Armstrong has been writing about this as well.

UPDATE: Funding required for an open source AMD miner (done by Wolf0) currently at 5,031.33/5,750.00 (87.50%) -> https://forum.getmonero.org/8/funding-required/2400/open-source-amd-miner-by-wolf0

This is now at 100%.

Great :-)

EDIT: Oh, just saw it was you who funded the remainder. Great job and thanks!

Gonna be PC here.  This is a Monero representative passing out leaflets. I had to post 'cause it's still causing me belly aching laughs!  I figure everyone could use a good laugh.  That's the closest to greatness as that poor slob will ever get (Evan is in dark blue shirt ;P )

Some proponent ≠ Monero representative. I think I've already stated this numerous times before (e.g. iCEBREAKER), but you don't seem to get it.

Ok, he's handing out fliers advertising Monero's dice game apparently.  As oaxaca said at DT,

He's actually handing out ads for their new dice website.

"Yeah, their development gets funded by the block reward, but ours gets funding from gamblers losing money on monerodice. Cool, huh?"

Sorry, but if he isn't doing this for Monero, who is he doing it for?

OK, I won't say any more.  Still thought it made for an excellent belly laugh, and probably put a couple of years on my life if laughing really is the best medicine Wink

It's not like we can stop him right? He can basically do what he wants. Just saying that your image of a coin shouldn't be determined from the actions of a few proponents in my opinion.

Is there a demo we can download or some screenshots or something?

One of the existing players posted this screenshot in #monero, hope that helps:

Also, I think registering is currently closed for new players until they get all the bugs etc. out.

I think it would be a little better if you could actually read what new "clusters" are being added, I can't seem to follow what's going on during the whole video... regardless it looks pretty cool Smiley

is your resolution high on the video stream?

Even on high resolution you can't read everything as there are sometimes so many files in a subdirectory that to cluster them together to show the entire picture of the project would be too big to fit in the screen.

It gives a general gist of what has been done in terms of who worked on what files and in what directories.

Pretty cool video but it is hard to read the texts even on my 50 inch plasma TV I use as my monitor although it is only 720p.  You can read everything just fine?

2594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much longer will Dash remain in the top 10 on: October 06, 2015, 09:01:25 PM
It turns out, A was the correct answer.
Cant be seen in top 10 when sorted by volume. 12th at this stage and dropping.
Meantime sell-walls are growing.
The number of coins produced from the instamine is also ever increasing.

Above rating isn't even based on marketcap  Huh

Let's put the facts in order ladies.... Cool

You, smart supporters and shrimps of a good and interesting project like XMR, DON'T CONTROL THE MARKET. I like the way you support your coin (I prefer DASHit shrimps), but your actions don't have any effect in the trading room. WE CONTROL THE MARKET, and very thanks to Poloniex, now we have a double control. Why should we pump a shitcoin, when we can get the profit by dumping it and crashing the weak confidence?? Undecided

I'm sorry for you but hard times for XMR are coming.... I'm sure that smart supporters will take advantage of the future dumps, so I would say that we will all win (except the shrimps, which represent the 90%).

Just remember, keep buyin' that shit, keep supporting it, and when the crash comes, sell your XMR in silence, nobody will judge you. Grin Grin

And last thing, forget about the 0.002 's dreams. The market won't get there for a long, long time.....  Cry See you in the 0.001 's in a few weeks. In my country, the 0.001 's means 0.0009-0.0011 , pieces of shrimps. Grin

I post it again, because it defines prefectly what will happen in a few days: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TkrhRcgNMCA

You've probably sold and now try to create a bearish sentiment with your idiotic talk. Subsequently, you're hoping that the market will decline so you can profit from it. It could also just be blatant trolling. I advise you guys to put this guy on ignore.

Did Craptsy ever get an real volume?

Many of us warned against that exchange.

No, they had severe withdrawal issues in the beginning (e.g. someone had to wait for 7 days before he could withdraw), that's why there is probably no volume over there.
