1961  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any change this year? on: January 03, 2020, 04:34:32 AM
Every year there are new things that are happening here in Cryptocurrency probably in the investment industry, Cryptocurrency probably the best niche to get is as there are so many things happening and so many updates and big players like Facebook are already in the game including China, anything can happen here and so many updates daily
1962  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: ★★ try to build your own ID without worrying about the bounty or the signature c on: January 03, 2020, 01:30:09 AM
For those who are newbie or junior members, try to build your own ID without worrying about the bounty or the signature campaign.  If you can contribute a good amount to the forum, the forum will also allow you to earn side income automatically.  By posting and replying to quality you can be a good member of the forum.  By taking your profile to a better position and increasing your knowledge of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies you can take yourself to another level.  At the same time participate in ICO based bounties as you see and participate.  Because of these, as the number of spam posts increases, the quality of ID also decreases.  Also important is the matter of payment.  If the bounty coins do not come to the market or the price is too low, then you are the loser.
Now i am also try to build my account. And Iam very hopeful...

You can do both even if you are on a lower rank, I have seen bounty hunters moving from junior member to hero member even if the merit system is already in place, and they move up while on a campaign if you are a good poster rank should not be a restriction to contribute and to participate.
1963  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I lost 1.4 bitcoin in a wallet so startign again on: January 03, 2020, 01:07:19 AM
Hi,

Yeah, I really am that stupid. I mined 15k worth of bitcoin back in 2012/13 and then lost the usb pen with the user credentials Sad Anyway, im gonna start from scratch in my free time. I was just wondering, what tips people have that are doing well from it at the moment. I havent attempted it for 6 years so im sure its a very different landscape. Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! Smiley

By now you have educated yourself on the right way of storing your Bitcoin you have to move on now, but mining is very much different now from what you know, you can mine different coins that have potential in the future, like IDENA this is a proof of person algos http:// https://bitcointalk.org/index.phptopic=5194871.0
1964  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of bounty campaign. on: January 02, 2020, 01:46:43 PM
Day by day people are getting to know crypto currency, each day good number of interested people join the BitcoinTalk forum. The way the bounty qualifications and rank was in 2012 is not any more. Getting to the next rank is getting more difficult,KYC came in and many other changes, Now don't you think very soon most signature will only be opened to people from Full member and/or very few number will be given the chances of participation in many bounty campaign to have it convenient?
Ico bounty campaign is dying, fewer and fewer bounty campaigns are coming up, soon there will be no more, only scammers are creating in the hope that they can victimized newbies, but if you see a bounty campaign where the coin is already listed in the market, then go for it, the only good bounty is the gambling sites that pay Bitcoin weekly like the one I'm wearing.
1965  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will 2020 be bearish as well? on: January 02, 2020, 12:54:05 PM
We all are aware of bitcoin halving and most of the users are discussing about a possible bitcoin pump post halving which might or not not give pump to the value of altcoins. So do you think halving will provide openings for altcoins with a pump or altcoins will continue to be bearish in 2020?

Investors have learned their lesson, and it's a valuable lesson they will not pick just any coins in the market, in the hope that it will pump 100 times, we are over on this, they will pick coinc that has proven their potential even in the bear market.
1966  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Welcome to 2020, the year of cryptocurrency bull market. on: January 02, 2020, 12:10:17 PM
It's 2020 and what a time to be alive, bitcoin halving is around the corner and from history it has always favoured  the price of bitcoin and as altcoins mostly depend on Bitcoin rally to moon, we're in good hands. Try to avoid falling prey to scammers using fake giveaway to steal your coins. Increase your security and store your coins in private wallets not exchange. The market will begin recovery soon, don't be too smart wanting to cashout on every profit you see, it might make you lose future profits. Be patience, believe in the process. Cryptocurrency is the future.

Happy New year to every Bitcoiner and Altcoiners out there, 2020 is a year with numerous opportunities, don't let those opportunities pass you by but still apply caution in every decision you make in 2020. I wish you all a profitable year.

I'm not looking to airdrops or giveaway anymore most of them are just created by scammers, ow I wish the start of bull run happens this month, but it's not going to be so, right now Bitcoin is still down and so are majority of the coins, if we going to see bull run it will happen middle of this year or last quarter, but now early part of 2020 is still an extension of 2019.
1967  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Bet Or Gamble Before New Year, Or On The New Year on: January 01, 2020, 03:31:56 PM
I will not do both these two days are a time for celebration so I prefer to take a break on gambling and just focus on the day before and after this huge holiday, I have a whole year to gamble after the new year,  but these two we cannot ignore it to celebrate.
1968  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What did you learn as a gambler? on: January 01, 2020, 02:56:46 PM
You probably heard the negative sides of gambling, some people who dont gamble has this bad impression towards it and we cant blame them for thinking that way because of the bad affect of gambling to a person who dont have control and let himself became addicted.

Now what did you realize or learn as a gambler (regardless if you became an addicted or not) that you can share to others?

As a former addicted gambler I realized that gambling is not the answer if you're desperate to grow your money and should not be our last resort in times like this because there's other way that can be the solution to our problem when it comes to money.

I learned that you should limit on the time you allocate in gambling, because the most time you are on it, the mind will always evolve on it, like if you always spend 6 hours daily and it becomes your routine, you will always looking forward to gambling daily.
1969  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is your new year Resolution? on: January 01, 2020, 03:12:17 AM
Happy New Year in Advance!

In my view, This year was average for the crypto market, and at the same time, it was great if we consider 2018, the year of the longest bear run. This year, the Bitcoin price went nearly 14K USD! Sometimes we did a mistake by selling a good coin, sometimes we mistook by holding a shit coin! Many people get scammed, wallet hack!

So, now 2019 is ended, what is your new year resolution guys? What changes everyone should follow in 2020?

Leave your opinions!

I don't have really a new year resolution for Cryptocurrency because I don't create one I just implement things when necessary maybe a new year's wish things that will turn out what we expect to happen this year and that is to have another all time high after the Bitcoin halving, this is what everyone is expecting now.
1970  Economy / Economics / Re: What if crypto vanishes? on: December 31, 2019, 11:46:00 PM
What will happen if crypto vanishes overnight or due to some or the other reason if crypto becomes inaccessible to public? I know this does not make sense as crypto will not vanish but still what if it happens? What about those huge chunk of investments made by whales and other investors?

The first problem is finding reasons why Cryptocurrency and the internet will be gone because if we don't have the internet we don't have transactions on Cryptocurrency, the internet is what makes transactions possible, so the question is all about the existence of the internet, and if that happens, I think there will be chaos among investors, as all their investment will be gone.
1971  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to select a good bounty campaign! on: December 30, 2019, 01:49:03 AM
You should edit, your thread and do not include those ICO rating sites, we now know that these ICO rating sites are just conniving with these projects, for paying a fee from these ICO rating sites, they can have a good rating a good reviews from these ICO sites.
1972  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Some creepy stalker... on: December 29, 2019, 11:13:23 PM
Hello BitcoinTalk Community!

I know some of you, but you don't know me. Wink Although I've been playing with cryptocurrencies for years, I've mostly kept myself in the shadow as some creepy stalker. The only crypto forum I ever really participated in was a local Croatian forum.

You are a huge inspiration to me! The successes of some of you marinated in my mind, slowly convincing me that I should stop playing this game as a hobby and get serious.
Everyone I know in the offline world doesn't really get the idea of cryptocurrencies and they actively discourage me from pursuing that sole occupation - they always tell me to keep the 'real job'. Yeah right! In any case, as a New Year's resolution, I decided to engage more with other miners, traders, and investors - to make some connections and interact with people who would actually support me rather than discourage me.

I came to join your fantastic club and grow with you. Tongue I hope that my unknown will become known and that I will contribute something good to this community. May the new year bless you all with health, wealth and happiness.

Why it took you to long to create an account here, if you are one of the active investors, you should have an account here, because everything is all here, it's investors safety net, not just reading conversations about particular program or projects but getting your voice heard as well.
1973  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New experience about posting behaviour on: December 29, 2019, 10:36:06 PM
In my experience, I don't count my post because the minimum that I can get is low but there is a maximum that you can get and you are paid for every post, I always hit the minimum requirements but not the maximum requirements I'm still looking for quality posts and do not target the maximum posts
1974  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What can make more profit ? on: December 29, 2019, 10:06:15 PM
What you think more profit, participate in IEO or wait after IEO and buy the token from exchanges?
It depends on the token if it is generating a good support, then buying it in the IEO stage is a good move, we have seen a lot of investors, making a huge profit, when IEO started but now that some tokens are failing after the token sales, and making good in the exchange, people are buying the token when it hit the exchanges.
1975  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2020 Bitcoin halving!!! Bull run??? on: December 29, 2019, 05:06:57 PM
The crypto industries and communities has been quite expecting the upcoming bitcoin halving with much hope of another bull run coming up after the bull run failed in 2018 through 2019 now we all looking at the 2020 with the halving as an excuse to trigger the bulls to start running 🏃.

I personally is not putting much expectations on this, no one should fall for the hype. After what happened to the litecoin halving this year, I Don't expect too much from bitcoin.

Too many eyes on bitcoin now, too many interests are more reason why you shouldn't expect so much from the next halving. There will definitely be a bullish move but not as much as we anticipate or what most analysts has predicted.

The next bull run will come unexpectedly all you need to do is stay focused.

2020 is 2 days away trade and invest wisely. 2018 was hell to many investors don't be part of the sad story next year.

Happy new year in advance

2018 and 2019 are big learning experience to all of us here, and 2020 because of the halving can give us hope, and hopefully, it's not going to be false hope, but we should not only rely on halving, there should be a series of good news and many people are coming in to invest, for us to see the price, without it, it will just become another halving.
1976  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: losing money on: December 29, 2019, 07:38:47 AM

They held an ICO about 2 years ago. They raised over 12 million dollars from stupid investors (including me). With the ICO money, they bought a 1.1 million dollar villa in Costa Rica, they buy cannabis and smoke weed in Costa Rica (at least at a good dealer's price) - somebody posted a photo showing them smoking cannabis on bitcointalk, they burn about $200,000 a month doing "development shit" with no GitHub activity.

It is not only a shitcoin, but it is also a fucking scam. They most probably, pay community shillers to shill their stupid shitcoin.

THIS IS A SHITCOIN, I MINED IT TODAY AND IT DIDNT PAY
PROBABLY GRABS YOUR PASSWORD AND HACKS YOUR PC !

DONT EVER DO THIS

Even if it pays, it will pay you less than a cent that will not cover your electricity. Somebody owns over 50% of mining because some people use dedicated hardware (GPU) and they hide the truth by telling people a big lie: "yeah sure, even my grandma can mine in the browser".

No wonder you created an account like that, I've looked on this coin in Coinmarketcap and surprised that it has a good volume over there, but volume is nothing to me compared to investors and supporter's feedbacks, this looks like a shitcoin to me but still has a chance to make waves in the future.
1977  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google banned ETH wallet and metamask android client on Playstore on: December 29, 2019, 07:28:55 AM
This is quite related to the purging of crypto-related videos in Youtube.
I think it will be back shortly, unless they had seen such malicious software especially those softwares mining crypto in background of phone but from what they had stated "financial services", it seems an unlikely of a reason.

I hope that's the case we need the metamask on play store for a new users of Ethereum, but why now, it's doing great and proven to be nonmalicious, what is Google trying to prove, I think they want disruptions, in Cryptocurrency, they want to sow fear and FUDS  among us and this is not good for us.
1978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is dead these days, what next in the market? STO? IEO? on: December 29, 2019, 06:35:03 AM
In the last 2 years ICO has gone upto peak level with many projects.
Now ICO market is completely gone because of 90% projects fallen into scam category.
Many startups made huge money and in return they pay nothing.
So whats new these days as a trusted token offering model?

It's the end of any crowdfunding now unless legit projects can offer something in the table that can prove that they have a good potential in the market when it hit the market, I don't think we can expect anything in Crowdfunding anymore, right now there's nothing on new on these crowd fundings that will make them invest
1979  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is libra coin going to dominate the Bitcoin market? on: December 29, 2019, 01:16:14 AM
In case libra coin will get approval from US Securities,
Will it dominate the cryptocurrency market?
Currently Bitcoin has dominance of 68% in the market.
Will Libra coin reduce the dominance of Bitcoin market?

If they get the approval of the US Securities and they can implement, some of the rules that they want and if the Securities will allow it, then there is a possibility that Bitcoin can dominate the market, but being a centralized coin, there will be many oppositions.
1980  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nothing is wrong with altcoins on: December 29, 2019, 12:32:04 AM
I will start hating altcoins only when bitcoin raise up to 20,000$ and altcoins fail to move up as well, many people are putting blames on altcoins today as if bitcoin is not in loss itself, the ATH of btc was 20k and now it's trading for 7,000+ thats like 12,000$ lost please how will this not affect other altcoins as well? Top altcoins will surely lose value as well, to me this present loss of altcoins are positive, look at coins like LTC, EOS, BNB, these coins are doing fine. You will only have problem if you invest in crap altcoins

I agree in you points that not all altcoins can be considered shitcoin, but there are too many of them, only a handful can be considered backed by real project and this is one of the things that worries investors, it's really prefer not to invest in a new coin.
