921  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: How to Create Bitcoin Transactions from a Server on: January 29, 2020, 07:55:50 PM
there is the electrum docs here: https://electrum.readthedocs.io/en/latest/merchant.html that contain the needed information to start accepting bitcoin as a merchant using Electrum. it mainly explains accepting payment but the principle is the same for sending payments too.
there are also some articles on the internet that you can find in google search for keyword "bitcoin" + "electrum" + "merchants". i haven't used any of them so i can't recommend any.

Like what the OP stated in his other post he would also like to send crypto payments automatically om his side. Electrum's merchant function in their document only accept payments as a business and doesn't have any documentation for them sending the payments. @OP on this part I think it will be harder to find a sample script on what you are asking since even e-commerce crypto payment processors like Bitpay and Coinbase commerce only has a function to receive payments for your business. You would need to consider the balance your wallet have, the fees you will be handling, and also the conversion of the prices in USD all of which if it will go wrong your funds will be instantly flushed.
922  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Hackers at ang paggamit nila ng mixers on: January 29, 2020, 07:04:00 PM
~snip~

Why? Because some of them are also partnered up with Chainalysis like Binance and Bitfinex kaya hindi ko talaga alam kung bakit tikom pa din bibig nila sa mga ganitong bagay. Sana nga magkaroon ng isa pang party when it comes to providing research and data para masabi nating totoo yung sinasabi nila.
923  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 29, 2020, 06:02:58 PM
I know that the game ended yesterday but it is never too late to celebrate an AC Milan win. Their match against Torino was a tribute to one of their biggest fans, Kobe Bryant, whom of which died along with his daughter recently. From the start of the match until the extra time it was full of suspense especially when Hakan Calhanoglu scored that equalizing goal where right after that he scored another one for the team. Zlatan also redeemed himself from missing that wide open shot in the 2nd half by scoring that 4th goal for Milan to seal the win. Now they'll be facing Juventus in the semi-final and I think this will be a must watch match for any Serie A fan out there.
Kaya kung mapapansin mo yung mga article nila ay minsan madalas negative and yung mga data na binibigay nila sila lang naman nag-baback up nun, so there is no way to confirm on what they are saying is true.
925  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How find links in bitcointalk in an easiest way on: January 28, 2020, 08:19:58 PM
lobcmt2 already made a great guide on how to use bookmarks from popular browsers and I think in this method is more than enough compared to what you are offering because you can even organize your bookmarked links on different folders. Having a notepad like app is just adding an unnecessary step on saving up links when you can directly save up the link via bookmark. The app itself will just be a waste of time seeing that it contains ads as well as in-app purchases which I think will just burden the user more just to save up links from Bitcointalk.

@OP look I know you want to promote your app as much as possible and you want to relate it to BCT so you can post this promotion but I don't even think that a notepad app with nothing special to offer will be something that the general public will download. Notepad/Reminder like apps are already included in both Android and Apple phones so they are already dominating the market because of it, if I were you I'll just be more innovative on the next app I'll develop the one which will be really useful to users.
926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 28, 2020, 07:07:33 PM
Suso could have been a really, really top player. I watched him as a young boy in the Liverpool youth teams. He’s made a good career for himself but for whatever reason he hasn’t become a truly elite player.
Yep, i also remember him in Liverpool. Back then he looked like he was going to be the next big thing in spanish football, kinda like Sturridge in english football, but just like many other players, they just couldn't deliver top performance in a top club.

Man if you are only seeing how Suso plays now you'll know that he isn't a good player anymore compared to his early years in Milan. I don't exactly know what happened to him failing to produce anything since he has been given it all. Being part of the first eleven, being their free kick taker, as well as giving him the ball but after 16 games of the season he only scored 1 goal for the team and 2 assist their left back, Theo Hernandez, has 5 goals in the league. So Milan really need to push this deal through with Sevilla if they want to salvage some value out of him.

Binance is also a company that can make donations for a cause and makikinabang din sila dun kasi ang act of donation is a good way to lessen their tax burden since may tax exemption para sa mga donasyon. So wala talagang koneksyons kung company ka man sa loob ng crypto industry or hindi dahil talaga madami ng big companies ang gusto mamigay ng tulong para hindi na lumala yung sitwasyon.
928  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Free blockchain analytics/forensics tool/application/website? on: January 27, 2020, 09:01:11 PM
@OP I'm just curious on what will you be using the tool/s for? I'm guessing that this will help you ease some time when it comes to discovering and connecting alt accounts in bounty campaigns? Since walletexplorer has been used in the past by scam hunters to connect related wallets before. Or will you be just using it personally?
929  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Cryptocurrency Tax Tool - Free of charge for until ending February on: January 27, 2020, 08:05:39 PM
I'm more concerned about the data privacy and security you will offer while providing these services. Since we are talking about taxes here from potential users what are your safeguards and assurances that the data the users will provide are only for the purposes of computing their taxes and you won't share it to someone else or even prevent some kind of leaks from happening? Since I'm kinda suspicious about your services, your website lacks information about your legal authority and who is the legal firm you are partnering up with. This information are needed in order to see that you can legally operate to provide accounting help for users online. And most importantly the address you have given, 1250 Rue Guy Montreal, Quebec Canada, is an address of a University which I don't think belongs to your company/service.

930  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Transaction in PENDING STATUS ?? on: January 27, 2020, 06:39:17 PM
that tab has always been a source of confusion for everyone, you can create "requests" there will remain in "pending" state until someone actually pays you. it is like creating a donation link and waiting for a donation to come.

You are partially correct however, for example if it will still remain on a pending status then OP might not actually receive any payment after all that's if OP did send the receiving address/QR Code and the sender didn't used it. So in this case there is still really a chance that OP didn't receive any payment at this point. But since the OP isn't replying to this thread I think he had received the payment and you are probably correct that he wasn't aware of Electrum's other functions. And for the newbies reading this I think the best way to avoid this from ever happening to you is to either just send your address to the sender directly and not used the receive tab or if you will you must read guides like this [ur=https://bitcoinelectrum.com/how-to-use-the-electrum-receive-tab/l]one[/url] to have a much better understanding with this function.
931  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Price Prediction, is it helpful or falsehope for us? on: January 27, 2020, 04:33:17 PM
Why risk your money on what others are saying? If I were you I'll just look at their analysis/prediction to have a good idea on what will happen and then confirm it by myself.
932  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: January 26, 2020, 09:06:38 PM
And the horrific news doesn't stop there, now I'm seeing reports that one of his daughters, Gianna Bryant, is also included in that helicopter crash and also died together with his father. It still feels surreal thinking that yesterday he congratulated Lebron James for passing him in the 3rd spot of the all-time scoring leaders and now Kobe died with his daughter on the accident. We might see some more bad news as they are still examining the wreckage and the news that Gianna was included just came out after 30 minutes when the first news broke out.
933  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Cryptocurrency Needs Fair Taxation: Lawmakers Introduce Supportive Legislation on: January 26, 2020, 06:50:10 PM
That's the sad thing about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies being classified as intangible assets which makes them taxable when it comes to bartering. All in all this is an issue about classification and whether or not they do agree that cryptocurrencies act as a currency. I myself cannot consider cryptocurrenices purely as a type of currency considering the amount of it's price movement and how a lot of people are trading it in multiple exchanges that's why with their propose bill that crypto payments under 200$ are not taxable is something I think their citizens will be able to work with. It's a kind of exemption that can be a win-win for both the government and their citizens, while they are still labeled as an intangible asset their citizens can enjoy tax-free transactions below 200$, I guessed that anything above that is where they need to get smart on using cash or converting their crypto to cash to avoid some unnecessary tax.
934  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] freebitco.in ? on: January 26, 2020, 05:27:20 PM
You probably got hacked and freebitco.in has nothing to do about it, also hacks are notoriously happening in this website. I have a personal experience about this on my own and they have send me multiple emails regarding about someone trying to log-in to my account, they even provided the I.P. address (Ukraine) of who is trying to log-in to my account and after several failed attempts they temporarily locked my account and gave me a new password. You may not have the same experience as me because the hacker knows your password on your account or email that's why they got into quickly. Maybe you got victimized by phishing site or malware that's why they were able to get your password.
935  Local / Pilipinas / Re: 23 Trilyong Utang ng US makaka apekto kaya sa bitcoins? on: January 26, 2020, 04:42:38 PM
Investment is a choice sa mga ganitong periods pa, matagal ng may utang ang USA even before natamaan sila ng financial crisis nung 2008 pero did it make their citizens shift to Bitcoin or other modes of investment? Hindi kasi it doesn't affect their daily lives lalo na yung mga kumikita pa ng pera at may kabuhayan, ma-aaring maapektuhan yung macroeconomy nila pero kung yung mga tao may trabaho, business, at basic needs pa din hindi sila apektado right away sa crisis na mangyayari. As of right now investment for them is a choice pag may pera, pero kung may nangyaring crisis mas lalo silang mahihirapan mag invest kasi ito yung time na nag-liliquidate ng kanilang mga assets ang mga tao. If you want some major demand to happen for the industry lalo na sa Bitcoin ang dapat mong i-expect is for them to have laws and regulations in favor of the industry, dito mo lang makikita na ang demand ay mag-iincrease.
936  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Running an online Bitcoin gambling website on: January 23, 2020, 09:06:47 PM
I'm not that familiar with e-gambling laws in Canada but generally if you want to run a casino online you must need a e-gaming license for it for which I don't know where you will begin with. Other option is of course moving up internationally and get your license there since majority of the countries (except USA) allows their citizens to online gambling sites that are still licensed. One of the preferred choices of online gambling sites is the country of Curacao as they have one of the most easiest yet most recognized licenses out there. So maybe if moving to another country isn't a problem you still have that option and you can still make Canadians as your main target.
937  Other / Meta / Re: [Suggestion] Add report button in post history on: January 23, 2020, 07:45:02 PM
My suggestion is to add "report" button at bottom of the posts shown in the posts history.

This might not be the best idea if you want to save some time on reporting him, I mean you'll still technically be reporting each and single one of his post illegally advertising his exchange. Maybe a much more better approach to reporting him is to report his account itself since majority of his post aren't allowable so maybe a "Report Member" function would be the best way to save some time and be convenient. But the drawbacks I am seeing about this is the mods will of course be bombarded by a lot of new work not to mention a lot of members submitting retaliatory fake reports to other members. But since we still don't have these kinds of function I think the best way to report him entirely is by creating a reputation thread against his rule violation, chances are the mods will see a clearer picture on what he is doing compared to seeing reports of his posts one by one.
938  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 23, 2020, 06:41:27 PM

Zion surprised me on that last quarter and it almost took them on a win. If ever that's happened, a big name ZION will spread all over the news. He just exploded in the last quarter and he is really nailing that shot. Although to what I noticed, those three-pointers made by Zion aren't guarded properly so I blame Spurs here for their poor defense. But in the end, they still managed to escape that rally by the Pelicans.

Noticed also the passing skills of Lonzo Ball. That's his main forte' even back on Lakers.

If you notice the replay you'll see that their defense against Zion isn't really what you normally see on Coach Pop's playbook, usually players like him won't be left unguarded. They might played differently against him either because they don't want to be the team who will re-injure Williamson or they just want him to get a good NBA debut of his rookie career. Other things I have notice is that Williamson isn't driving that much to the basket and he wants to spot up a shot as fast as he can, he might still be worried about his injury and doesn't want to be careless as well.
939  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2020-01-23] Exchange hacks on the rise on: January 23, 2020, 05:56:06 PM
I always blame the governments of countries on why hacks happen on exchanges with the lack of laws and regulation surrounding the crypto industry but then I stand corrected by myself. The Japanese government is one of the perfect examples why we can't blame it on them. If you don't know Japan's FSA has one of the most strictest screening process for crypto exchanges in terms of their security and and their solvency and even if those exchanges pull through they are still under the microscope and in any time they can be decommissioned by the FSA if they get in any kind of trouble. These exchanges even though they pass the screening process they are still hacked by criminals one of the most recent Japanese exchange that was hacked was Zeif who recently lost 59$ million. So even if the FSA is doing their best with their regulations this does not guarantee that hacks will not happen. Hacks happen because of hackers period and no matter how strict the government is enforcing their laws or how secure their exchanges are if there are still hackers trying to steal our money you know our crypto aren't safe.
940  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase Vault query! on: January 23, 2020, 04:38:42 PM
Have you tried on reaching them thru other mediums?

https://www.facebook.com/Coinbase
https://twitter.com/coinbase

Back in the past where i do have problems or issues with Coinbase but their support response only took for few hours.
Just have patience and wait for their reply.Im not really that familiar with their vault.

^ Surprisingly this is true, they are more responsive in their social media pages especially in their subreddit page compared to their actual customer support. Every time a Redditor will be complaining in their subreddit you will always see customer support commenting in their threads with their dedicated emails. It might be because they are trying to protect their image to the general public and they are trying to prevent any further damage on their reputation. Mersal you can try this as well,  and I think they'll be more responsive as each customer support in Reddit has their own email addy.
