Basing it from my experience at first you don't always try to fit in every topics you want to go to just so you can post what you think will be sensible, your eagerness to post is something that leads you to having your posts be deleted by them specially the ones in moderated topics. The success or progress of the industry and jobs you are talking about really depends on the local government of any country. Yes there are countries spearheading the industry with jobs but if you really want to see progress specially the ones you can see in your own country a lot of that will depend on whether or not the government is inclined to the industry itself. Now even if BTC is more than 10 years old a lot of countries are still just starting out with their own regulation and they barely even stary accepting blockchain or crypto related companies in their country. With that being said we can't really do anything to make the progress much faster as it will all rely on how they see the success of the industry.

Honestly this could have been a much better ending compared to what we have seen in Season 8. With all the wasted character build up we have seen and how they skipped a lot of stories like House Reed not even showing up in in a single episode in the season it shows that the writers failed to give a meaningful ending for the viewers and that's including me.
