1341  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: "Rate Limit Reached" Error When Trying to Open a Lightning Channel? on: May 27, 2023, 12:55:47 PM
Do you mind adding more details about your issue?
What wallet or software do you currently use when you get this error?

I tried to search on Google with this error but it point me to OKX Api with this error here
1342  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Ultimate Scalping Indicator on: May 27, 2023, 11:40:15 AM
I just saw your post as I was replying to everyone else.
Unfortunately I am not in a position to request money from others, Although I have a job, I am in debt currently. I have been working hard learning to code and perfected these scripts in hope of getting out of my situation.

If you are in debt why not use your script to get rich quickly and pay your debt? Why would you sell it to someone without giving proof that you own this script?

If you are currently working hard to learn to code and perfect this script then there is a big possibility that this script is useless than the free script out there.

If you want to make money in coding why not find a job that suits your skill? You can try find someone on Upwork there are many people out there looking for someone that knows how to make a script for trading.
1343  Other / Off-topic / Re: KeyPass vulnerability: Recover master pwd in clear text from memory dump on: May 27, 2023, 10:58:55 AM
I don't think it's a good idea to use a software or password manager with a vulnerability issue just like before when someone's password was compromised. All of his coins were withdrawn and he also used a password manager. So it's not safe to use any password manager if you want to use a password manager then only use it if there is no money involved on that site. Sample Twitter account and Facebook I use password manager from Chrome only for social media accounts and sites that have no money involved.

So upgrading to the latest version wouldn't help to save your compromised password it would be better to use a piece of paper to write all of your passwords and put it in your wallet(That's the offline way and safer than password manager/PC that still connected to the internet).
1344  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: GameBoy Hardware Wallet! on: May 26, 2023, 07:16:51 PM
All of the devices you find on sale will be used ones. You don't need the color version, though. The original one is big and quite clunky, but look for sales ads of the Gameboy Pocket. After some quick eBay browsing, I can see various offers spanning from €10 up to €80. Depending on where you live, you could come across a real bargain.
That's pretty cheap if you can buy it for $10 but right now even used ones is expensive here in my local store/shop and most of what I found are Gameboy color but the price is fine it's around $25 each the problem is the LCD is not clear look the image below

It is still a good offer if you just want to use it for this project.
1345  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: i found my wallet.dat.. on: May 26, 2023, 06:25:47 PM
Is there any money in the photo I sent you? or is it out? Even if the bitcoin core is not updated, shouldn't the money appear on the blockchain?
Why did you call it a test based on your image?
Are you trying or experimenting with something?

If you already check it on any blockchain explorer and have no funds then it was already sent to another wallet but I check that address on blockchair it doesn't even have any previous transactions.
Maybe Loyce is right it might be altcoin?
1346  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: New Avalonminer a1246 not mining on: May 26, 2023, 01:45:09 PM
Based on your new logs the middle board shows abnormal status or failure look at the HASH, Echu, and ECMM.

The middle hashboard might be the broken one if it's new then try to swap cables from the middle hashboard to 1st or 3rd hashboards and check again the "HASH" if it changes position and if it still has a weird number then the hashboard is broken.

If I were you learn how to read logs you can download this below.

So that you can troubleshoot it with your own.
1347  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Come and let me teach you how to get rich quick on: May 26, 2023, 01:27:59 PM
If it's easy to get rich quickly all of us here should already be rich but actually, it's not easy. This term "get rich quick scheme" you usually heard it in any scam investment you better avoid such thing if you want to get rich you should be hardworking I believe on "Laziness is a secret ingredient that goes into failure".
You won't be able to get rich without hard work and knowledge.
1348  Economy / Exchanges / Re: With these acts, do we still believe in Centralized Exchanges? on: May 24, 2023, 11:41:22 PM
I'm fine with Binance how they protect their coins and they always do inform users that they are going to change their deposit address and it is their security protocol to avoid the issue in the future.
Unlike other exchanges do not have their own way how to protect customer's funds.

About Hotbit, I trade on their exchange before but almost all coins there are shitcoins they are likely the same as Yobit it is better to close their exchange because there are many complaints about their service like stuck withdrawals until now they don't have the plan to solve this issues.
1349  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Bitcoin transaction process on: May 24, 2023, 11:22:58 PM
In addition to the above post lightning network fees is very cheap compared to Mainnet but the only problem almost all exchanges do not support it yet and it is still vulnerable to malicious attack and fraud which is why even exchanges do not support it.

And lightning network is not yet a perfect solution(Maybe in the future) and it is underdeveloped take note all transaction processes on the lightning network do not need miners because all transactions on the lightning network only happen inside their own node.
But still, you will need to use Mainnet when taking your BTC out from the lightning network like withdrawing it from the lightning network to transfer it to some exchanges.
1350  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: How to speed up btc transfers on: May 24, 2023, 10:55:13 PM
Sometimes the recommended fee from mempool is not accurate if ever your transaction is stuck and you follow the suggested fee from mempool I suggest use Viabtc accelerator to speed up the transaction they do support 0.0001 BTC/KB fee rate above.

Here the link https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator
1351  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: general setup for Armory on: May 24, 2023, 10:29:43 PM
~snip~.

I just want to ask if there is a way to support the PSBT file of Electrum to Armory because downloading the entire blockchain takes days for a slow pc and the internet, unlike Electrum that doesn't need to download the blockchain.

Is the Armory support PSBT file I search for almost 2 hours but I couldn't find the right answer if Armory supports PSBT file. I am planning to use offline Armory for long-term storage. Or I think hex or raw transactions generated from Electrum do armory support it?

I don't see a hardware wallet as the best solution to protect your wallet those devices can be still hacked compared to a wallet that you created offline.
1352  Other / Meta / Re: Images from Imgur have been restored on: May 24, 2023, 10:11:56 PM
Almost all old post posts are using imgur to host image I almost see images with proxy invalid to all old post but after this news trying to access those thread again all images is now fine.

However, imgbb is a great option when imgur is down this is the only option that works on the forum recently.
1353  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: What is causing hardware malfunction? on: May 23, 2023, 04:42:23 PM
Have you ever tried to mine on other pools to test?

Have you tried to check the system for logs?
I don't know how to pull out the logs from this unit so I think it would be better if you bring this issue to futurebit support section from this link below.

1354  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Avalon 1166PRO again u.u on: May 23, 2023, 04:24:20 PM
I don't think if its power supply it looks fine according this logs

Code:
PS[0 1218 1284 94 1211 1284 1376]

The only thing that I notice is ECMM it show bad its pointing to or it could be a bad control board or one of your hashboard.

Do you mind to use FMS tool maybe it will give you some error related to your hashboard.
1355  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: What is causing hardware malfunction? on: May 23, 2023, 12:45:15 PM
What pool do you mine?
It maybe the pool server is recently down?

It would be better if you check the logs of your unit and post the logs here and maybe you can get more idea what the cause of this problem.

Sometimes high spike of hardware error is cause by overheating issue.
1356  Bitcoin / Mycelium / Re: [Mycelium Android] Transaction stuck for ~2 weeks, can't bump the fee on: May 22, 2023, 11:53:13 PM
If a transaction has been flagged as RBF, you can bump the fee. Bumping the fee means that you replace an unconfirmed transaction with a new one paying higher fee without any need to wait for the tranaction to be dropped from the mempool.
By default, Electrum flag transactions as RBF.

Mycelium has a bump fee option even without opt-in RBF and yes they do not have RBF yet it was propose on some developer 6 years ago but until now they do not have this flag.
However, the only option they added for stuck transaction in/outgoing is CPFP(as Bump fee).

Source img: https://m.facebook.com/groups/bitcoincz/permalink/692565890928648/

@pawel7777 if it was rebroadcasted recently you need to wait again for a few weeks until the mempool rejected it. But if you dont want to wait CPFP is your last hope to speed up this transaction ask the receiver to do this if he is using Electrum.
1357  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: EttaWallet: new Lightning Wallet for iOS & Android📱 on: May 22, 2023, 10:52:41 PM
Ugandan Shilling (local currency) According to his Twitter account he is developing a project related to Africa.

Currently based on their Github they only have UGX(Ugandan Shilling) its a fiat value or total value of your Bitcoin in UGX. Its their local currency from bank of Uganda. They don't have other fiat yet like USD, CAD, EUR or any major currency.

So I think this wallet was developed only for people who living on east africa.

I don't see any issue it looks like fine would you mind to set the miner to low power mode.

Or I think try to increase the fan speed of your miner you can do it by using FMS tool under diagnostic and send this command below.

Code:
[{"command":"ascset","parameter":"0,fan-spd,90"}]

The password you mean is the extension words aka passphrase? If that is not a wallet.dat file or Electrum wallet you can use the FinderOuter tool to find the password of your seed backup.

You can find it here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5214021.0

As you said it's 5 characters it takes months to find the password using this tool because they don't support GPU yet unless you know some parts of your password.

Are you sure this is your account? Before this post, you have a recent post posted on December 23, 2022. Meaning you just login in today so how did you log in?

Maybe your account is set to always log in and your browser still has your old cookies which is why you still have access to your account. But the problem is we do not know if you are the real owner of this account you don't even have a stake address to verify unless you referring to another account.

I suggest don't logout here while trying to recover your account through email use incognito mode on the browser. Or if you also do not have access to your Email instead ask mods if you can able to change the email and password of this account on their side.
