I have made two different bets on the same event. For instance I'd go for a risky small draw bet but use a bigger 0.005 bet to cover it by betting on what I think is going to be the winning team. I think that is allowed.

Betting on same thing is not allowed I think even if the odds change.

Finishing up prematurely, and putting the site back online quickly wouldn't be recommended as long as the investigation is not completed regarding how the attempt to hack happened.

No, such a code written in 5 minutes would be easily detectable. It should take at least a couple of days and excellent technical know-how to come up with a good undetectable one.

I don't think they are cheating the players, but I do agree that it is not strictly provably fair since a variable is in control of the site and unverifiable atm.

Observation:
The millisecond variable in the Betting start seed and the Betting expire seed is not the same.
IMO, is possible to change the result, though I don't think they are doing it.

Conclusion:
To make the 5 seconds strictly provably fair, Secondstrade must make the millisecond variable verifiable. The question is how Huh

Edit: may be do away with milliseconds, and add an unpredictable but verifiable external variable.
