802  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2020-03-09] Silver Lining for Bitcoin Amid Global Market Panic on: March 09, 2020, 08:25:09 PM
Exactly. So, why should it be falling during the stock market decline? I think it's a coincidence, and the real reason for the current Bitcoin crash is the Plus Token ponzi scheme organizers cashing out the stolen money.

But I may be wrong. What do you guys think, why is this crash?

Could be a big possibility especially when you take into consideration that all 13,000 BTC is being sold rapidly on a short period of time. However this might not be the case, during the last two weeks I was defending that the price drop was just due on Bitcoin and the crypto market correcting however the recovery for Bitcoin should have taken place by now instead what happened is we have dropped even more so I'm really beginning to believe that this scare from the outbreak is even affecting the crypto market right now. Investors from the different markets might be following each other because of the fear that it will even fall further and they aren't wrong on putting their capital in cash right now
803  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin is now legal in india. on: March 09, 2020, 06:32:11 PM
I don't know how accurate is this website when it comes to their own news but from what I have know for the past couple of years there problem isn't about crypto trading being illegal but it is about crypto not being recognized as a legal tender for the country as well as issues with commercial banks having a blanket ban against crypto related businesses which prevent them on having any kind of transactions. The latter issue I have mentioned is where the Indian government has lacked some developments and even basing it on the news you have provided it seems like their Supreme Court has not mentioned any relation towards the blanket ban. So even if crypto trading is legal without these businesses having a convenient way for its users to cash out their earnings it would not simply matter at all.
804  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Murang Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube at Telegram Service on: March 09, 2020, 05:51:34 PM

And will you also need that fake fame with your fake likes/followers?
806  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: March 08, 2020, 05:09:49 PM
Well, considering how many tickets champions league games are selling that is one thing but also there is always the jersey sales and other merchandise stuff as well and all of that collectively becomes a huge amount of loss for the teams. I think uefa or serie A or any other should finally get an agreement with the TV rights all around the world to increase when there is a game without any viewers, not huge a lot but a bit of difference and change would be nice.

It doesn't have to be for this corona virus because it is already too late and deals are made but for the future a deal that includes "if for any reason games are played without supporters, the price will be increased 5% for that game" type of rule would actually make teams lose a bit less amount of money in the future.

TV rights contracts don't work that way not unless there is some kind of fortuitous event clause that lets the league to increase their payouts on their TV rights revenue, the broadcasting media cannot adjust to the outbreak with regards to this kinds of problems. Unfortunately the only side who will need to adjust is the league/s itself and accept the fact that playing with close doors is the best option to minimize the outbreak for their country and also let this part of the season be at a loss in terms of profit. If they don't adjust by themselves and make changes happen then I would expect UEFA or their own government to force them to do so in order to give the public safety a priority.

3. Bitcoin Trading Bot na Hindi tumatanggap ng Bitcoin?Huh

Hahaha. Pero good catch ah kababayan.

808  Local / Pilipinas / Re: IRAN BABAWASAN ANG PAGGAMIT NG SARILI NILANG BANK NOTES? on: March 07, 2020, 09:26:56 PM
Nag clarify na ang World Health Organiztion (WHO) patungkol dito. Medyo hindi yata naintindihan yung sinabi nila and inassume ng karamihan na yung COVID daw ay nag re-retain sa surface area ng bank notes which is wrong. Yung transmission is nagaganap ng physical transaction using the money kung kaninuman na taong infected.
809  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [BABALA] Isa na namang Scam (Bitcoin Lifestyle) And Kumakalat sa Website ADS on: March 07, 2020, 04:42:38 PM

810  Local / Pamilihan / [BABALA] Isa na namang Scam (Bitcoin Lifestyle) And Kumakalat sa Website ADS on: March 06, 2020, 09:15:06 PM

1. Fake Testimonial Articles

Unang una palang misleading na yung article, sabi "How to get rich with Bitcoin without Buying" pero dun sa article nila mayroon na 12680₱ na nakalagay which is around 250$ and yun yung minimum investment nila.

Ito naman yung kay Gordon Ramsay article nila about him earning Bitcoin through their trading bot. Pero madali mong masasabing peke ito dahil sa original na Youtube video kung saan kinuha yung mga pictures sa kunwaring "interview" nila is hindi naman pinag-usapan yung Bitcoin Lifestyle, the video itself has nothing to talk about Bitcoin. Wala ka din makikitang verified feedback kay Gordon Ramsay sa mga official accounts nya about him using Bitcoin Lifestyle.

2. Fake Celebrity Endorsement

We all know Bill Gates has negative views towards Bitcoin and biglang may ganito syang account? Branson way back before this site happened already warned a lot of people na ginagamit yung pangalan nya on fake ads to promote the service.

3. Bitcoin Trading Bot na Hindi tumatanggap ng Bitcoin?Huh

This site only accepts credit card payments. It is already a tell-tale sign na hindi sila nagtre-trade talaga dahil wala naman talagang trading na nagaganap, all you just see is your money "growing"

We do also have a Anti-CyberCrime Group under sa PNP natin which I think is more appropriate since ito yung binuo nilang unit dahil na din sa lumalaki and dumadami na theft and scams na nangyayari sa mga Filipinos online. Baka hindi lang kasi ito gaano kasikat dahil ang first impression sakanila is about cases on cyberbullying and online libel pero mas covered nila ang computer-related crimes such as scams, fraud, and also impersonations.

Here is the PNP's Anti-CyberCrime reporting page para madami pa malaman sa kanilang serbisyo.
812  Local / Pilipinas / Re: [POLL] Interested ba kayo sa Automated Trading with a Community Account? on: March 05, 2020, 08:59:52 PM
Alam naman natin no assurances, pero I must say na hindi ko 'to susubukan isuggest kung hindi ko nakikita 'tong promising at opportunity na makatulong sa ibang pinoy.

1. Yung account mo ba sa Binance is KYC verified? And what level?
- A verified account with address verification.

2. Siguro if we will consider your Binance account as the main account dapat may konting safeguard tayo kahit papaano like will you be the only one controlling it?
- I'm the only one controlling it and I only have the authenticator, email, etc.

3. For the community itself dapat meron kayong chat group or something para mas madali yung communication sa isa't isa hindi lang sa forum na ito.
- Pinaka madali is Telegram.

4. And also when will the gains be distributed? Daily ba? Weekly? Or a monthly basis?
- Monthly basis siya. Mas discussed ko yung terms dito. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5230310.msg53961554#msg53961554

I'm really interested but siguro i-ovbserve ko muna yung mga resulta sa mga first members who are interested and sa ngayon may nakikita akong apat na tao bukod sayo na gusto sumali sa community arbitrage trading ninyo. Nakita ko na din yung latest gain mo which is 7% and I was impress but I honestly think that it is on the low side considering that we are on a volatile market, 7% is something regular in the stock market so medyo nag-expect ako na dapat more than 10% sya on a regular trading day not just a week's gain.
813  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Location of Bitcoin ATMs in the Philippines [will update from time to time] on: March 05, 2020, 08:02:49 PM
Pero meron akong konting suggestions lang about your list. Baka pwede ka mag-lagay if may KYC requirement yung mga Bitcoin ATMs na ito or not. Gaya ng sinabi sa dating thread na ito about UnionBank Bitcoin ATMs before mo magamit or makabili or magbenta sa ATM nila kailangan mong mag submit ng KYC through creating a bank account with them.
814  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: March 05, 2020, 06:59:15 PM
Age 5: Malawi (Casino)
I'm not surprised by this data because the country which is in the African continent (Malawi) is a poor country.  the lower or poorer a country = the crime rate is higher and human resources are low.

Where are you getting at? Are you trying to create some kind of connection about them having a high crime rate and a low age of restriction just by them being a developing country? I don't even know how you get to connect their age restrictions when your whole point is about them having a "high" crime rate. Also they might have a very young age restriction for their gambling law but does that mean that children at this age instantly want to get involve? Of course not that kind of age restriction is just there but it's not necessary that they will start gambling at a young age, we don't even know if there parents would give them money to start gambling. Like what any form of entertainment or hobby it is always a choice and they have their parents to basically restrict them on what they can. Their low age restriction does not mean they are also the most active gamblers in the world, just try searching what countries they are and you'll see Malawi isn't even on the list.
815  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Can anyone recommend a company for building a Crypto Exchange for iOS & Android? on: March 05, 2020, 06:02:51 PM
Does it necessarily need to be a company you are looking for and not some developer/s? Since it would be harder for you to find the perfect organization for what you are asking, most of them will stick on what they know or what they are assigned to do which you already said are web-based applications. You'll have a better result if you'll try to look for an individual or group of individuals that can develop mobile based apps for you. You can start on freelancing websites such as upwork.com and try to search words such as "mobile developer"," iOS Developer", "App Developer" and you'll find good results for it, I did try it out myself in upwork and saw a lot of good freelancers looking for a part time job.
816  Local / Pilipinas / Re: If regulators are corrupt, is there any chance crypto will grow in PH on: March 05, 2020, 04:11:46 PM

And to think that ABS-CBN isn't a reliable news source in the Philippines makakaramdam ka na ng kamalian sa news. To be honest rini-cycle lang nila yung article ni Tulfo sa Manila Times to make it more credible on their side para sa mga normal viewers.
817  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Insurance for assets held in Online Cryptocurrency Wallets on: March 04, 2020, 08:58:58 PM
The website of Coincover shows more explanation on how the insurance works and what type of attacks/losses is covered.

Ehh.. having insurance is almost always good, though would it be worth it with them having the power to lock you out of your funds? I personally don't think so. There's a reason why a good number of people aren't fans of custodial wallets regardless how good the service is.

I did a little digging and under there "Is Coincover safe to use?" tab it turns out they don't have any kind of control with your funds.
Coincover is unable to access or manage funds within your BitGo wallets. Wallet holders have full legal title and ownership with the ability to move funds in and out of their wallets as they so choose

So basically what Lloyd's (The Society of Lloyd's) is offering is the insurance coverage and Coincover is some kind of vehicle for their insurance. Coincover itself aside from offering the buying and selling of crypto has other services such as managing the inheritance of your crypto holdings to even the recovery of your private keys. Now since both are U.K. based companies I would be expecting this kind of insurance and service to be a hit for their domestic market given that UK is one of the most open countries when it comes to crypto adoption. Not to mention that a hefty amount of scams are targeted in that country this insurance alone would give their clients a peace of mine when it comes to crypto transactions and possible hacks from their devices.
818  Local / Pilipinas / Re: If regulators are corrupt, is there any chance crypto will grow in PH on: March 04, 2020, 08:06:57 PM
Hayyy, ito na naman ba? Here is an old thread(sa lokal board natin) about this topic and how I explained kung paano nagsimula yung news na ito from a unreputable reporter to ABS-CBN and now sa global crypto news. Siguro before we believe in something kailangan muna natin mag-basabasa and confirm if makatotohanan ito, hindi lang basta basta mag-accept ng news.
819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: March 04, 2020, 07:12:04 PM
So I have seen some updates regarding Juventus-Milan match being postponed in the Allianz Stadium and they just confirmed that this match will be played in front of the fans the only catch is they won't be allowing fans from the Lombardy. Veneto, Emilia Romagna regions. And you know what the funny thing is? Do you know what is the capital of Lombardy? Of course it is Milan. To cut it short they won't be allowing any Milan fans attending the 2nd leg of the semi-finals so that A.C. Milan will be facing the full force of the Bianconeri in their own home stadium. If I were with the Milan management I would simply opposed this and propose that the game will be played in closed doors since technically not only those stated regions have been infected by the virus.
820  Local / Pilipinas / Re: [POLL] Interested ba kayo sa Automated Trading with a Community Account? on: March 03, 2020, 08:35:05 PM
I'm interested in this kind of community account trading. Pero to make it more convincing siguro naman pwede mo ipa-sulyap yung gains mo from your trading history? Maganda kasi may background tayo dyan to see if reliable nga yung automated trading mo. Other than that meron ka bang assurances for not losing money on a fix basis or wala ding guarantee.

Meron din akong konting notes/suggestions and questions.

1. Yung account mo ba sa Binance is KYC verified? And what level?
2. Siguro if we will consider your Binance account as the main account dapat may konting safeguard tayo kahit papaano like will you be the only one controlling it?
3. For the community itself dapat meron kayong chat group or something para mas madali yung communication sa isa't isa hindi lang sa forum na ito.
4. And also when will the gains be distributed? Daily ba? Weekly? Or a monthly basis?
