If he tries to change his preferences by searching for other things tomorrow or the next day, he'd find ads and recommended videos for him change as well. That's how the algorithm works. |

I never brought someone into gambling.
It's bad, why need to invite people in the bad habits. From my perspective, I only share about gambling content and any information about gambling to someone who already gambling.
I don't want other people who are don't know gambling, ruining their life.
To OP's defense, these friends he's talking about are already full-fledged gamblers before the recommendation, he only recommended cryptogambling and didn't necessarily encourage them to. I myself think they already had this in mind and just needed that extra push to make their minds up and make the decision, which means had they not recommended cryptogambling to these people or not, they are going figure out the ropes and will eventually find themselves playing with it anyway. Plus, from the looks of it these people aren't chronic gamblers, considering how each losses they incur don't necessarily get to them, they even downplay the losses to OP's defense which I myself think is weird and a little over the edge of bad but whatever, as long as the losses don't get to them. How many times have you successfully invited some gamblers to online casino? What is your experience doing so? I have successfully brought in four people into crypto gambling, and it was the easiest thing ever, they came asking if it's possible to use crypto for gambling and I said yes, but I told them that I am not ready to introduce any platform for anyone, but these guys then showed me there past gambles on a local website that only accept Fiat, that's when I got soft with them and I showed them the websites I use for gambling.

In any case, losers or winners I think as long as these people are having fun, which they do considering how they downplay their losses, it's still a win. No such thing as of now, every casino that advertises themselves as "web3" is just a sham way to scam people, especially those who are into the idea of Web3. With that being said it's a possibility in the future, but with the way things are going now you'd have better odds seeing the metaverse take foot and run amidst all odds than seeing the entirety of the internet be decentralized in one go, no such technology to support, no real life use-case so there's no interest in creating it, and the concept is a little novel, so it's still trying to take shape. I felt like I went off a tangent here but the basic concept of a web3 casino is a casino that is operating on web3, which mainly means that it's decentralized, or at least partly.

I think customer transparency should be a thing that these casinos are to implement. Nowadays it's more evident that the power is not in the enterprise itself, but in the customers and the supporters that support them. Customer surveys are a great way to start this, as you're getting all the info straight from the source. It takes two to tango however, so each customer that are given the chance to take the survey must also diligently answer it cause this will embody the collective opinion of the people to the casino that held the survey. If everyone's gonna go bonkers with it and joke around, no useful data will be gathered, and much needed changes will not be implemented. There's this trifecta basically. The customer cooperating, the casino implementing the changes, and the casino, once again, consistently holding up surveys.

Not victim blaming here but for me, the sole responsibility of ensuring that you're not addicted to anything, gambling especially, is that you know how to assume control of your urges and yourself. If you can't control your gambling habits no matter how much block or limit casinos impose upon you when you reach a certain threshold, you'll find other ways to gamble just to get that fix. It's because there are still no concrete parameters and settings that are in place in most casinos that discourages chronic gamblers from playing. Casinos are still looking to profit from these people, so they won't impose such rules, some may even throw out that "gambling addiction awareness articles and campaigns" to absolve themselves of the guilt, or the crime thereof if they base in places where gambling over a certain threshold requires the casino to stop or intervene the gambler. I don't see this ever changing, cause there's no profit to be made in this act of kindness. All I am really looking for when choosing a place to place a wager is if they accept my country, KYC, have the markets I wish to bet on, have some sort of decent reputation, and if they have decent odds.

I think it's a matter of the user and not necessarily the game itself. I've tried both and have won considerably and lost as much as I think a regular gambler would lose on such games. Perhaps you're just attributing causality on things that aren't even connected in the first place. In any case however, some game companies increase the RTP for their newer games in order to entice customers, but it will still boil down to whether you are lucky, nothing else. I have been playing a few slots lately and have had some good winnings but nothing huge yet. Most of the YouTube gamblers I watch have been playing Sweet Bonanza, so I tried it first with a minimum bonus buy of $20 and sometimesi got into the bonus after few normal spins. The maximum win I had was x7 which is x700 on the game.

Never heard of such. The only aspect which I think is existing and somewhat related with the 'play and pay later' you have mentioned is free spins and other welcome bonuses which allows players to play and have a chance to win without depositing the usual required amount. But an actual aspect which would allow a player to somewhat borrow an amount like a loan to a gambling site, is something which is not familiar on my awareness.
It would only be possible if you'd go through actual lending procedures such as borrowing an amount you can use to play. However, I won't suggest this way still. Imagine losing the money and still with the responsibility of actually paying an amount.
