For the best pool, I think ViaBTC with a merged pool makes you more rewards just don't mine on Binance they reward you less compared to the well-known pool for Bitcoin.

I don't think that you can still mine a block with GPU it would take years before it can find a block and mine it and if you are bad luck it may also turn into orphaned.

There is much news before I think last year on solo ckpool someone mined a block with a low hashrate USB miner I guess. So you still have a chance to mine a block with low hashrate but not on GPU because it can eat much power compared to ASIC-based miners. If you are using a lightning network when sending BTC the receiver must be also connected to the lightning network if not the receiver won't able to generate an invoice or address of his LN wallet.

Are you planning to launch a private pool? It doesn't need a miner to build a pool and launch.
You just need to host it to any VPS provider not on miner hosting unless you talking about hosting your miner?

How did you run the -reindex?
I never heard someone use mergefs for Bitcoin node but it looks like you are trying to combine two hard drives?

Bitcoin core might be confused on reading the drive. If I were you better not to use mergerfs instead use the 2nd drive or external drive as a Bitcoin directory for downloaded blocks and point the Bitcoin core manually on that drive(path).

I'm using Kaspersky never had any problems or issues using it for many years you just need to make sure before you format and reinstall the OS make sure you already have a backup of your wallet if not make a backup first before you format.

And about the OS make sure to download it from Microsoft if you are going to use Windows OS and avoid downloading cracked/modded Windows OS from an unknown source it might have hidden virus/malware.

The 3rd hashboard should be the Chain[7] if you don't have a replacement cable as suggested above I suggest swap them to Chain[5] or [6] to test if the 3rd hashboard is working fine but if not then the 3rd hashboard is broken you can replace it with new one but if you don't have a budget and want to repair it with your own check the hashboard physically for burnt parts and shorted using a multimeter.

Pretty bad I have a verified account on Coinbase and have a few coins under their wallet and vault but since I stop using Coinbase for many years I think withdrawing the funds out from Coinbase will require KYC. I'm not so familiar with Braiins Logs but would you mind trying to reflash it back to stock firmware so that we can troubleshoot the issue of your miner?

Once you revert it to stock firmware set it again and let it run for a few minutes before you copy the whole kernel logs and update here.

Under your logs this one "HASHS[1 0 0] "The first hashboard is bad meaning there might be a short circuit on the first hashboard.

Since you bought it brand new from Canaan it should be under warranty and you can resend that unit to them for replacement or to fix the issue.

I have a few suggestions you can try to disconnect the first hashboard and try to run it again let's see if there is changes on the API logs and update here for new logs. Don't forget to put all API logs inside the insert code tag it's a # sharp button while editing your post because most of the PRO here do not respond if you didn't properly post any logs.
