaland, I don't think it'll make the Norwegian change his mind and leave a Manchester City side that's managed by Pep Guardiola
1476  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe in gambling experts predictions? on: January 05, 2024, 07:27:27 PM
There are places where old culture is still being practice especially in rural areas. They have the belief that old people who are in this venue much longer are those who can give wisdom and additional knowledge about the game, though we all know that this new generation, we already have different perspectives.

No one can accurately predict, but the good thing with experience is that it can give you some idea how the game should be played the right way.
I know for for that even till this very moment, there are people who still believe in the old religion especially in gambling. They believe that there's a possibility of foreseeing the outcome of games even before kick-off but I personally do not believe in that superstitious belief. That belief has rendered many old men in my locality useless because they think that there's someone somewhere who's capable of predicting game so they stake all their hard earned money on such predictions and in most cases they do end up losing their money.

Gambling I believe is majorly a game of luck and that's can never totally trust anyone's prediction because all predictions in my own opinion is liable to not end as predicted.
1477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 05, 2024, 07:14:49 PM
Yes I mean the Bernabeu is literally where he belongs. They fit together very well, the club and him. He is a gentleman and a great coach, a great personality and Real Madrid is the most recognized club in the world. So there is no disagreement about that. I wonder what he would do in 2026 if everything is looking great and going well. I believe someone like him will have a hard time to once and for all say goodbye to soccer. it is really his life although he is one of the calmest coaches I have ever seen. The most you can see from him is when he is showing his fist out of joy. But he isn't screaming or escalating. Great coach and I hope we'll see him a few more years.
Of course he is quite comfortable at Real Madrid, even Ancelotti contract extension the previous week is certainly one of the reasons that Ancelotti loyalty to Real Madrid is so great. In fact, He was willing not to accept the offer as Brazil coach because he was more interested in continuing the project at Real Madrid that he had built. I think as long as he is still fit enough on the edge of the pitch then Real madrid will continue to use his services. And the new contract received by Ancelotti will expire until 2026 so there is plenty of time for him to bring lots of trophies for Real madrid.

In this transfer window, It is believed that Real Madrid will re-sign several players to strengthen their squad. Ancelotti main target is a player in the striker position because Real Madrid needs a striker who is ready to score lots of goals and Joselu can't do that this season so Real madrid needs a player to replace joselu in Real madrid front line. Maybe the names of top player that are often associated are Mbappe and Osimhen. Let's see if Ancelotti will bring back high quality players like Mbappe or Martinez.

This contract could be a hidden clue if you ask me as Ancelotti might know more what is going on behind the scenes and what Perez is planning for the club. If all these things are huge and Ancelotti was introduced to those plans, maybe that changed his mind and he knew that this a huge chance for him to have several more amazing years as a coach of the biggest club in the world. I was quite sure that he has reached this age and thought becoming a national coach would be perfect for him, but something happened that made him change his mind obviously. What could it be?
One thing about Real Madrid president Fiorentino Perez is that he's a master planner when it comes to football management and that's why he's succeeded in winning more UEFA champions league titles in his reign as the president of the club than any other football club president has ever managed. Before Carlo Ancelotti extended his contract with the Spanish giants last month, reports already had it that he was gonna leave the Santiago Bernabeu at the end of the season while Xabi Alonso was lined up to replace Italian manager. But after Real Madrid extended his contract, the news of Bayer Leverkusen manager Xabi Alonso joining Real Madrid next season reduced.

But because of how strategic Real Madrid president can be, I think he might still have plans of bringing in Alonso to the club anytime soon. The only factor that'll keep Carlo Ancelotti at Real Madrid till the expiration of his contract at Real Madrid is if he can continue to win many more titles for the club else, We might just Alonso been announced as Real Madrid boss before the end of Ancelotti's current contract with the club.

Leverkusen is making full efforts to maintain existing interventions from various European teams who are interested in their wing-back, Jeremie Frimpong, this January. Leverkusen confirmed that they would not sell Jeremie Frimpong this January and that any European team who wanted him would have to wait until June next summer to trigger his release clause of 40 million euros.

I think this fee is still quite reasonable and the elite European teams don't seem to mind spending quite a lot of money to be able to secure the services of one of Leverkusen's key players. Jeremie Frimpong's performance since last season has been very impressive and it is not surprising that he is now being targeted by various European teams. I'm curious about where he will continue his career after closing this season with Leverkusen.

I was very surprised to see reports of other European clubs who wants to get the services of Bayer Leverkusen's wing back Jeremie Frimpong. Bayer Leverkusen have been absolutely impressive since the start of the season and Frimpong is one of the regular players that's been key to the club's success this season and that's why I think it'll not be possible for Bayer Leverkusen to let go of one of their most important players in the middle of the season.

If there's any possibility of Frimpong leaving Bayer Leverkusen, then it'll definitely be in the summer when he's finally helped his club achieve their aims this season.

The unluckiest team of the round is Copenhagen of course. They have a very tough draw against Manchester City and they will probably get destroyed easily as well. I respect their challenge in the group stage a lot. Just as Galatasaray were Copenhagen were also very ambitious to get points. But it looks like this is the end of the road for Copenhagen.  Smiley

I would have been happier to see Galatasaray in Copenhagen's place. I mean the draw would have still been very tough but at least they could have made much more money before being eliminated by the Manchester club. But anyways, the top title favourite Manchester City should have no problem on finishing off Copenhagen.

I don't think that Copenhagen were unlucky with their round of 16 draw against Manchester City and I have my reasons of saying that. For a team to avoid been drawn against some certain teams  in the round of 16 of the UEFA champions league competition, they must have to finish at the top of their group stage table.
Copenhagen without doubt did exceptionally well to progress from a team that consists of Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Galatasaray but they only progressed as runners up to Bayern Munich who who the table and that's why they'll have to face a team that finished as winners of another group. There's no doubt to the fact that Manchester City have a greater chances of winning the tie against Copenhagen, but I that if Copenhagen can play on their full strength, they can surprisingly reach the last eight of the competition at the expense of Manchester City.

I’m looking at how Tottenham will fare in the absence of Son when they host Manchester United next weekend. I haven’t seen any Tottenham game without Son because he’s always been present for them and he’s a top player who turns up in almost every game for them.

Undoubtedly, Son Heung-Min has been the best player for Tottenham since the start of the season and losing him now at beginning of the second half of the season will definitely affect the performance of Tottenham Hotspur in their next games without their club captain
However, considering how impactful the club's manager Ange Postecoglou has been in the performance of the club since the start of the season, I think he possesses the managerial abilities and experience to help Tottenham Hotspur win gams without the presence of Son Heung-Min. Hopefully, the North London club will not lose their current spot in the league before Son Heung-Min comes back from international duties.
